COVID-19 is detected by RT-PCR from nasal and oropharyngeal swab samples. The present study was conducted to compare the clinical, paraclinical, and demographic characteristics of COVID-19 patients admitted to Shahid Jalil Hospital in Yasuj City in two RT-PCR+ and RT-PCR- groups.
 Methods: The present study is a retrospective descriptive study. Which was done by reviewing the files of 330 patients by random sampling method.
 Results: There was no significant difference between RT-PCR+ and RT-PCR- groups in most of the demographic characteristics, including age and gender. A significant correlation was observed between the RT-PCR test result and the clinical symptoms of fever, headache, impaired sense of smell, impaired sense of taste, nightmares, and heaviness in the chest (p value < 0.05). A statistically significant relationship between RT-PCR results and the number of neutrophils, BUN, and platelets was observed (p value < 0.05).

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction with the appointment system of Chamran Ferdous Hospital clinic from the patient's point of view in 2019.
 Methods: The current study is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study that was conducted in 2019. The population of this research was all patients referred to the clinic of Chamran Ferdous Hospital. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, which included three sections: satisfaction with the online, telephone, and face-to-face appointment system.
 Results: Examining the usage rate of the research community of all kinds of scheduling methods indicates that most people choose the telephone scheduling method with a frequency of 40% and the lowest usage rate is related to the face-to-face method with 16.8%. Regarding the online appointment method, 35% reported low satisfaction, 60% reported moderate satisfaction, and 5% reported high satisfaction. About the telephone appointment method, 59% rated low satisfaction, 40% moderate satisfaction, and only 1% rated high-level satisfaction. And about face-to-face appointments, 84% reported low satisfaction, 8% reported moderate satisfaction, and 8% reported high satisfaction.

There are documents for the nutritional factors' effects on the occurrence and disease cycle. Food pattern is an essential factor in chronic disease prognosis. This study was designed to investigate the status of the nutritional pattern and quality of life of MS patients.
 Methods: The number 40 MS patients who have been referred to Zabol Red Crescent and MS Association for Services and Medicine during the past year were enrolled in the initial stage of registration. Finally, 30 patients were included in the study and were examined in three types of diet (unhealthy, Mediterranean, and traditional).
 Results: Their Mean ± SD of age, height, and weight of women and men were (35.69 ± 1.8; 40.57 ± 4.22.) years, (162.69 ± 1.25; 175.29 ± 2.54) cm, and (64.0 ± 2.36; 71.14 ± 3.78) kg respectively. The majority of women and men were at the high school level 56.67% and 57.14% respectively. 61.89 percent of patients followed the Mediterranean pattern. 82.6% of the women and 71.42% of the men suffered from low levels of mental disorders. The most frequency of body mass index belonged to the women group in the third level (39.13%) and the lowest to the fourth group (8.69%). 63.33% of the patients did not do any type of sports. 6.7% of patients with high activity did not have any symptoms of physical disorders. The economic index of the good level in the women and men was 34.78% and 42.85% respectively.
 Conclusion: In this study, the Mediterranean pattern was the most attractive, and the number of physical disorders was more than the number of mental. Therefore, the present study has investigated the effect of aerobic exercise and the use of curcumin nano micelles on the activity levels of BAX, BCL2, and MDA concentration in doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity in mice with breast cancer.
 Methods: In this research, which was of a fundamental type and controlled experimentally, 24BalbC female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: doxorubicin, doxorubicin patient and exercise, doxorubicin patient and nano curcumin supplement and doxorubicin patient, exercise and supplement. Breast cancer induction was done with MC4-L2 cells. Doxorubicin 2mg/kg was injected subcutaneously 6 times on day 28, 21, 14, 7, 1 and 35. The aerobic program consisted of 5 sessions per week for 42 days with an increase in the speed of the treadmill every two weeks including 14, 16, and 18 meters per minute and the use of nano curcumin at a dose of 100mg/k. The collected data were analyzed with a two-way analysis of variance with a significance level of 0.05 in the tests.
 Results: 6 weeks of aerobic training had no effect on BCL2 activity and MDA concentration, but it significantly decreased BAX activity. Taking nano curcumin supplement for 6 weeks decreased BAX activity and MDA concentration and significantly increased BCL2 activity. Conclusion 6 A week of aerobic training along with nano curcumin supplementation did not affect BAX activity and MDA concentration, but it caused an increase in BCL2 activity (p value < 0.05).

