Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa, realizada en el período agosto 2022 - enero 2023, en donde se encuestaron a 217 alumnos de diferente avance crediticio en su trayectoria escolar. Entre los resultados más significativos resalta la identificación, en los estudiantes encuestados, de la motivación e iniciativa al estudio, las habilidades que pone en práctica y la Metacognición de su proceso de aprendizaje. Una de las conclusiones es que la débil autonomía de estudiante provoca inequidad en las condiciones para apropiarse de los contenidos.\u0000 \u0000Monitoring of equity and its relationship with student autonomy in the virtual modality, in the Faculty of Pedagogy, of the Veracruz University\u0000ABSTRACT\u0000The Regional Observatory for Quality and Equity in Higher Education (ORACLE) presents in this document the results of the research that arises from the purpose of investigating the inequity that may exist, due to the lack of autonomy in the learning process, placing the student in a vulnerable position in the Pedagogy educational program, within the framework of a virtual modality. This is a quantitative investigation, carried out in the period August 2022 - January 2023, where 217 students with different credit progress in their school career were surveyed. Among the most significant results, the identification, in the students surveyed, of the motivation and initiative to study, the skills they put into practice and the Metacognition of their learning process stands out. A través del análisis neoconstitucionalista, se identificaron las entidades responsables del diseño e implementación de políticas culturales, y sus atribuciones legales, para garantizar el mencionado derecho cultural. Mientras más contemporáneas son las legislaciones, existe mayor apego a la garantía del derecho cultural, aunque no contemple todos los elementos recomendados por la ONU. Se concluye que la segunda década del siglo XXI es el momento histórico del reconocimiento y garantía de los derechos culturales en México, y es urgente actualizar los instrumentos normativos a nivel local en ese sentido.\u0000 \u0000Analysis of Mexican legislation on the right of access and participation of patrimonies\u0000Abstract: The Observatory of Cultural Policies analyzed, from February to June 2023, 9 federal and state legislations (of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave), regarding tangible and intangible cultural heritage, to distinguish the normative and institutional mechanisms that guarantee the right of access and participation in cultural life in terms of heritage. Through the neoconstitutionalist analysis, the entities responsible for the design and implementation of cultural policies, and their legal attributions, were identified in order to guarantee the aforementioned cultural right. The more contemporary the legislation, the greater the adherence to the guarantee of cultural rights, even if it does not contemplate all the elements recommended by the UN. Los datos que se presentan se obtienen en dos momentos del año 2022 (marzo-abril con 694 participantes y octubre-noviembre con 367 personas). Los resultados muestran que los síntomas de ansiedad y depresión mantienen en niveles altos, lo que genera condiciones de riesgo para la salud mental, si bien en el segundo semestre del periodo disminuyeron los síntomas de ambas características. Dadas las características del estudio no es posible generalizar los datos pero si utilizarlos como referente para el desarrollo de estrategias de intervención que incidan positivamente en el bienestar de la población.\u0000 \u0000Anxiety and depression symptoms during the first and second semester of 2022 in adults from Veracruz, in the context of the COVID-19 contingency\u0000Abstract: The results presented are from the study Anxiety, Depression, Lifestyles, and Wellbeing in the Current Sociocultural Context, conducted in the year 2022, focusing particularly on the variables of anxiety and depression. This study builds on previous research carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic in the years 2020 and 2021, where the conditions of social distancing had an impact on people's lives, leading to changes behaviors to cope with the contingency. The data presented were obtained at two points in the year 2022 (March-April with 668 participants and October- November with 366 individuals). The results indicate that symptoms of anxiety and depression remain at high levels, posing a risk to mental health, however, the symptoms of both disorders decreased in the second semester of the year. El grupo está compuesto por diez estudiantes de la licenciatura en Arquitectura de la FAUV Poza Rica. Gracias al diagnóstico realizado se detectó en dicho grupo un área de oportunidad debido al limitado nivel de desarrollo de las competencias de diseño y se presenta una propuesta de mejora para fortalecerlas mediante la metodología de diseño arquitectónico, el aprendizaje colaborativo y la investigación acción.