This research explores the impact of pricing public goods and services on generating public revenues in the UAE government. By using a scientific approach that includes theoretical review, then quantitative and inductive analysis, the research examines the hypothesis that there is a relationship between fiscal policy and the pricing of public goods and services. The results show that the contribution of pricing (selected categories, customs fees, trademarks and traffic fines) is ineffective in generating public revenues. The proportions of this contribution are small and do not adequately cover public expenditures or contribute significantly to GDP. These results support the hypothesis that indicates a link between fiscal policy and the pricing of public goods and services. In addition, the research concludes by providing some insights into fiscal policy that can help government agencies in enhancing sources of financing public revenues, through the mechanism of pricing public goods and services to achieve Economic growth and development. The UAE government must make price decisions that are in line with fiscal policy, taking into account economic and social variables.","PeriodicalId":491942,"journal":{"name":"Govarî kurdistanî bo lêkołînewey stratîcî","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

He is one of the most influential Italian and Western philosophers in the interpretation of Nietzsche’s philosophy. It was he who brought Nietzsche and Heidegger to the center of philosophical research in Italy in the late 1970s. Vatimo’s continuous dialogue with Nietzsche and the Nietzschean tradition is multifaceted. Of course, this aspect adds other branches to our study of Vatimo’s view of Nietzsche’s nihilism, including Vatimo’s discussion of hermeneutics, truth, and morality. The research also shows that the Nietzsche discussed by Vatimo is closer to an Italian Vatimo than to French or German philosophy. Vatimo’s interpretations of Nietzsche’s nihilism do not open the same philosophical doors as his contemporaries in the West. Because in Vatimo’s interpretations, Nietzsche presents himself as a revolutionary political and social philosopher and produces a new hermeneutics within Nietzsche’s nihilism called hermeneutical nihilism, which is linked to the discussions of modernity and postmodernity. To interpret nihilism according to Italian Nietzsche, we need to interpret the concept of weak thought, which is important to Vattimo. Because Vatimo’s concept of Nietzsche’s nihilism is related to other concepts of nihilism, therefore, in this research we will focus more on the aspect that Nietzsche’s nihilism according to Vatimo is the nihilism that makes Vatimo the Nietzsche of Italy. We have also reached several conclusions in the research, the most important of which is that the research is an attempt to investigate Nietzsche’s nihilism in Vatimo’s philosophy, which has opened the way for Vatimo to criticize Western modernity.Therefore, we ask: What are the metaphysical foundations of modern society that Vatimo rejects? What does the term postmodernism mean in Vatimo’s hermeneutic nihilism? To answer these questions, we will focus on three themes that are meaningful in Vatimo’s thought about Nietzsche’s nihilism: hermeneutics, postmodernism, and weak thought.","PeriodicalId":491942,"journal":{"name":"Govarî kurdistanî bo lêkołînewey stratîcî","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136342747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After that... In this study, we have tried to choose the topic of divorce in the book (The Judgments of the Messenger of God) - Peace be upon him- by its author, Mohammed bin Faraj Al-Qurtubi, who wrote this book in the fifth century AH, to elucidate and shed light on the issues of the Messenger of God in matters of divorce in particular. At the outset, we talked about the judgment and the purposes in enacting rulings in Islam, then we shed light on the judiciary in general, and the judiciary of the Messenger of God - Peace be upon him - specifically, because in his judgments - Peace be upon him - higher purposes and great judgment. It is known that if there is no love left and the impossibility of accord, harmony and coexistence within the family, then divorce will be the key to the solution, but after taking care of all the methods prescribed by the Islamic sharia, for the purpose of maintaining the family tie. Although divorce is lawful and legitimate in Islam, and it was put as a solution during the crisis of family relations, it set conditions and defined stages and limits that must be taken into account by the man before the divorce process, including - for instance - that the divorce not take place during menstruation period, or what is called the menstrual cycle of the woman, because she is in an inappropriate psychological state, and she is somewhat distant by nature from her husband. Among them is that he legalized divorce on three instances, in order to keep room for the spouses to think about the matter of returning to the wedlock, as both or one of them may remorse after the first or second divorce, and they want to solve the problem. The Messenger of God - by order of Almighty God - gave his wives the choice between two things: Either they choose the life of this world and its alluring beauties, or they choose God and His Messenger or to choose God and His Messenger and the afterlife home, so they choose the second, and it will be the happiest married life on earth. Then, if a woman confirms that she is unable to continue the marital life with her husband, and the judge finds that she is right, then the Sharia has given her the right to annul the marriage by legislating what is called (Khule - demanding the initiation of divorce) by the woman in the Islamic Sharia, as the right entitled to the wife to annul the marriage. In some cases, the husband swears not to approach his wife, for the purpose of discipline and advice, or for any other legitimate purpose. Likewise, if he said to his wife: You are like my mother’s back, or my sister’s back, with the intention of hurting her psychologically, then he has to expiate severely as a punishment for what he did, as it is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. All these matters were not legislated, except in order to establish a happy life in","PeriodicalId":491942,"journal":{"name":"Govarî kurdistanî bo lêkołînewey stratîcî","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135359514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
