Šporčić","doi":"10.31298/sl.145.11-12.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31298/sl.145.11-12.1","url":null,"abstract":"Rad se bavi prikazom metode izračuna planskih cijena pridobivanja drva, koje su predmet javnih nadmetanja u Šumsko gospodarskom društvu »Hercegbosanske šume« d.o.o. Kupres te analizom odstupanja planskih od ugovorenih/ostvarenih cijena usluga pridobivanja drva za 97 grupa odjela, koji su bili predmet javnih natječaja u 2019. i 2020. godini. Deskriptivnom i korelacijskom statističkom analizom obuhvaćeni su i pokazatelji grupa odjela na javnim natječajima: površina, neto obujam doznačenog drva, sječna gustoća, broj doznačenih stabala po ha, obujam srednjeg doznačenog stabla, nagib terena, srednja udaljenost privlačenja drva, stjenovitost terena i privlačenje drva uz nagib terena. Test zavisnih parova podataka je ukazao da postoji statistički značajna razlika između planskih i ugovorenih cijena usluga pridobivanja drva (t = 7,78, p < 0,001), a rezultati korelacijske analize potvrdili povezanost utjecajnih čimbenika izvođenja šumskih radova s ugovorenom i planskom cijenom pridobivanja drva. Uslijed statistički značajne (p < 0,05) i vrlo jake korelacije natječajima ostvarene i prikazanom metodom izračunate planske cijene usluge pridobivanja drva, ovisnost je izjednačena linearnim regresijskim modelom uz koeficijent determinacije od 0,667. Navedenim, prikazana je metoda izračuna planske cijene usluge pridobivanja drva dobar prediktor ostvarenih cijena pridobivanja drva na javnim natječajima, što govori i o samoj dobroti prikazane metode izračuna. Slaba i negativna korelacija (p < 0,05, r = -0,22) razlike ugovorene i planske cijene usluge pridobivanja drva o obujmu srednjeg doznačenog stabla, ukazala je da bi ovu pojavu u budućnosti trebalo pratiti s ciljem utvrđivanja uzroka, koji mogu biti: 1) međusobna konkurencija između izvoditelja usluga pridobivanja drva za grupe odjela sa većim srednjim obujmom doznačenoga stabla ili 2) precjenjivanje obujma srednjeg doznačenog stabla u prikazanome modelu izračuna planske cijene pridobivanja drva. Predložene su i smjernice povećanja točnosti određivanja ulaznih parametara (srednja udaljenost privlačenja drva, nagib i stjenovitost terena te privlačenje drva uz nagib terena) prikazane metode izračuna planskih cijena pridobivanja drva u cilju njenog usavršavanja. Konkretno, na području šuma hrasta lužnjaka Pokupskog bazena (g.j. Jastrebarski lugovi) testirana je mogućnost korištenja fotogrametrijske metode bazirane na postojećim i lako dostupnim podacima (aerosnimke, digitalni model reljefa, podaci osnove gospodarenja) kao i postojećih fotogrametrijskih modela procjene sastojinskog volumena izrađenih za šume hrasta lužnjaka Spačvanskog bazena. Iz aerosnimaka i digitalnog modela reljefa izrađen je digitalni model visine krošanja (DMVK) prostorne rezolucije 5 m. Iz DMVK-a su dobiveni metrički podaci, koji su potom korišteni kao nezavisne varijable u modelima procjene volumena sastojine. Uspoređena je točnost procjene izvornih modela izrađenih za područje Spačvanskog bazena (SB modeli) te istih modela, ali s naknadno procijenjenim lokalnim parametrima za područje Pokupskog bazena (PB modeli). Fotogrametrijski procijenjeni volumeni validirani su s volumenom sastojina iz osnove gospodarenja. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na značajno poboljšanje točnosti fotogrametrijske procjene volumena kod PB modela u odnosu na SB modele. Korištenjem izvornih SB modela, volumen sastojine procijenjen je s korijenom srednje kvadratne pogreške od 18,47%, dok je korištenjem dodatno parametriziranih PB modela volumen procijenjen s pogreškom od 12,03%. Seeds were harvested from the tree located in the Karadeniz Technical University campus. Three different germination trials were carried out; (1) direct sowing in autumn after seed collection (Control), (2) sowing stratified seeds in spring (Stratification-1) and (3) sowing stratified seeds in summer (Stratification-2). During the germination trial processes, air temperature, relative air humidity, soil temperature and soil moisture were measured periodicaly. Thus, the germination percentage changes in different sowing environments have been established on the basis of some climate factors. Higher germination percentages