\u0000 \u0000Architectural design competencies: diagnosis at the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad Veracruzana, Poza Rica-Tuxpan \u0000Abstract: This paper has the objective of assessing the development of design skills for the resolution of a comprehensive architectural project due to the great relevance of these training skills in the labor field of Architecture, this assessment was carried out using diagnostic instruments, which are: the questionnaires on study conditions and learning styles and the CDA survey (Architectural Design Competences), the latter is composed of elements related to the educational experience: Architectural Design Details. The group is made up of ten students of the Bachelor of Architecture from the Veracruzana University Poza Rica-Tuxpan Region. Sin embargo, dado el entorno de alta exigencia inherente a los servicios de salud, tanto el sector estudiantil como académico pueden verse vulnerados sus derechos bajo determinadas situaciones. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo prospectivo aplicando a los tres grupos la “escala de disfrute de los derechos humanos de los médicos residentes (DERES)”, validada por el Observatorio de Educación Médica (2021), modificada en el periodo agosto 2021. Se observó en el grupo de médicos becarios que al menos 1 de cada 4 desconocen sus derechos como estudiantes dentro del espacio docente asistencial, asimismo, más del 50% desconoce el protocolo indicado a seguir en caso de vulneración de sus derechos.\u0000 \u0000Human rights in the teaching care space: Perception of their enjoyment by Internal Physicians\u0000Undergraduate medical internship is a fundamental educational process for acquiring the necessary competencies for general medical practice, both of which are regulated by various institutions with the aim of ensuring functioning within a framework that allows for the fulfillment of human rights. However, given the high-demand environment inherent in healthcare services, both the student and academic sectors may have their rights violated under certain situations. A prospective quantitative study was conducted, applying the \"Enjoyment of Human Rights Scale for Resident Physicians (DERES)\" to the three groups, validated by the Medical Education Observatory (2021) and modified in August 2021. It was observed in the group of medical interns that at least 1 in 4 are unaware of their rights as students within the teaching-assistant space. El espacio docente-asistencial, es un área de formación fuera de las aulas universitarias, donde los internos de pregrado deben desarrollarse integralmente. Objetivo. Implementar una propuesta de intervención que sea garante del derecho a la educación en el espacio docente-asistencial. Metodología. Estudio cuasiexperimental con aplicación de una encuesta de satisfacción a internos de pregrado y propuesta de intervención educativa para asegurar la formación integral. Resultados. De 12 dimensiones investigadas en la encuesta, dos mostraron insatisfacción en más del 75 % de los casos; cinco revelaron satisfacción entre el 50 y 80 % y otras cinco, mayor al 80 %. Se propuso una estrategia innovadora de intervención, sustentada en principios éticos, para fortalecer la formación del estudiante a este nivel. Conclusiones. De acuerdo al enfoque del Derecho a la Educación en las Unidades Médicas, se propuso, aprobó e instaló el “Comité de Ética en el espacio Docente-Asistencial”, para garantizar el derecho a la educación en esta área.\u0000 \u0000Ensuring the Right to Medical Education: A teaching-care intervention to improve of undergraduate internship´s satisfaction\u0000Abstract: Context. The teaching-care area is a training outside the university classrooms area where undergraduate internship must develop integrally. Objective: To implement an intervention proposal that guarantees the education rights in the teaching healthcare area. Methodology. Quasi-experimental study with the application of a satisfaction survey to undergraduate interns and a proposal for an educational intervention to ensure comprehensive training. Results. Of 12 dimensions investigated in the survey, two showed dissatisfactions in more than 75 % of cases; five revealed satisfactions between 50 and 80 % and another five, greater than 80 %. An innovative intervention strategy, based on ethical principles, was proposed to strengthen student training at this level. Conclusions. