Within the framework of this scientific article, the main approaches to the interpretation of social entrepreneurship, its essence and specificity were considered. It is revealed that in the absence of a unified approach to the interpretation of this phenomenon, regardless of the different connotations, the essence of social entrepreneurship is as follows: it is aimed at achieving social change or solving social problems. In addition, the author has studied the history of the development of the Institute of social entrepreneurship, with special attention paid to scientists who have made a significant contribution to its development and dissemination. One of the research tasks set in the framework of this scientific article was to consider the relationship between social entrepreneurship and sustainable development in the context of foreign research. The author concludes that one of the indicators of the stability of the region is its anti-crisis potential, which consists in its ability to respond quickly to changes in the external environment, with social entrepreneurship being one of the factors of its development. Conclusions. Within the framework of this study, it was revealed that social entrepreneurship is one of the factors that ensure the implementation of the concept of sustainable development of regions in the Russian Federation. The use of such instruments has an impact on all forms of collective existence, which means that it requires different forms of identification from a person, including young people. The aim of the article is to determine the features of the influence of social media on the collective identification of young people in the political environment. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: 1) to formulate an understanding of the essence of social media; 2) to determine the content of the concepts of “identity” and “identification”, to link them with the phenomenon of imaginary communities; 3) to identify some features of the influence of social media on the process of achieving political identity among young people. A logical method is used in this article. It allows to form a holistic view of the content of the concepts of “social media” and “identification”. A critical method is also used, which is expressed in identifying the influence of social media on the political identification of young people. The main trends related to labor motivation in the market were studied. In the course of the analysis, promising tools of labor motivation were identified, among which gamification occupies a special place. Gamification acts as a management tool, which consists in integrating game mechanics into the workflow. The structural elements of gamification, its types, properties and stages of application were considered. In addition, the features of the application of gamification in the global context were studied, as well as the features of Russian practice were determined. To determine the impact of gamification on the innovative motivation of employees, an empirical study was conducted aimed at interviewing the heads of organizations and their employees. Conclusions. Gamification acts as a promising direction of labor motivation and is highly appreciated by both managers and employees. At the same time, a number of problems are highlighted that make it difficult to implement the principles of gamification, especially for small enterprises. It is shown that the national-state identity is formed, first of all, on the basis of the commonality of spiritual values shared by the majority of members of society. These values belong, in turn, to the spheres of culture and ideology. The role of these areas is not the same. The function of culture is the accumulation and reproduction of values through the transfer from generation to generation of values as ideas of what is due and taboo, which gave advantages to the social system and its members in survival and development. Ideological values are attractive goals, a project of a social and state structure that reflects the interests of social groups. The stability of social systems and nation-states is possible provided that ideological values do not conflict with the values of culture. In modern conditions, the process of reproduction of cultural values is hampered by a number of global reasons, and these values themselves have become the object of destructive ideological influence on the part of both rival states and global elites. The role of state cultural policy and state ideologies has come to the fore in the issue of ensuring the sustainability of nation states and the corresponding social systems. Consider which values are key-values for Russian society, how actively they are reproduced at the level of cultural translators. Results: the data obtained showed that there is no real consensus in Russian society about a single system of values shared by both society and the state. The policy pursued by the state often contradicts the values declared by the state. It is necessary to take real effective measures in order to bring, first of all, the economic and cultural policy of the state into line with the traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society. There is an acute contradiction in society between those values that are perceived by society as fundamental, and those values that are transmitted to society, including by the leaders of public opinion who enjoy the greatest confidence. Society is clearly aware of the inconsistency of the current situation with its real needs, as well as the urgent need to implement these values. In particular, this applies to social justice. Taking as a basis the basic components of the sustainable development paradigm - the economy, society and ecology, the author examines the impact on them of basic innovations generated on technologies that make up the essence of Industry 4.0 - big data, artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, Internet services, cyber-physical systems. The results of the analysis show that there are ultimately two basic scenarios that can be formed on the basis of scientific discourse: an optimistic one, whose supporters tend to see only positive features of accelerating the development of the economy and society of modern civilization, thanks to the introduction of innovations, and a pessimistic one, whose supporters point to the likelihood of social and environmental shocks that can be expressed in a significant, and possibly almost complete restructuring of modern social reality, leading to the disappearance of entire professions, the transition of huge masses of the population at the world level to the poverty line, a radical transformation of social interaction practices and the “fabric” of social reality at all. The political is presented as a balance of interests, fixed at the moment as the result of endless public discussion; politics in this case is management, whose task is to harmonize interests and ensure conditions for peaceful existence - based on a liberal consensus on basic rights. The reality of the political arises in the process of aesthetic/historical representation, for which perspectivism is constitutive; such reality is fragmented and centered relative to an empty place (the exclusion of the sovereign and the sovereign decision), has the properties of hyperreality, the phenomena of which are simulacra of the third level. The absence of the possibility of drawing a border (the exclusive prerogative of a sovereign decision) leads to the non-distinction of “internal” and “external”, the area of “order” and “anomie”. In this situation, war becomes a permanent mechanism for the biopolitical production of life; an unrecognized enemy is a party to the war; the war is presented as fair, the goal is declared to restore the disturbed order. An unrecognized enemy is called a terrorist; the conceptual horizon for defining the concept of “terrorism” is the anti-terrorist war in the nearest way.