were obtained in the autumn (Control) compared to the spring (Stratification-1) and summer (Stratification-2) sowings. The highest percentages of germination were ­determined in the control trials (70% in greenhouse and 58% in nursery). Obtained germination results based on different sowing times revealed secondary dormancy in Acer pseudoplatanus L. seeds. It has been determined that the mean germination time in the greenhouse (12 days) was shorter than the mean germination time in the nursery (18 days). In addition, the obtained results showed that stratification and sowing time have a positive effect on the mean germination time in the greenhouse. Vasić","doi":"10.31298/sl.145.11-12.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31298/sl.145.11-12.4","url":null,"abstract":"Although sessile oak is one of the most important deciduous forest tree species in Europe, data on the diversity of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi on sessile oaks in the Republic of Serbia are scarce. The aim of this study was to provide the first insight into the diversity of ECM fungi on sessile oak in Serbia. Two sites Info center and Brankovac, located in National Park Fruška gora were chosen. ECM fungi were identified combining morphological and anatomical characterization with molecular analysis of nuclear rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region. All vital ECM root tips were counted, diversity indices were calculated, and ECM fungi were classified into the exploration types. The granulometric and chemical composition of soil were analyzed as well. At both sites, 26 different ECM fungal taxa were recorded in total, 17 taxa were observed at the site Info center and 12 taxa at Brankovac. ECM communities consisted of a few abundant taxa and a larger number of rare taxa. Lactarius quietus, Cenococcum geophilum, and Tomentella sublilacina were recorded at both sites. High abundance of contact and short-distance exploration types recorded in studied stands suggests that soils are sufficiently rich in total nitrogen and organic matter. Values of diversity indices recorded in studied sessile oak stands from Fruška gora were lower in comparison to those obtained in stands of different oak species across Europe which is likely induced by drought. In order to gain a detailed insight into this process, the paper will analyse the forest databases of the European satellite monitoring program Copernicus. This program, among other things, monitors the condition of forests in 39 European countries by using the High Resolution Layer (HRL). The HRL Forests database consists of 3 types of (status) products, and additional change products. The status products are available for the reference years 2012, 2015, and 2018. The status layers provide information on the Dominant Leaf Type and the Tree Cover Density at pixel level for the reference year 2018 in 10 m resolution. The Forest Type layer largely follows the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) forest definition. \u0000Also, the paper will use the data on forests from the CORINE Land Cover project for 2000, 2006, 2012 and 2018. The time-series includes a land change layer, highlighting changes in land cover and land use. The CLC Changes database will be analysed separately for three periods: 2000-2006, 2006-2012 and 2012-2018, due to more accurate data on forest losses. \u0000The results of the research show that forests in Bosnia and Herzegovina were reduced by 2.95%, in the period 2012-2018, where 2.55% of them were coniferous. Osnovni cilj ovoga rada je usporediti najkorištenije GEOBIA (engl. Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis) klasifikacijske algoritme (engl. Random Trees – RT, Maximum Likelihood – ML, Support Vector Machine – SVM) s ciljem izdvajanja šuma primorskih četinjača na visoko-rezolucijskom WorldView-3 snimku unutar topografskog slijevnog područja naselja Split. Metodološki okvir istraživanja uključuje (1) izvođenje izoštrenog multispektralnog snimka (WV-3MS-a); (2) testiranje segmentacijskih korisničko-definiranih parametara; (3) dodavanje testnih uzoraka; (4) klasifikaciju segmentiranog modela; (5) procjenu točnosti klasifikacijskih algoritama, te (6) procjenu točnosti završnog modela. RT se prema korištenim pokazateljima (correctness – COR, completeness – COM i overall quality – OQ) pokazao kao najbolji algoritam. Iterativno postavljanje segmentacijskih parametara omogućilo je detekciju najprikladnijih vrijednosti za generiranje segmentacijskog modela. Utvrđeno je da sjene mogu uzrokovati značajne probleme ako se klasificiranje vrši na visoko-rezolucijskim snimkama. Modificiranim Cohen’s kappa coefficient (K) pokazateljem izračunata je točnost konačnog modela od 87,38%. In this paper, we present results of the first scientifically – based estimation of lynx population size in Croatia. The goal of the study was to determine the area of lynx distribution and to estimate the minimum size of lynx population in Croatia in the period 2018 - 2020. To determine lynx distribution, 902 signs of lynx presence were collected in the period from the beginning of May 2018 until the end of April 2020. Out of those, 92.8% of lynx observations were categorized as C1, 2.8% as C2 and 4.4% as C3. Permanent lynx presence was confirmed in Primorsko – Goranska and Ličko – Senjska county, in southern part of Karlovac county and north-eastern part of Zadar county on the total surface of 7200 km2. For the minimum population size estimation, 804 camera trap photographs led to identification of 89 – 108 adult lynxes. Among 108 identified individuals there were 29 females, 22 males, while for 7 animals the sex was not determined. During the two reproductive seasons, we photographed 44 cubs in 25 litters. The overcoming the problem, that may be encountered in generative propagation of these taxa, using vegetative propagation method are very important for producers dealing with park and garden works. It was investigated that the effects of different greenhouse medium, rooting medium and phytohormones on propagation by hardwood cutting of studied taxa. In this study, three greenhouse medium (Greenhouse-1, 2 and 3 medium), two rooting medium (perlite and peat) and four phytohormones (IBA 1000, IBA 5000, NAA 1000 and NAA 5000 ppm) were selected. The first root and callus formation dates, rooting percentage, callus percentage, root length and the number of roots were determined. The results showed that the highest rooting percentages for C. lawsoniana ‘Ellwoodii’ were obtained as 100% in peat rooting medium (IBA 1000 ppm) at Greenhouse-2 medium and Greenhouse-3 medium and perlite rooting medium (control) at Greenhouse-3 medium. On the other hand, the highest rooting percentages for C. japonica ‘Elegans’ were obtained as 100% in IBA 1000, IBA 5000 and NAA 1000 ppm treatments at Greenhouse-1 medium, while this value for x C. leylandii occurred in NAA 5000 ppm treatment (73.33%) at Greenhouse-2 medium, in perlite rooting medium for both. S obzirom na to da je klima najvažniji stanišni čimbenik, nužno ju je motriti, opisivati, analizirati i pratiti njezine promjene. Prikupljeni su podaci o vrijednostima temperature zraka (°C), količine oborine (mm) i relativne vlažnosti zraka (%) za meteorološke postaje Grič, u središtu grada, i Maksimir, u suburbanom dijelu grada. Na osnovi promatranih i mjerenih klimatskih elemenata izračunati su različiti klimatski indeksi koji pobliže opisuju klimu grada Zagreba. Analiziran je i trend Palmerova indeksa oštrine suhoće (scPDSI). Temperatura zraka (°C), količina oborine (mm), kao i iznos potencijalne evapotranspiracije (mm) imali su znatno više vrijednosti u središtu grada u odnosu na suburbani dio grada. Suburbani dio grada humidniji je u odnosu na središte grada. Nevertheless, unlike bovids, there has not been a reliable quality index so far that could also be applied at a later age. Therefore, an application reliability testing pertaining to certain elements of trophy measurement for the sake of difference detection between the cohorts was performed on a sample numbering 225 trophies of red deer stags from 11 cohorts. Although each of the nine trophy variables tested has succeeded in finding certain differences, the most reliable are the overall trophy value and circumferences (circumference of coronets, lower beam circumference and upper beam circumference). Since various trophy evaluation systems have been applied in the world, the implementation of the overall trophy value is limited only to the trophies evaluated pursuant to the CIC system.
