For this configuration, we analyze the system when the dissipative and one that combines the elastic and dissipative couplings are used. Whenever the dissipative coupling is used, we observed a vertical shift synchronization in the slave system. However, when the combination of the elastic and dissipative couplings is used, the vertical shift disappears obtaining complete synchronization. We resort to perturbation method to corroborate analytically these kind of synchronization, when the master system provides an harmonic function to the slave system. These synchronizations are numerically corroborated.","PeriodicalId":50304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulation","volume":"24 1","pages":"1059 - 1072"},"PeriodicalIF":1.5,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48325641","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The geometry of the bottom we assume that is a plane, while the viscosity term is considered to be nonzero, as the gravitational force is included. The modified shallow water system is consisted by three hyperbolic first-order partial differential equations. The admitted Lie symmetries form a four-dimensional Lie algebra, the A 3,3 ⊕ A 1. However, for the viscosity free model, the admitted Lie symmetries are six and form the A 5,19 ⊕ A 1 Lie algebra. For each Lie algebra we determine the one-dimensional optimal system and we present all the possible independent reductions provided by the similarity transformations. New exact and analytic solutions are calculated for the modified Saint–Venant system.","PeriodicalId":50304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulation","volume":"24 1","pages":"1095 - 1108"},"PeriodicalIF":1.5,"publicationDate":"2023-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41860552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Early and quick diagnosis of ASD can improve the quality of life significantly both for patients and their families. Prior research provides strong evidence that structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data collected from individuals with ASD exhibit distinguishing characteristics that differ in local and global, spatial and temporal neural patterns of the brain - and therefore can be used for diagnostic purposes for various mental disorders. However, the data from MRI are high-dimensional and advanced methods are needed to make sense out of these datasets. In this paper, we present a novel model based on graph convolutional network (GCN) that can utilize resting state fMRI (rs-fMRI) data to classify ASD subjects from health controls (HC). In addition to using the graph from traditional correlation matrices, our proposed GCN model incorporates graphlet topological counting as one of the training features. Our results show that graphlets can preserve the topological information of the graphs obtained from fMRI data. Combined with our GCN, the graphlets retain enough topological information to differentiate between the ASD and HC. Our proposed model gives an average accuracy of 64.27% on the whole ABIDE-I data sets (1035 subjects) and highest site-specific accuracy of 75.9%, which is comparable to other state-of-the-art methods - while potentially open to being more interpretable.</p>","PeriodicalId":50304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulation","volume":"21 1","pages":"3131-3138"},"PeriodicalIF":2.6,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11215804/pdf/","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83993927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Issakhov, Aidana Alimbek","doi":"10.1515/ijnsns-2020-0045","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1515/ijnsns-2020-0045","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract In this work, numerical modeling and assessment of the dispersion of pollutants as a result of a chemical reaction from the activities of the Ekibastuz SDPP-1 was considered. The simulation was done on a valid thermal power plant. At the same time, to model the dispersion of pollutants NO, NO2 and CO were used, and the products NO2, HNO3 and CO2 from a chemical reaction with oxygen were also considered. The validation of the mathematical model, taking into account the chemical reaction, was carried out using several test problems and the obtained numerical results were compared with experimental data and numerical data of other authors. So in this work, estimates of the concentration level were given, both for pollutants and for products that were formed from a chemical reaction. As a result, the mass fractions of concentration and product were determined during a chemical reaction for various distances from chimneys. According to the data obtained, it can be noticed that, under the influence of diffusion, concentrations and products during a chemical reaction spread wider in width and due to this diffusion, the concentration level with an increase in the distance from the chimneys is lower. So, according to the data obtained, it is possible to assess the choice of the optimal distance of the thermal power plant from residential areas, at which the concentration of emissions and products from a chemical reaction will remain at a safe level.","PeriodicalId":50304,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulation","volume":"24 1","pages":"1 - 24"},"PeriodicalIF":1.5,"publicationDate":"2022-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43480818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
