PLN ULPL Indralaya. This study is one steam turbine generator unit often experiences shutdown due to several factors. One of them is out of service for the protection operating system on the 4 MVA to 11.5/6.9 kV transformer unit when there is a disturbance so that there is an inter-trip to the upstream system which results in a blackout system. We analyzed the disturbance using ETAP software. We made three analyzes there are load flow, short circuit and relay coordination. This research, therefore, aimed to develop a mobile-based English learning application that provided English learning in the form of stories called the Deltalk. This mobile-based English learning application provides features in which the users can practice their speaking in English. This app was developed by integrating ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology provided by NOVO Learning. The ASR was integrated with Deltalk through the API (Application Programming Interface) and Websocket. Body temperature is the result of the body's metabolic processes and is influenced by external and internal factors. In this research, we design a monitoring tool that uses LoRa and IoT technology to monitor heart rate and human body temperature. This tool aims to provide real-time health monitoring and can communicate remotely. MQTT allows efficient data transmission between connected devices in the network. Pulse heart rate sensor and temperature sensor MLX90614 The data obtained from these two sensors is sent through the LoRa network to the LoRa gateway. The LoRa gateway functions as a link between the monitoring device and the MQTT server. The gateway receives data from the monitoring device via the LoRa network and forwards it to the MQTT server via an internet connection. The MQTT server sends the data to an application that can be accessed via a smartphone. The test results show that the RSSI value of -72.5 dBm is obtained when the minimum distance is 5 metres. The lowest value for RSSI, which is -93.5 dBm, is obtained at the maximum testing distance of about 55 metres. There are still limitations in learning black and white photo and color makeup in the Department of Makeup and Beauty, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University. Students are still struggling to master the basics of black and white and color photo makeup and have not been able to apply materials and cosmetics correctly. This study aims to develop interactive multimedia learning media for black and white photo and color makeup. This research is a development using the 4-D method (define, design, develop and disseminate). Quality and practicality were observed in teachers, students and practicing professionals. The results show the following; (1) The validity of interactive multimedia as a valid medium (2) The practicality of interactive multimedia as a practical medium based on the responses of teachers and students after the test (3) Effective efficacy in increasing the learning activities of the students with a very good category and the learning results of the students before and after using interactive multimedia as a medium. Sumber Jaya Trans Tangerang has problems, namely vehicle maintenance in terms of data reporting which is still manual, maintenance reports are carried out on a paper form filled in by mechanics who have repaired bus vehicles and recapitulated into the ledger, managers have difficulty viewing or checking maintenance reports, because lots of paper forms and disorganized ledgers. Due to the issues at hand, the author suggests an Android-based bus vehicle maintenance app. utilizing the PIECES technique of analysis. The programming languages for Web Services and Android are PHP and the Laravel framework, respectively, and object-oriented analysis techniques are used in the system architecture together with the Unified Modeling Language (UML).  Untuk mengetahui penggunaan sistem Repository Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat penggunaan sistem Repository di Perpustakaan Medan Area dengan menggunakan teknik Metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Pustakawan dan Mahasiswa dari Universitas Medan Area berjumlah 50 responden yang dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta menganalisis metode SUS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari hasil rekapitulasi hasil pengujian kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode SUS dari sisi Acceptability, Grade Scale dan Adjective Rating diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat Acceptabilty range pengguna terhadap website repository Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area berada pada grade Marginal High, tingkat Grade Scale berada pada kategori D, dan tingkat Adjective Rating berada pada kategori OK yang hampir mendekati Good. Hal ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Repository Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area dengan metode SUS berhasil. Selain itu dapat diketahui juga bahwa metode SUS memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sistem penggunaan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan terjadinya peningkatan skor SUS yaitu sebesar 65, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa website repository Perpustakaan Universitas Medan Area masih perlu untuk dievaluasi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar dapat lebih optimal penggunaannya.

In this grouping application, a genetic algorithm is implemented to optimize the distribution of learning classes, adopting the concept of biological evolution where the initial population of learning groups is considered as \"individuals\" with information about different grouping criteria. Through the process of selection, crossover, and mutation, these individuals undergo evolution from generation to generation, where those with the highest fitness value (according to the specified criteria) are passed on to the next generation, while those with lower fitness values may be eliminated. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting data collection stages through interviews, observations, and literature studies, and the method used for developing the device is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. From this research, several problems were found in processing the creation of patient eligibility letters, namely the creation of eligibility letters still uses claim that has not been bridged with sims, causing the process of creating patient eligibility letters to take a long time, thus affecting the quality of healthcare services in the hospital's emergency unit. Therefore, many companies/organizations use Google Forms for the employee recruitment process which requires a large number of candidates. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, and Individual Characteristics on Task Technology Fit and its influence on Individual Performance, User Satisfaction, Benefit, Utilization, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness in the recruitment process using the google form. This research is quantitative research that will examine the effect of the variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable by testing the hypothesis. The population in this study was 219 members of the Association of Human Resource Practitioners (IPSM). The sample used in this study was 71 respondents who processed data using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that 8 of the 9 hypotheses show a significant and positive effect. This shows that IPSM members have adopted Task Technology Fit in their recruitment process by using the Google form.
