In\u0000low-energy nuclear chemical processes, the initiation of quark-cumulative\u0000processes in nuclear matter occurs through interaction of nuclei with electrons\u0000with high kinetic energies on a chemical scale, typically $E_e$ ~ 3-5 eV.\u0000Experiments and available literature data suggest that the metastable\u0000excitations of nuclear matter containing three "free" quarks which occur during\u0000such collisions are associated with quark-cumulative effects, leading to the\u0000radioactive $alpha$- and $beta$-decay of elements. This phenomenon is\u0000observed during laser ablation of metals in aqueous media containing\u0000radioactive elements and in the artificial radioactivity of initially\u0000non-radioactive isotopes in cathodes exposed to low-temperature non-equilibrium\u0000deuterium- and protium-containing plasma flows during glow discharge.

The term "exotic" means that the dust is not composed of normal matter,\u0000and the charge--for lack of a better term--is not an electric charge. It is\u0000also shown that the often-used approximate expression for dark matter density\u0000corresponds to an exact solution of the coupled Einstein-Maxwell equations for\u0000charged dust. The Einstein field equations tells us is that for a flat universe\u0000the cosmological constant acts as a gravitating negative energy distribution\u0000that is gravitationally repulsive; following Schwinger, it is shown that the\u0000vacuum must have a negative energy spectrum if QFT is to be gauge invariant.

This\u0000model-independent approach utilizes Taylor series expansions around the current\u0000epoch, providing a direct correlation with cosmological observations and the\u0000potential to constrain theoretical models. Cosmologists can describe many\u0000measurable aspects of cosmology by using various combinations of cosmographic\u0000parameters. The varying speed of light model can be naturally implemented,\u0000provided that we do not make any further assumptions from the Robertson-Walker\u0000metric for cosmological time dilation. Therefore, we apply cosmography to the\u0000so-called minimally extended varying speed of light model. In this case, other\u0000cosmographic parameters can be used to construct the Hubble parameter for both\u0000the standard model and the varying speed-of-light model. On the other hand,\u0000distinct combinations of cosmographic values for the luminosity distance\u0000indicate the two models. Hence, luminosity distance might provide a method to\u0000constrain the parameters in varying speed-of-light models.
The limited velocity in a geometry of Lorentzian signature, seem to prevent\u0000the universe to reach thermodynamic equilibrium as suggested by the cosmic\u0000microwave background. Thus it was suggested that the universe which was\u0000initially minuscule has reached a more considerable radius in a short duration\u0000by a process known as cosmic inflation. However, to drive such a process have\u0000led to the suggestion of an ad-hoc scalar field the inflaton, which has no\u0000purpose in nature other than driving the cosmic inflation field and then\u0000stopping it once the universe reached the right size. In a recent paper it was\u0000shown that rapid expansion can occur without postulating an inflation by\u0000following Hawking's suggestion and assuming that primordially the metric of the\u0000universe had an Euclidean signature, in which case velocity is not limited and\u0000thermalization and rapid expansion are derived without the need to assume an\u0000ad-hoc field. However, while in the previous work emphasis was put on the\u0000dynamics and physical statistics of the particles in a Euclidean space vs.\u0000Lorentzian space in which both spaces were given. No mathematical model was\u0000given regarding the development of current Lorentzian space-time from the early\u0000Euclidean space-time, and how fundamental problems such as the space-time\u0000singularity and the homogeneity of the CMB can be solved in the hybrid\u0000Euclidean-Lorentzian picture. In order to preserve\u0000gauge invariance and Sim(2) symmetry we made use of a recently introduced\u0000infrared regularization of VSR theories. Additionally we show that all one loop\u0000diagrams with any number of photon external legs and zero fermion legs reduce\u0000to the standard QED result with the effective electron mass, as required by\u0000unitarity. It follows that the Euler-Heisenberg Lagrangian is the same as in\u0000QED.
We demonstrate that the flavor oscillation when a neutrino travels through\u0000spacetime, is equivalent to permanent changes on the vacuum state condition\u0000perceived by the same particle. This can be visualized via the Quantum Yang\u0000Baxter equations (QYBE). From this perspective, the neutrino never breaks the\u0000symmetry of the ground state because it never selects an specific vacuum\u0000condition. Then naturally the Higgs mechanism cannot be the generator of the\u0000neutrino masses. The constraints emerging from this model predict a normal mass\u0000hierarchy and some specific values for the mass eigenvalues once we fix the\u0000mixing angles. Our heuristic cosmological model is developed by considering Penrose\u0000and Petit's original ideas as the Weyl curvature hypothesis, conformal cyclic\u0000cosmology, and the twin universe model. The uniqueness of our model lies in its\u0000incorporation of dark energy and matter, and its single key parameter, adjusted\u0000by observational data, is the radius ($R_{dS}$) of a four-dimensional ($4D$)\u0000hypersphere called de Sitter space. We presuppose that our $4D$ universe\u0000originated from the spontaneous conformal symmetry (SCS) breaking of a light\u0000field with a null distance. We show that in this SCS breaking state, the\u0000energy--momentum tensor of the space-like electromagnetic field, whose\u0000existence is inevitable for quantum electromagnetic field interactions\u0000(Greenberg--Robinson theorem), becomes isomorphic to the divergence-free\u0000Einstein tensor in the general theory of relativity. Furthermore, we reveal the\u0000$R_{dS}$ dependency of the $4D$ gravitational field. Based on these findings,\u0000we show an intriguing relation between the magnitude of the gravitational\u0000coupling constant and $R_{dS}$. A solution to the hierarchy problem is derived\u0000by assuming that $R_{dS}$ depends on the "newly defined cosmological time".
