The increase in non-communicable diseases, one of which is diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus in adolescents occurs at age ≥ 15 years. So to reduce the risk of early non-communicable diseases in adolescents, pro-health behavior is needed from adolescence through early detection. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding among teenagers about the dangers of diabetes mellitus so that they can adopt a healthy lifestyle and recognize early detection methods that can be used to prevent the disease. The method used in this community service activity is a presentation and discussion about the dangers of diabetes mellitus. To measure the level of participants' understanding regarding the dangers of diabetes mellitus, a pretest and posttest were carried out at the end of the activity. This activity was attended by 35 participants, namely teenagers aged 17-20 years in Rongtengah Sampang Madura. The average pretest score was 53.7 points, while the average posttest score was 72.3 points. These results indicate that there has been an increase in public knowledge about the meaning, risk factors, symptoms and ways to prevent diabetes mellitus.
