By ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, OSH assistance encourages a sense of comfort and trust in the workplace. This has a positive impact on productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction. This approach also pays attention to aspects of psychological wellbeing, such as managing stress, increasing resilience, and creating a positive work climate. K3 assistance for work success also involves effective communication between management and employees. To support their learning, the use of interactive learning media based on information and communication technology, such as Augmented Reality (AR), is an effective solution. This Community Service aims to implement AR as an interactive and effective sign language learning medium for deaf students. This Community Service involves the introduction of student learning activities in sign language learning and the development of AR-based learning media products. The product is a mobile application that can be accessed using an Android mobile device. The implementation of learning media is carried out through the introduction of application features to teachers and students, as well as direct trials involving parental participation. The use of AR technology in learning media is also considered to provide an interactive and interesting learning experience for students. The implementation of Augmented Reality as an interactive sign language learning media at SLB Negeri 1 Palopo provides positive benefits in the learning of deaf students. This AR learning media can improve students' understanding of sign language in a more interactive and fun way. PKM was held on April 14-16 2023 in Ajijulu Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. Lectures, discussions and motivations are used as orientation methods. Question and answer discussions were held with the aim of gaining insight, understanding and solutions to solve the problems and limitations faced by the local community. The results of the PKM suggestions and research are very effective, considering that there are still many people who are ignorant of stunting prevention. This counseling increases public awareness about stunting prevention. The counseling method used is by giving lectures, discussions and providing motivation. Question and answer discussions were carried out with the aim of gaining understanding, understanding and solutions as a form of solving problems and constraints faced by the local community. The results of this community service counseling and outreach are very effective considering that there are still many people who do not receive information about the benefits of immunization. With this counseling, the community becomes more aware of the importance of basic immunization.
