This mental turmoil is self-confidence. Confidence is one factor that influences the results of matching petanque. Trusting oneself is feeling confident or having a degree of certainty about something's ability to succeed in sports. Several factors, including internal and external factors, influence self-confidence. This research aims to determine the level of trust in North Aceh petanque athletes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The population in this study were petanque athletes from North Aceh, totaling 16 athletes. Given the relatively small population, all member populations made a sample (total sampling). Technique data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Next, data was analyzed using the percentage formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) as many as 14 athletes (87.5%) were Acehnese petanque athletes. Childfree (voluntary childless) is the decision of a married couple not to have children during the couple's marriage, this is different from the term involuntary chidless, where this term is a term for couples who for some reason do not get children from the marriage. The impact of childfree on health if in order to prevent pregnancy using hormonal contraceptives, cancer of the reproductive organs will arise or thromboembolic which is at risk of stroke. Another impact is the existence of a demographic imbalance where the elderly population is very dominants and the toddler population is very lacking so that the number of productive age is decrease and this will lead to a decrease in the resilience of a country. Using a descriptive-experimental design, the research assessed the statistical reasoning skills of students before and after the implementation of SRLE. Sixty students from Jiangsu Automotive Technician College participated in pre-tests and post-tests that evaluated their understanding of samples, populations, parameters, descriptive and inferential statistics, statistical tests, hypothesis testing, graphical data interpretation, and errors and statistical power. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' statistical literacy post-intervention, with consistent proficiency across all indicators. The analysis demonstrated that SRLE effectively enhanced students' abilities to comprehend and apply statistical concepts. The study concludes that integrating SRLE in the curriculum can substantially improve statistical literacy, providing students with the necessary skills to interpret data and make informed decisions in their professional and personal lives. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on statistics education by highlighting the benefits of a structured learning environment that promotes active engagement and critical thinking in statistical reasoning. Based on civil law in Indonesia, an agreement can be canceled if three things occur, namely error, coercion or fraud. However, something else can also happen, namely misuse of the situation. This research then compares this with several countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore and the United States regarding the application of abuse of circumstances as reasons for canceling agreements. In common law countries, misuse of circumstances can be used as a reason for canceling an agreement without having to file a lawsuit in court and be used as a reason for cancellation, whereas in Indonesia misuse of circumstances is an indicator of an unlawful act, not an indicator of things that can cancel an agreement. Suicidal ideation in adolescents becomes pathological when the intensity and recurrence of these thoughts increase, becoming the only way out of their disorders. Objectives to characterize the impact of risk factors for suicidal ideation and attempted suicide in adolescents and young people in CPSC. Method bibliographic review, with a qualitative approach, searching for studies over a period of 10 years, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with filters for Scielo, PsycInfo and G. Academic databases, using Boolean descriptors “suicidal ideation” AND “attempt to suicide” AND “risk factors” AND “suicide” AND “adolescent” AND “youth” OR “CPSC”. Results 20 were part of the study, Brazil stood out with 10 and 18 registered in Portuguese. They illustrate mostly males as suicide perpetrators and females as suicide attempts and use the same methods. Mozambique leads the way in suicidal behavior in the African region. The analys i s i nterprets that active use of social media is positively correlated with the well being within the same individual. The user facing social media enables adol escents with similar temperaments to group together, while content facing social media helps adolescents to learn and perceive. The research method used is normative, namely researching and studying using statutory regulations. The results of the research are that action against the TNI who were involved in the election campaign is related to action against TNI neutrality, Bawaslu's role is to provide supervision related to preventing TNI non-neutrality and in this case Bawaslu can only make recommendations. TNI who are proven to be involved in practical politics are siding with and providing support to political parties and the candidate pairs being put forward will be dealt with firmly by the TNI commander. The authority to take action against the TNI who were involved in the campaign at the Gakkumdu Center rests with Bawaslu which only provides recommendations which are then delegated to the State Civil Apparatus Committee for follow-up. The design of the Gakkumdu Organization so that it can take action against the TNI even though there is military justice is that the prosecution of the TNI by the Gakkumdu organization must be designed in such a way, namely by making