The results obtained from this study were as follows; First, change in body weight and %body fat was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p.01), but skeletal muscle mass was significantly higher in MSE group than ACE group (p.05). Second, change in reptin was not significantly between group (p.05). Third, Change in TNF-α and IL-6 was significantly lower in ACE group than MSE group (p.01, p.05), but adiponectin was significantly higer in ACE group than MSE group(p.05). Fourth, Change in LRVC and RRVC incteased in the MSE group than in the ACE group, but there was no statistically signicant difference(p.05).
