Most vehicles use fossil fuels as an energy source. Fossil fuels will run out, so electricity is used as a substitute. Electric fuel is environmentally friendly and does not emit pollution. Making a prototype electric car, one of which is preparing a design and simulating it using software. This study aims to find the best 6061 hollow aluminum chassis model through static analysis using Autodesk Inventor software with the finite element analysis (FEA) method. This study compares three chassis models, namely chassis patterns H, X, and Y, which will be subjected to a static load test of 900 N, including the driver's load of 600 N. The values obtained are von Mises stress, displacement, and the safety factor. The dimensions of the chassis are 2,160 mm by 750 mm by 500 mm, with a thickness of 2 mm. The results can be concluded: the H-pattern chassis is the best and easier to design compared to the X and Y chassis. This chassis has a von Mises stress value of 84.47 MPa, a displacement value of 0.89 mm, and a safety factor of 3.20. Micro-cylinder, micro-slat, and micro-cube are installed close to the leading edge of the NACA 4415 airfoil as a micro geometric variation of passive flow control devices with a predetermined diameter of 3% c located at coordinates x= 0% c and y= 8 %c of the leading edge of the airfoil. The Reynolds number used in this study is Re = with AoA variations from 0°-30°. This study's results show a decrease in Cl of 12% with a micro-cylinder, 26% with a micro-slat, and 28% with a micro-cube. In addition, the Cd produced by using the variation of the device micro geometry has increased significantly. Thus, the final result is a lift-to-drag ratio of more petite than the without micro. In the streamlined contour shown when the airfoil is at a high angle of attack, the use of micro geometric variations of passive flow control devices can have an effect that causes reduced recirculation that occurs in the airfoil. Therefore, companies must control the quality of their products well, one of which is by analyzing defective products. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of defects in Toolbox products produced by PT KSKB and provide improvement suggestions to reduce the level of defects in PT KSKB Toolbox products. This research uses data on the number of productions and the number of defective products obtained through field observations and interview processes. The method used in this research is the Seven Tools and Kaizen Five-M Checklist method of improvement analysis. Based on the data processing results, there are three types of defects in Toolbox products: burrs, materials with holes, and cutting with no precision. The most frequent type of defect is burrs (an uneven surface of the object due to the working process), with a value of 52.12%. The type of airfoil used in this study is the asymmetry NACA 4415 airfoil type. In this paper, computational tests were carried out on the airfoil with the addition of bionic flaps on its trailing edge. This study's update tests three variations of the Reynolds number: Re = 106, Re = 5 × 105, and Re = 3 × 105. The airfoil test was carried out at AoA 0°–25°. The addition of bionic flaps causes a decrease in lift performance at low AoA, but at high AoA, it can increase lift performance on airfoils. In addition, adding a bionic flap on the airfoil can delay the occurrence of a stall. At AoA 10°–13°, the Cd of the three variations of the Reynolds number experiences an increase in performance. Many mechanical and electrical components of the machine were damaged at Company X because the room's temperature, air quality, and humidity did not comply with the machine's standard operating conditions. If nothing is done to enhance the engine room's air conditioning, the engine will sustain greater damage. The purpose of this research is to design a cooling and air-conditioning system in the production machine space in PT. X to maintain the performance and durability of machine components. The engine compartment is 104 m2. The design of the refrigeration and air conditioning systems includes the calculation of the required capacity, analysis, and the creation of design drawings in the engine compartment. According to the calculation, the required engine room refrigeration capacity unit is 9.36 kW with 1640 l/s. This capacity incorporates the requirement for fresh air, which is 245 l/s. Dynamic loads occur because of the working mechanism of the press machine, which suppresses the brick components. Test simulation stress analysis using the computer program Inventor Professional Student 2023 with the finite element method in a material structure simulation test of a brick press machine frame with a dynamic load treatment the frame design model uses mild steel material with dimensions of 880 mm by 545 mm by 1200 mm. The variable loads are 700 kg, 1000 kg, and 1500kg. The simulation results show the displacement value at a load of 700 kg = 0,25 mm; 1000 kg = 0,36 mm; and 1500 kg = 0,54 mm. The von Mises stress value is 700 kg = 70,03 MPa; 1000 kg = 100,4 MPa; and 1500 kg = 150,9 MPa. The safety factor value is 700 kg = 2,96; 1000 kg = 2,06; and 1500 kg = 1,37. Because the cloud kitchen consists of many kitchens, good air circulation is needed. The total volume of the 15 kitchen units in the cloud kitchen is 249.8 m3, so to meet commercial kitchen standards that have a minimum Air Change per Hour (ACH) value of 30 ACH, an air change of 4410 m3/h with a ducting system is required. From the simulation results, the air velocity distribution in the ducting ranges from 0 m/s to 92.426 m/s, while the pressure distribution in the ducting ranges from -578.824 Pa to 11639.58 Pa, and the distribution of air temperature in the ducting ranges from 49.8°C to 65.167°C. This research was conducted to find out the proposed improvements to the raw material warehouse layout so that the company can optimize the function of the existing raw material warehouse within the company. The Shared Storage Method can be used in layout design by arranging storage areas according to the condition of the warehouse floor area. The shared storage method assists in optimizing product storage time so that you can find out when the product will enter and leave the warehouse storage area. The proposals obtained influenced increasing the previous warehouse capacity. There was an increase in capacity of 21.5%. The proposals obtained influenced increasing the previous warehouse capacity. The results of the research on the application of the design for the new layout, at one level, have a warehouse capacity of 33 pallets with ± 14 tons of product. However, by optimizing warehouse capacity by adding one level above it, the warehouse capacity can be doubled, namely 66 pallets with 28 tons of product with product placement between the first and second levels of the same level. XYZ. PT XYZ, so it is necessary to identify employee safety risks to obtain the right solution to prevent the occurrence of work accidents, and the method chosen is failure mode and effect analysis. FMEA is a table-shaped identification tool that is useful for identifying errors, evaluating the effects of errors, and prioritizing errors. Data collection is carried out through observations, interviews, and discussions with employees in production departments of PT. XYZ. Accidents that are the main priority to resolve first are milling machine operators injured due to exposure to grams of iron that can result in delayed operator work because the accident has the largest RPN value of 210, with details of severity 6, occurrence 7, and detection 5. The conclusion of this study is that PT. The most fundamental problem lies in the results of the fingerprint image, typically due to inconsistencies in the emphasis of the fingerprint and the position of the fingerprint, resulting in inconsistencies in the thickness of the black line and shifting positions, which negatively impact the overall performance of the system. To solve this issue, research is required on a classifier that assumes all attributes exist independently. The NBC (Naïve Bayes Classifier) is a classifier based on the assumption that all attributes are independent. The NBC method for gender classification based on fingerprints consists of three steps. The initial step is to evaluate the quality of the image to be processed. This is demonstrated by the consistency of the grayscale values, which are not skewed when converted to a binary image. The second is the selection of data that exhibits no data deviation, which also leads to errors in the classification procedure that follows. With the existence of machine learning, class-based measurement formulations can be acquired through training.