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el impacto nutricional, ambiental y económico de los desperdicios orgánicos del tianguis de Ozumba de Álzate, Estado de México. Se encontró que a la semana se generan 6078.5 kg de desperdicios de verduras y 3509.90 kg de frutas, en conjunto al año generan 498,596.8 toneladas. La emisión de gases de efecto invernadero anual de estos desperdicios es de 5,085 kg de CO2. El impacto económico al año es de $7,299,764. Se concluye que es importante implementar estrategias que permitan aprovechar al máximo los desperdicios (bajar costos, realizar trueques o regalarlo a quien lo necesite), lo cual ayudaría a mejorar las condiciones nutricionales de quienes se encuentran en vulnerabilidad, además, de disminuir el impacto al medio ambiente.\u0000 \u0000Evaluation of the nutritional, environmental and economic impact of organic waste from the Ozumba State of Mexico\u0000Abstract: Food loss and waste is a problem that affects the whole world, not only nutrition, but also the economy and the environment. The objective of the study was to evaluate the nutritional, environmental and economic impact of the organic waste from the tianguis of Ozumba de Álzate, State of Mexico. It was found that 6078.5 kg of vegetables and 3509.90 kg of fruits are generated per week, generating a total of 498,596.8 tons per year. The annual greenhouse gas emission from this waste is 5,085 kg of CO2. The annual economic impact is $7,299,764. {"title":"Análisis de los programas de posgrado en México con relación a las variables género, área de formación, entidad federativa, hablantes de lengua indígena y personas con discapacidad","authors":"Rabindranarth Romero-López, Ximena Anell-Parra","doi":"10.25009/uvs.vi16.2986","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25009/uvs.vi16.2986","url":null,"abstract":"Como parte de las actividades de difusión por parte del Observatorio Nacional del Posgrado (ONAPO) se elaboró este documento el cual recopila y analiza información relacionada con los niveles de estudio de especialidad, maestría y doctorado en México, durante los periodos del 2016-2017 al 2021-2022, con el objetivo de conocer el estado actual de la oferta y demanda de los posgrados en el país. Los datos que presenta este documento fueron recuperados de la página oficial de la Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior (ANUIES), los cuales pueden ser comparados e interpretados de acuerdo con algunos indicadores, tales como la distribución por entidad federativa, los niveles de estudios, las áreas de especialización, el género, oferta y demanda, e indicadores de inclusión en los posgrados como estudiantes hablantes de lengua indígena y discapacitados. Dentro de los hallazgos más importantes de este estudio fue el aumento del 27 % en el número total de posgrados ofertados en el país del periodo 2016-2017 al 2021-2022, además se observó un incremento en la presencia del género femenino en la mayoría de los programas, así como la de estudiantes hablantes de alguna lengua nativa y de estudiantes con alguna discapacidad. Por otro lado, se vio reflejada la preferencia de los alumnos por realizar un posgrado a nivel maestría, principalmente en las áreas de Administración y Negocios, Ciencias Sociales y Derecho, y Educación; con respecto a la oferta de posgrados en todas las áreas se localiza en su mayoría en la Ciudad de México.\u0000 \u0000Analysis of postgraduate programs in Mexico in relation to the variables gender, training area, federative entity, indigenous language speakers and disabled people\u0000As part of the dissemination activities by the National Postgraduate Observatory (ONAPO), this document was prepared, which collects and analyzes information related to the levels of specialty, master’s, and doctoral study in Mexico, during the periods of 2016-2017 to 2021-2022, with the aim of knowing the current state of supply and demand for postgraduate courses in the country. The data presented in this document were retrieved from the official website of the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES, by its acronym in Spanish), which they can be compared and interpreted according to some indicators, such as the distribution by province, levels of studies, areas of specialization, gender, offer and demand, and indicators of inclusion in postgraduate courses such as students who speak indigenous languages and the disabled. Among the most important findings of this study was the 27% increase in the total number of postgraduate courses offered in the country from the period 2016-2017 to 2021-2022, in addition, an increase was observed in the presence of the female gender in most of the programs, as well as that of students who speak a native language and students with a disability.
