The problems of text linguistics are inextricably linked with the transfer of units of the language system to speech, its real use in practice. The main issues of text linguistics, including the justification of speech units and their differentiation from language units, have not been seriously addressed in our research. Text syntax is on the verge of full scientific justification in the current period of development of linguistics. If it is fully justified, it should be called \"big syntax\", which differs sharply from ordinary syntax in terms of its object of investigation, namely, in which the relations between sentences, complex syntactic devices, paragraphs and chapters are checked.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"380 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135321810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the fact that threats and aggressions to public security are increasing and their social danger is increasing, international documents on ensuring public security are being developed in the fields of combating terrorism and extremism, corruption, organized crime, illegal circulation of narcotics and psychotropic substances, human trafficking, as well as railway, air and automobile. classified into normative legal acts on ensuring safety in the fields of transport and traffic safety. In recent years, the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan to ensure public safety have been discussed, and some legal gaps in public safety, in particular, the need for legal protection of public safety during rallies, gatherings and demonstrations, have been justified. The importance of effective implementation of measures on public order and security is based on the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and National Guard units, which are the main entities responsible for ensuring public safety during these events. It is also proposed to study social relations in the field of theoretical and legal provision of public safety based on their content, regulatory legal documents, and directions of activity of entities providing public safety.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135322155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its seed oil has similar properties to the seed oil from Jatropha curcas L. which is the biodiesel plant. This research focused on the expression of acetyl CoA carboxylase gene in 4 stages of seeds (1-4 weeks after fruit set (WAF)) by Reverse transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). Acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACCase) is the essential enzyme for the first step in the biosynthesis of long-chain fatty and glycerol. The heteromeric ACCase consists of 4 subunits. accA, accB and accC gene were located in nuclear, while the accD gene was in chloroplast. The result showed that the expression of accA gene showed the most highly expressed in 3 WAF, while the expression of accC and accD showed the most highly expression in 2-3 WAF. These results indicated that co-expression of accA, accC and accD were highest in 3 WAF and down regulated in 4 WAF. In contrast, accB gene showed the high expression level in 4 weeks after fruit set. The total oil was obtained by petroleum ether soxhlet extraction. The high oil content was 3-4 WAF. These findings suggested that comparatively high expression of the Accase gene related to the persistence of oil accumulation during the late stage of seed oil formation for C. viscosa L.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"EM-11 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135322364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Winged words are individual phrases that are used as a figurative expression in speech. They are widely used in the speech of peoples who speak different languages. Winged words have entered the language as a whole and are used as an expressive description of social, domestic, and spiritual phenomena. They are phrases that clearly and figuratively convey deep thoughts in a concise form, briefly clarify the meaning of complex situations and characters, and move from language to language. Winged words differ from other linguistic units in terms of stability, meaningfulness, specific formation, and active use, association with an event or occasion, re-perception in the mind, ownership of an author or source. The following article will discuss the difference between the existing winged words in the French language and such units as phraseological units, aphorisms, proverbs and sayings, maxims, sentences, adages, and quotations. The specific features of each unit are analyzed in detail, similarities and differences are explained with the help of examples, and concluding remarks are given.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135322154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They serve as a philosophical tool for social cohesion among other socio-cultural significances. Though some critics regard them as ancient, proverbs are still fulfilling the philosophical purpose(s) in the COVID-19 era. Their philosophical nature and meaning remains relevant in many contemporary life occurrences. Observing how people self-conduct themselves and share information about the pandemic, it was imperative for the study of this nature to be documented to ease communication among people during and post the pandemic. It is against this backdrop that this paper aimed at contextualising the meaning(s) of some Northern Sotho proverbs in the COVID-19 epoch and examine how they are relevant to the pandemic’s situation and happenings. Qualitative research approach undergirded this study in the sense that the relevance of traditional Northern Sotho proverbs is tested against the global status quo (COVID-19 times). The study adopted Vygotsky’s (1978) Sociocultural theory as its lynchpin to enable a critical and thorough examination and assessment of the importance of language (through proverbs) in the COVID-19 context. Relevant Northern Sotho proverbs were purposively selected due to their significant role in the COVID-19 epoch. The proverbs were synthesised and analysed thematically to reveal their relevance and philosophical purpose during and post the pandemic. The study ultimately argues that language, through proverbs as its fundamental aspects and ideological tools, remains a major philosophical source of communication among living folks.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"11 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135460294","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sometimes, these contracts are settled by the difference between the opening and closing prices over a specified period. Such classification is a limited perspective based on legal jurisprudence viewing futures contracts as ordinary sales contrary to reality. Settlement futures contracts in commodity exchanges are distinctive contracts, and their uniqueness is derived from the nature of the assets traded. These contracts involve essential commodities that play a crucial role in national economies. Moreover, they are subject to a specific legal framework that differs from the legal system governing ordinary contracts. These contracts serve various purposes beyond buying and selling for immediate consumption and trade. They function as financial instruments for investment and risk management, serving purposes beyond simple consumption and immediate trade. The essential distinction that has led to confusion about futures settlement contracts is the time gap between their formation and execution, unlike ordinary contracts that are immediately executed.In this study, we attempted to unveil the ambiguity surrounding futures settlement contracts in commodity exchanges by highlighting their true nature as financial instruments playing a significant role in national economies. This reality has given futures settlement contracts a distinct legal nature.","PeriodicalId":499708,"journal":{"name":"International journal of membrane science and technology","volume":"23 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135461732","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
