Elderly people experience various changes both physically, mentally and socially. The elderly are vulnerable to degenerative diseases or non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The high prevalence of NCDs in Indonesia is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data for 2018 shows that 95.5% of Indonesian people do not consume enough vegetables and fruit. Controlling PTM is important to prevent death. This community service activity was carried out in Gentan Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency where some elderly people experienced hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol and uric acid (gout). The aim of this empowerment is to improve the health status and knowledge of the community regarding diet, especially the elderly, through complete and free health examinations. The activity method is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of community service showed that the number of respondents with uric acid levels above normal were mostly men, with cholesterol, blood sugar levels and blood pressure above normal mostly suffered by women. The increase in non-communicable diseases, one of which is diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus in adolescents occurs at age ≥ 15 years. So to reduce the risk of early non-communicable diseases in adolescents, pro-health behavior is needed from adolescence through early detection. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding among teenagers about the dangers of diabetes mellitus so that they can adopt a healthy lifestyle and recognize early detection methods that can be used to prevent the disease. The method used in this community service activity is a presentation and discussion about the dangers of diabetes mellitus. To measure the level of participants' understanding regarding the dangers of diabetes mellitus, a pretest and posttest were carried out at the end of the activity. This activity was attended by 35 participants, namely teenagers aged 17-20 years in Rongtengah Sampang Madura. The average pretest score was 53.7 points, while the average posttest score was 72.3 points. These results indicate that there has been an increase in public knowledge about the meaning, risk factors, symptoms and ways to prevent diabetes mellitus. Traditionally, food is produced from raw materials involving relatively simple processes. However, in the modern era, food products are made through complex processes involving food additives and processing aids that can change their halalnes. The Law number 33 of 2014 about Halal Product Assurance has stipulated that product distributed and traded in Indonesia must be halal certified. SMKN 1 Menggala Lampung has been able to produce various food products processed from fish, vegetables, and fruits. However, these products have not been certified halal. One of the obstacles faced is the lack of understanding of the process and regulations of halal certification such as the use of a new halal logo, self-declare, and Free Halal Certification Program facilitated by BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency). The solution offered is training in the production of halal and thoyyib food products to prepare for halal certification. Training activities begin with coordination activities and pre-test. The training materials consists of two parts: Halal Food Production (The importance of Halal Certification, Halal Certification Procedures, and Introduction to Halal Materials) and Thoyyib Food Production (Good Manufacturing Process). Participants taking part were 30 participants consisting of the principal, 19 subject teachers, and 10 students. After both trainings, all participants take post-test to measure the effectiveness of the training. The results show that 86% participants achieved higher scores. In general, the participants' understanding has improved. Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common pregnancy complication and can only be diagnosed at a gestational age of more than 20 weeks. Pregnant women with Miletus diabetes are at risk of gaining weight rapidly and generally also experience complications during the delivery process and are at risk of giving birth to babies with excess weight (macrosomia), giving birth to premature babies or physical disabilities. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) stated that in 2019 it was reported that 86% of pregnancies had diabetes complications, of which 7% were gestational diabetes mellitus (Ningsih, 2019). Efforts can be made to overcome this problem through education and training pregnant women to do diabetes foot exercises. This education aims to increase knowledge and awareness of pregnant women and help pregnant women do exercise, especially gymnastics, to prevent complications of diabetic feet (Amiri, 2021). This community service was carried out at Puri Jatisari Permai Kaliwungu by 15 pregnant women at Puri Jatisari Permai Kaliwungu. This service activity was carried out by 4 lecturers and 5 students. The results show that there are differences in pregnant women's knowledge before and after education. In addition, there is an increase in skills both during training and after training. These foods are directly eaten and consumed without any additional processing or preparation. Street vendors are essential for providing food in cities, but they often face hygiene and sanitation issues. The objective of this study was to educate the impact on hygiene and sanitation awareness and practices in street vendors around Jalan Sutorejo, Surabaya. The results showed that after this activity, street vendors have a better understanding of food sanitation and hygiene. This study shows that improving street vendors' food hygiene and sanitation awareness and practices is very important. Indonesia currently ranks second highest in the world with TB caseload. TB poses a very complex problem both in terms of medical, as well as social, economic, and cultural aspects. Drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) cases in Sumenep district have been increasing over the past five years. Risk factors for DR-TB cases in Sumenep District are mostly treatment dropouts. The recorded number of DR-TB until October 2023 was 39 people and there were 2 non-compliant patients / dropouts. This will certainly be a public health threat, considering that TB is a contagious disease. An effective strategy in strengthening the response to DR-TB in Sumenep District is community empowerment through the involvement and role of DR-TB survivors. The involvement of survivors of DR-TB is very important in improving treatment adherence through sharing good experiences, education and motivation. This activity is carried out through advocacy methods (audiences), commitment formation meetings and organization and capacity building. This program was carried out for 2 months from planning, implementation and reporting. The results of the activities: a) the hearing was addressed to the P2KB Sumenep Health Office and the Bhanu Yasa Sejahtera Foundation (YABHYSA) Sumenep Branch and RSUD dr. H. Moh Anwar Sumenep. b) SAKERA formation meeting through socialization, discussion, testimony and commitment formation.  93.33% of participants agreed to form a survivor organization called SAKERA; c) SAKERA institutional capacity building activities. The method used was socialization, discussion and assistance in document preparation.
