The participants were sampled from 20 obese male college students with 27% more body fat belong to I city. The participants were randomly assigned divided into two groups: 10 (21.9±1.29yrs) of ACS group(15min of 50~70%HRR / 2 t imes for wk / 8wks) and 10 (21.7±1.34yrs) of MSE group(9 major muscle of 60%1RM / 2 times for wk / 8wks). The statistical analysis was conducted by using G* power 3.0. Also, repeated measure 2 way ANOVA of GLM by mixed design, and independent t-test, were conducted by using SPSS ver. 24.0 program(IBM Corp.). The results obtained from this study were as follows; First, change in body weight and %body fat was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p.01), but skeletal muscle mass was significantly higher in MSE group than ACE group (p.05). Second, change in reptin was not significantly between group (p.05). Third, Change in TNF-α and IL-6 was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p.01, p.05), but adiponectin was significantly higer in ACE group than MSE group(p.05). Fourth, Change in LRVC and RRVC incteased in the MSE group than in the ACE group, but there was no statistically signicant difference(p.05). Thirty-two elderly women (Age: 71.56±2.50 years, Height: 152.61±4.52 cm, Weight: 59.33±9.06 kg) participated in this study. The subjects were performed eye-hand coordination (soda pop test) and senior fitness test (arm curl, chair stand, 2-min step, back scratch, chair sit and reach, and 8-foot up-and-go). The data was conducted by using correlations coefficient and the simple regression analysis. As a results of the analysis, soda pop test was positively correlated with 8-foot up-and-go. However, soda pop test was negatively correlated with arm curl and 2-min step. Simple regression analysis showed that 2-min step (R²=.372), 8-footup-and-go (R²=.202) and arm curl (R²=.15 0) were a ssociated with soda pop t est. Taken together, these results suggest that the soda pop test was significantly associated with cardiorespiratory endurance, agility, and muscle strength, and can be used as an independent predictor of cognitive decline in elderly women, and can be used in physical activity programs to help improve cognitive function.","PeriodicalId":497986,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Sports Science","volume":"251 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135979864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the purpose of the study, a total of 36,000 responses were analyzed from 2019 before the outbreak of COVID-19 to 2022 just before the end of COVID-19. Chi-Square and one-way ANOVA were used to identify changes in each factor according to changes in the year of COVID-19. As a result of the study, as the year changed, the positive response rate for both health status awareness and physical fitness status perception decreased, the negative response rate increased, and the physical fitness status awareness score continued to decline after the outbreak of the coronavirus. The rate of daily sports classes or classes did not fully recover to the rate in 2019 before the coronavirus, but was gradually improving, and the club activity rate improved compared to before the coronavirus, but the rate of members who joined but were not active also increased. In the future, based on this study, we hope that more accurate and effective research will be conducted on the revitalization of recreational sports and that it can be used as basic data for establishing recreational sports policies.","PeriodicalId":497986,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Sports Science","volume":"172 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135979867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The participants were divided into a core stabilization exercise group(n=15), a muscle relaxation exercise group(n=15), and a control group(n=15), for a total of 45 participants. The exercise program consisted of core stabilization exercises and muscle relaxation exercises, each conducted three times a week for 8 weeks at an intensity of 40-59% of the Heart Rate Reserve (RPE 12-13).The group-by-time interaction effects for the measured variables were analyzed using two-way repeated measure analysis of variance, group differences were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance, Post-hoc tests were performed using Tukey methodand. paired t-tests were conducted for pre- and post-exercise comparisons and the statistical significance level was set at .05. The results of the analysis on the effects of exercise types on functional movement, pelvic angle and stress in women aged 20-30 with chronic low back pain led to the following conclusions: Significant group-by-time interaction effects were observed for functional movement measures (hudle step, active straight leg raise, rotary stability) as well as pelvic angle. Interaction effects were also observed for stress. In conclusion, it can be inferred that 8 weeks of non-face-to-face core stabilization exercises and muscle relaxation exercises conducted three times a week have a positive impact on functional movement, pelvic angle and stress in women with chronic low back pain.","PeriodicalId":497986,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Society of Sports Science","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135979993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
