Moreover, the popularity of mobile medical technology has not only changed the previous face-to-face treatment model but also optimized the distribution of medical resources, thus effectively filling the gaps in the traditional medical model. However, in the field of chronic disease health management, the popularity of APP brings many challenges. Therefore, to facilitate the sustainable and steady development of the mobile medical industry, active measures must be taken to solve these problems.","PeriodicalId":491607,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in business, economics and management","volume":"34 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135012354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In 1992, Baoan convertible bonds, as China's first convertible bonds, were issued with an issue size of RMB 500 million, thus opening the door to China's convertible bond market. However, for a long time, due to the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations, the growth rate of the convertible bond market has been very slow, and listed companies prefer equity financing, which makes it difficult for convertible bonds to be implemented on a large scale. However, since 2015, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued a series of laws and regulations, including the Implementing Rules for the Non-public Offering of Shares by Listed Companies (2017) and the Notice on Matters Relating to the Reporting of Procedural Transactions of Convertible Bonds (2021), which shows that the SFC intends to promote the standardized development of convertible bonds. As a result, the number and size of convertible bonds have grown rapidly, and convertible bonds have become increasingly popular among low-risk investors. In the increasingly hot situation of the convertible bond market, this paper chooses Jiangnan Water Company as a typical case representative, through the analysis of its convertible bond issuance program, the company's early resale behavior of the motivation and impact to find the problems in the corporate issuance of convertible bonds, and for the future want to issue the convertible bonds of the company to provide the applicable recommendations, the following is the research of this paper to improve some of the measures: choosing the right time of sale; the establishment of convertible bonds early warning system, strengthen internal control; according to the financing project to select the appropriate financing methods, and so on.","PeriodicalId":491607,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in business, economics and management","volume":"32 23","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134905841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In theory, this paper analyzed the role of digital economy in promoting high-quality economic development and the mediating role of carbon emission intensity. Empirically, this paper measured the comprehensive level of digital economy and high-quality development in 30 provinces in China (excluding Tibet) from 2011 to 2020, and built a model for testing on this basis. The study found that the digital economy significantly promoted high-quality economic development and passed the robustness test. The intermediary effect showed that the digital economy could play a boosting role in high-quality economic development by curbing carbon emission. Further, the regional heterogeneity test analysis found that the boost effect of digital economy gradually weakened in the eastern, central and western regions, and the boost effect was not obvious in the western region. Finally, according to the influence mechanism and the conclusion of regional heterogeneity, this paper put forward some specific suggestions to promote high-quality economic development.","PeriodicalId":491607,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in business, economics and management","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134906065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The emergence of securities public interest litigation can bridge the gap between \"private remedies\" and \"public enforcement\" in the governance paths. However, due to the lack of legal provisions and judicial practice, the establishment of the securities public interest litigation system and its operation need to be explored. This article, from the perspective of protecting small and medium investors, discusses the goals and challenges of constructing the securities public interest litigation system. It also examines the necessity of using public interest litigation to restrain the abuse of controlling shareholders' rights and protect the interests of small and medium investors. Regarding the obstacles faced by current securities public interest litigation, the main issues include the questionable legislative positioning and the need for clarity in specific procedures. In the process of exploring the construction of the securities public interest litigation system, this article focuses on discussing the scope of application of public interest litigation, the selection of suing entities, and the allocation of burden of proof. Regardless of age, environmental considerations were universally important. The paper also explores effective brand-building and communication strategies attuned to Chinese culture to promote green burials. Key recommendations include targeting younger audiences willing to pay extra for green services and leveraging environmental concerns, which resonate across age groups.