This study was designed and conducted to investigate factors related to self-immolation and its association with depression, anxiety, and stress in women of reproductive age.
 Methods: The present descriptive-analytical study was performed on self-immolated women admitted to the burn ward of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Urmia during the years 2021-2020 the nineteen women of reproductive ages were included in the study through convenience and census. Data collection tools included a demographic questionnaire and DASS-21.
 Results: The average age of the participants in this project was 29.57 ± 7.79 years. About half of the women lived in rural areas and lived in the house of their father-in-law and lived with him. And the wife's family stated. Most of them were married, housewives and Kurdish speakers had low incomes and economic status and undergraduate education, and most of them had set themselves on fire with oil. 89.5% of the participants had severe depression, 94.5% had severe anxiety, and 52.6% had severe stress.
 Conclusion: This study showed that the rate of depression, anxiety, and stress is high in women who have attempted suicide by self-immolation. One of the first responses to thyroid hormone administration is to reduce systemic vascular resistance and increase cardiac output and heart contraction.
 Methods: In this study, which was performed as a quasi-experimental study (before and after), 50 patients were referred to the endocrinology and internal medicine clinic of Towhid Hospital in Sanandaj (in two groups of 25 patients receiving medication and the group that did not receive medication) They were included in the study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Blood pressure, heart rate, and ECG were performed by a cardiologist after recording them.
 Results: The mean age of patients participating in the study was 48.0 ± 7.74 years. Compared the patients receiving the drug and the other group, in terms of sex distribution and age, showed results; There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p value > 0.05) However, in terms of comparing blood pressure and heart rate indices in the before and after stages, the two groups showed a statistically significant difference between patients receiving medication and patients who did not receive medication in terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the previous phase of hormone therapy (p value < 0.01).

The pathogenesis of the disease is not precisely known and the treatment of choice is surgery; which can be done in different ways. In the present study, the results of two open and semi-closed surgical methods were investigated and compared.
 Methods: A total of 150 patients with pilonidal sinus referred to Bandar Abbas Shahid Mohammadi Hospital who were candidates for surgery were randomly divided into two equal groups including group 1 with open surgery and group 2 with semi-closed surgery. P value < 0.05 was considered significant.
 Results: In the current study 150 patients were analyzed which divided into two groups consisting of 75 patients in each one of them and one group (group 1) and another group (group 2) were treated with open and semi-closure techniques, respectively. In group one were 52 male and 23 female patients, in group two 53 male and 22 female, group one and two average age were 26.17 ± 8.4 and 25.81 ± 8, respectively.
 Conclusion: Overall results of the study demonstrate that there is no significant difference between the two procedures on recurrence and postoperative infection perspectives and also there was a significant privilege in semi-closure technique on hospitalization time, healing period, avoidance of work perspectives. Prolactin consists of 199 amino acids and due to the structural similarity with cytokines, this polypeptide has the ability to modulate the immune system, which is characterized by the observation of hyperprolactinemia in autoimmune disorders. The rs1341239 polymorphism of the prolactin gene is associated with several autoimmune diseases. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between this polymorphism and prolactin serum level in SLE patients in a population from Iran.
 Methods: Genotype analysis of prolactin rs1341239 gene polymorphism was performed using blood samples of 90 SLE patients as patients’ group and 90 control samples as the control group through RFLP-PCR method. Also, serum prolactin concentration was measured using ELISA method.
 Results: Our results showed a significantly higher serum level of prolactin in patients group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in alleles and genotypes frequencies of rs1341239 polymorphism in patients group compared to the control group. However, a significant correlation was found between the frequency of GG genotype and the reduction of platelets in the blood of patients group.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of Corona anxiety on marital conflicts and psychological well-being of couples in Mashhad.
 Methods: This is a cross-sectional correlational study. The statistical population of the research included all married couples living in Mashhad city, based on Green's rule (1991), 150 people were selected by available sampling method. In this research, Alipour et al.'s Corona Anxiety Questionnaire (2018), Sanai Zaker's Marital Conflicts Questionnaire (2008), and Rief's Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire (1989) were used for data collection. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation and regression analysis.
 Results: The results of Pearson's correlation analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between Corona anxiety and marital conflicts; additionaly there was a negative and significant relationship between Corona anxiety and psychological well-being.regression analysis showed that Corona anxiety can significantly predict 11.1% variance related to marital conflicts in Mashhad couples. Also, the regression results showed that Corona anxiety can significantly predict 4% variance related to psychological well-being in Mashhad couples.

Physical and mental changes during pregnancy make women mentally vulnerable. The purpose of this study is to review the researches done about the effect of spiritual care on pregnancy stress and anxiety.
 Methods: In this study, to find articles, search databases, Google Scholar; Iran Medex; Magiran; SID and using a combination of Persian keywords Spiritual care, Spirituality, Pregnant women, Childbirth and their English equivalent in databases, Embase, Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus without time limit were searched. From a total of 28 articles obtained after careful review in terms of providing duplicate results, 15 articles were selected and finally 7 articles in terms of inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study were included and reviewed.
 Results: In general, it can be said that the number of studies conducted in recent years focusing on the effect of spirituality on pregnancy and childbirth is limited. The results of studies have shown that spiritual care can reduce stress, anxiety, depression and even increase the quality of life of pregnant women.
