As for the detailed variables of muscle tension, muscle tension and muscle stiffness were compared and analyzed as upper limb muscle strength, lower limb muscle strength, agility (dynamic) balance, upper limb flexibility, lower limb flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. The main results obtained in this study are as follows: First, as a result of comparing before and after the outdoor exercise program, the muscle tension of the right upper trapezius muscle showed a statistically significant difference(p.05). Second, as a result of comparing before and after outdoor exercise programs, there were statistically significant differences in agility (dynamic) balance, upper extremity flexibility, and lower extremity flexibility(p.05). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how participation in outdoor exercise equipment programs for 12 weeks affects muscle tension and basic physical strength of female super-aged people.
