All these terms are used to refer to cheeses made in small workshops or cheese factories, where the process is carried out by hand by the same members of the family and with a minimum presence of employees. A distinctive feature of cheese production is that the production processes have incorporated elements of the culture and environment in which the activity takes place. the purposes of this article referred to characterize the artisanal cheese factory and its producers in the context of the Araucanía Region in Chile. The region of La Araucanía is located in Chile, between the regions of Bío Bío and Los Ríos. Its area is 31,842 km² and its regional capital is the commune of Temuco. The type of study is quantitative of a transitional-descriptive type in 19 communes and 137 cheese producers of the provinces of Malleco and Cautín in the region of La Araucanía, territories where the cheese producers that are part of the sample are located. The effects of various factors such as dosage, different pH media, different concentration, and temperature on the adsorption process were investigated. The Langmuir model was determined to fit the Pb+2sorption model on KC. Langmuir model parameters qm, KL, and R2, were found to be 31.2, 0.0014, and 0.9908 mg.g-1 respectively. The qmax of the Pb+2 on KC was 31.2 mg.g-1 at pH 5.7, 500 mg of KC, and 25?C. Free energy (?G), enthalpy (?H), and entropy (?S) were calculated to understand the nature of the sorption process. Negative ?G, negative ?H, and positive ?S were found to indicate the adsorption process is non-spontaneous, exothermic, and random, respectively. A pseudo-second-order (PSO) model was followed for the adsorption process. The percentage extractions (%ER) found ranged from 102.5- 90.8 % for stimulation mineral water and tap water samples. Aim: Design, implement comprehensive nursing interventions for adult women with stress urinary incontinence and evaluate the effect of these interventions on improving their quality of life. Quazi experimental research design was utilized to conduct this study. This study was carried out in the Urology and Nephrology Assuit University Hospital and its affiliate Clinic. A sample of 50 adult women, the mean age of studied patients was (42.22±11.84). Two tools were used by the researcher namely: Tool I: A structured interview questionnaire sheet it included two parts, part i: demographic data of patient and part ii: medical& urological data assessment. Tool II: Kings Health Questionnaire (KHQ), it is a standardized questionnaire used to assess the impact of stress urinary incontinence on quality of life. The results showed that the quality of life among adult women with stress urinary incontinence were improved after the implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions with a statistically significance difference (p>0.05) in all quality of life domains. . We conclude that provided comprehensive nursing interventions are effective in improving QOL in adult women with SUI. With the emergence of cybercrime, it has become possible for attacks on honor, prestige and reputation to occur by those who tamper with these means, which necessitated setting controls for what is published on personal pages and websites. The Jordanian legislator was a pioneer in this regard, and this was crystallized through the enactment of the Electronic Crimes Law No. 17 of 2023. This study used the descriptive approach and the inductive analytical approach. The findings showed that this law is unique in including a text that criminalizes spreading or attributing any actions that would lead to character assassination. This means the deliberate moral liquidation of the reputation and credibility of a person, institution, organization, or social group, by making false accusations, spreading rumors, and manipulating deliberate misinformation and facts to present an untrue picture of the targeted person and isolate him socially, in a manner similar to the process of professional assassination of human life. The Jordanian legislator has increased the penalty for the perpetrator of this crime and everyone who contributed to its commission. A Retrospective Study was undertaken among 1,901 new breast cancer patients who had been treated with surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy at Cancer Hospital during 2018–2021. Data were collected from the Thai cancer base program and the Thai hospital information system. All data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, One-sample T-test, and Mann Whitney U-test. The study results found that the majority of samples were female (99.4%; with average age of 53 years, S.D.=10.7), marital status or widowed or divorced (87.7%), attended primary school (23.4%), farmers (15.9%), universal insurance coverage (70.8%), stage II breast cancer (35.0%), accessed to treatment within the specified period with surgical therapy (76.4%; average waiting time 22 days, S.D.=11.9), chemical therapy (93.6%; average waiting time 24 days, S.D.=13.1), and radiation therapy (92.6%; average waiting time 26 days, S.D.=17.7). In addition, they accessed level to surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy better than standard with significantly (P<0.0001). The studies have shown that stone fruits as apricots, peaches and plums grown in Uzbekistan are characterized by a high content of pectin. According to our research, the variety Yubileyniy (anniversary) Navoi turned out to be the richest in pectic content from the studied fruit varieties, where the average content is 1.32%; in the Raspberry variety of peaches it is 1.12%; in the Violet Hungarian variety of plums, the average content is 1.32%. In all other studied varieties of apricot, peach and plum fruits, the content of pectic substances is more than one percent, with the exception of the fruits of the Yaichnaya (eggy) yellow plum variety where the average content of pectic substances is 0.93%. Aim of study: Evaluate the effect of early postoperative rehabilitation on patients' pain, function, and satisfaction. Patients and Methods: Sixty patients who attended the microvascular reconstruction unit and the trauma department with lower limb defects indicated for microvascular free flap were randomly selected, their age (18 to 65 years). Sample were randomized into two groups by using a shuffled deck of cards (even number = control group, odd number = study group). Patients of the study group received an early postoperative rehabilitation teaching booklet while those of control group received regular hospital care only. Tool I: Patient assessment sheet. Tool II: Numeric pain rating scale. Tool III: Lower extremity functional scale. Tool V: Surgical satisfaction questionnaire. Results: Statistically significant difference was found in both groups concerning postoperative pain, lower limb function, and patients’ satisfaction during follow up (3 weeks, 3 months,6 months). Conclusion: Early postoperative rehabilitation protocol for patients who underwent microvascular lower limb free flap improved outcomes; significantly minimized pain level, improved lower limb function, and increased patients’ satisfaction. Recommendations: Early postoperative rehabilitation protocol for study group had a favorable effect on patients’ pain, function, and satisfaction.
