The intelligibility of this kind of evidence will continue to disappear with the development of artificial intelligence technology. Compared with traditional evidence, algorithmic evidence is highly technical and complicated, and it has the endorsement of public authorities. In judicial practice, only such evidence is reviewed legally. Judges often evade reasoning on technical issues as laymen, resulting in administrative disputes that cannot be substantially resolved. Jiangsu Province is a major port province. In 2023, the cumulative cargo throughput of Jiangsu ports has reached 3.51 billion tons, accounting for 20.67% of the total port throughput of the country. The overall development of China’s port volatile organic compounds (VOCs) governance industry is still in the early stage, and most port enterprises in Jiangsu Province have not established a sound VOCs monitoring and regulatory system. Therefore, it is of great importance to carry out research on the regulatory countermeasures of VOCs emission in Jiangsu port for the green development of transportation in China and Jiangsu Province. The research results show that there are some problems in Jiangsu oil and gas chemical terminals, such as insufficient supporting policies for oil and gas recovery, non-standard operation mode of oil and gas recovery, high investment in oil and gas recovery construction, low enthusiasm of port and shipping enterprises in construction, low utilization rate of oil and gas recovery facilities, insufficient front space of built terminals, and oil and gas recovery technology maturity and safety need to be improved. Using X Village in Dongguan City as a case study, this paper summarizes the tax governance issues in the urban rental market through field investigations and online data collection, as well as identifies the deficiencies in current laws, regulations, and policies. The research reveals that there are practical problems such as regulatory gaps and implementation difficulties, asymmetric market information, inadequate participation in social governance, and difficulty in coordinating conflicting interests in X Village. In response to these issues, the study explores corresponding paths for governance and proposes methods such as establishing comprehensive regulations and strengthening law enforcement, creating an information-sharing platform, enhancing participation in social governance, and balancing economic interests to address the tax irregularities in urban village rentals. Based on the VAR model and Granger causality test, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the impact of urban-rural income gap, urbanization, industrial structure upgrading, and agricultural labor productivity in China from 1981 to 2020, and concludes that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between urban and rural income gap, urbanization and industrial structure upgrading and agricultural labor productivity. In the long run, the urban-rural income gap and industrial structure upgrading have a positive impact on agricultural labor productivity. It involves understanding the physical and mechanical properties of food, such as how it behaves when subjected to external forces or changes in temperature. Understanding food rheology is essential in various food processing and manufacturing industries as it helps in product development, quality control, and optimization of processing parameters. Some fundamental concepts in food rheology include as follows. Viscosity refers to a material’s resistance to flow. In food rheology, it is a measure of how easily a food material flows under an applied force. Food materials can exhibit different types of viscosity, such as Newtonian, pseudoplastic, dilatant, and viscoelastic behavior. Shear stress is the force per unit area applied to a food material, while the shear rate is the rate at which the food material deforms. In food rheology, these two variables are used to describe the flow behavior of food materials. Different food materials have different flow behaviors. Some foods, like water, exhibit Newtonian flow behavior, where the viscosity remains constant regardless of the applied shear rate. Other foods, like ketchup or mayonnaise, exhibit non-Newtonian flow behavior, where the viscosity changes with the shear rate. Elasticity refers to a material’s ability to regain its original shape after deformation. In food rheology, elasticity is important in determining the texture and shelf life of food products. Viscoelasticity refers to the combined properties of both viscosity and elasticity, where a material exhibits both liquid-like (viscous) and solid-like (elastic) behavior. Yield stress is the minimum amount of shear stress required to initiate flow in a material. Many food materials, such as gels or semisolid foods, exhibit yield stress where they behave like a solid until a certain stress threshold is reached. This study integrates the Zhuang brocade pattern elements into the packaging design of modern women’s products and uses a large number of Zhuang brocade pattern elements. Starting from the pattern, color, theme, and other aspects, the Zhuang brocade pattern elements are incorporated into the graphic composition for the deconstruction of the design. To establish a new approach to the development of national costume culture, this paper suggested exploring its derivatives and redesigning graphic reconstruction methods. By integrating the Zhuang brocade pattern elements with modern women’s product packaging design styles, the connotation value of women’s product design can be enhanced.