the handling of general election violations with an institution that has been created as a specialist for handling election crimes so that the handling of violations of the TNI's involvement in the campaign can be resolved in an efficient manner. effective and not complicated. The researcher established three specific objectives: to understand how savings accumulation affects the social welfare of Ijabo Ngeruka Umurenge Sacco members, to evaluate the impact of loan facilities on their social welfare, and to assess the role of long-term capital accumulation on their social welfare. Methods and Materials: The study consists of five chapters and employs a descriptive research design, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Instruments like questionnaires, observations, and interviews were utilized. A subset of 720 participants was chosen at random from a total population of 2,397 clients affiliated with Ijabo Ngeruka Umurenge Sacco. Data analysis involved SPSS Version 21 descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics like Pearson correlation coefficient (r). Results: The findings revealed positive correlations of 0.57 indicating that higher savings accumulation tends to improve social welfare, while negative correlations -0.24 suggest a decrease in one variable leads to a decrease in the other. The strength of correlation indicates the degree of relationship between variables. The results provide insights into how saving practices affect respondents' well-being, with statistically significant correlations observed at the 0.01 level, indicating a strong confidence in the associations between variables. Conclusion: The study highlights the critical roles of savings mobilization, credit facilities, and long-term capital mobilization in enhancing the social wellbeing of Ijabo Ngeruka Umurenge Sacco members. Some of their characteristics linked to their relevance to achieve the transfer of knowledge is that they are relevant, challenging, realistic and contextualized in such a way that they favor depth in knowledge and communication. For Boud, D. (2020), assessment in higher education is undergoing a significant change, moving from an approach focused on comparison between students (norm-referenced assessment) towards a standards-based system that judges performance based on of pre-established criteria. This change is accompanied by an expansion of the purposes of evaluation, transcending the simple certification of students to encompass objectives such as the promotion of learning, the development of skills and the capacity for self-assessment. OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the quality of learning evaluation tasks based on the dimensions: Challenge, Depth, Communication and Transfer; as well as determining whether the sex, semester and grade average of the students are factors associated with the evaluations that students make of the quality of the evaluation of the tasks assigned by the professors. METHOD: E An empirical investigation of an explanatory and transversal nature was carried out; through a non-probabilistic convenience sampling in which 177 students from the law school of a private university in Mexico participated. The dependent variable under study was: The quality of the learning evaluation tasks that teachers use to assign grades to their students and the independent variables were sex, progress in the degree, type of school year and grade point average qualifications in the race. INSTRUMENT: The questionnaire called: Analysis of Evaluation and Learning Tasks (ATAE) developed by Ibarra-Saiz, M.S. and Rodríguez-Gómez, G. (2020 B) that evaluates the quality of the Assessment Tasks defined as an activity designed with the purpose of collecting information on the ability of students to apply and use their competencies, knowledge, abilities and skills when address the resolution of complex problems and be able to verify the degree of achievement of the expected learning results. The ATAE questionnaire is structured in four dimensions and consists of 16 items in a scale format from 0 to 10 distributed in each of the following dimensions: Challenge, refers to addressing open and complex problems that require divergent thinking, creativity and the establishing meaningful connections; Depth that involves demonstrating deep understanding through the use of methods of inquiry and reflective and critical thinking. A literature review was used in this study by conducting a bibliometric analysis approach with VOSViewer software to visualize the bibliometric network in the last ten years. This research approach carried out bibliographical analysis by taking the Scopus database based on the keyword “perceived organizational support” and “performance”. Then filtering research articles was carried out in the 2013 – 2023 period. Publications according to keywords initially amounted to 637 articles, after which 387 articles were filtered. Perceived organizational support and performance are interconnected topics. The development of perceived organizational support and performance has led to an increase in the number of publications by year with peak point in 2023. China is noted as the leading country in contributing publication. The most affiliate was from University of Houston. The most prominent author is Eisenberger with remarkable 8 publications and his publication have been cited in 961 documents. International Journal of Human Resource Management contributed regularly based on publication by source. These publications were published in the subject area Business, Management, and Accounting (35.3%). Analysis using VOSViewer produces network, overlay, and density visualization of co-occurrence by keyword revealed 78 items divided into 7 clusters marked with different color.
