In this paper, we give a new proof for this result by using only the basic properties of linear algebra. We show that each of these classes is Borel in the class of separable Banach spaces. Then we build small families of Banach spaces that are both injectively and surjectively universal for these classes. The results of this dissertation are then applied to an important class of operators such as Riemann-Liouville's fractional integral operators, Weyl's fractional integral operators and Laplace's operators. As special cases of the above, we obtain an ${mathbb R}^{n}$ -generalization of the celebrated Hardy's inequality on domains of positivity.
