Virus corona dapat menular melalui uang, kartu kredit, atau tangan orang yang memberi atau menerima uang. Masyarakat didesak oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) untuk menggunakan pembayaran tanpa kontak. Oleh karena itu, pandemi telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat dalam transaksi nontuna menggunakan dompet digital untuk membatasi risiko terinfeksi. Transaksi yang melibatkan dompet digital adalah hasil dari kemajuan teknologi yang juga dikenal sebagai gerakan nontunai atau \"cashless society\" yang menggambarkan orang- orang yang melakukan transaksi tanpa menggunakan uang tunai dan lebih memilih cashless. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 responden Mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Dosen Akuntansi PTN dan PTS di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Independent-Samples T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara mahasiswa akuntansi dan dosen akuntansi terhadap norma etika yang ada di lingkungan bisnis. Mahasiswa dan dosen akuntansi memiliki perbedaan persepsi yang cukup signifikan, hal ini dapat disebabkan karena dosen akuntansi telah memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam mempelajari masalah etika dalam bisnis. Hasil kedua menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara mahasiswa pria dan wanita dalam etika bisnis. Hasil ketiga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi etika bisnis pada kelompok dosen pria dan wanita. Penelitian ini mencakup populasi 135 orang, dan pemilihan partisipan didasarkan pada teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data untuk penyelidikan ini melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan di lingkungan PT Volex Indonesia. Untuk menganalisis hubungan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Sebelum melakukan analisis regresi, dilakukan berbagai pengujian antara lain penilaian kualitas data, asumsi klasik, pengaruh, dan hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 18,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan karir memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 29,3%, dan stres kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 37,9% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh kumulatif pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan stres kerja, sebagaimana ditentukan oleh koefisien determinasi (R2), diperkirakan sebesar 66,5%, menunjukkan kekuatan penjelas yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Agar pariwisata Indonesia berkelanjutan, berbagai potensi parisata yang dimilikiseyogyanya dikelola melalui kegiatan pariwisata yang berbasis masyarakat. Homestay yang diinisiasi dan dikelola oleh masyarakat lokal merupakan salah satu bentuk pariwisata yang berbasis masyarakat. Pergeseran keperilakuan wisatawan akhir-akhir ini memberi ruang akan wisata dengan minat khusus, yang menjadikan homestay dengan keunikan karakternya menjadi alternatif berwisata. Sayangnya banyak homestay yang dikelola seadanya sehingga berpotensi memunculkan risiko. Normatifnya manajemen risiko pada homestay dapat membantu mengurangi risiko-risiko yang mungkin terjadi, namun hingga kini masih sedikit penelitian yang membahas tentang dampak manajemen risiko pada homestay secara keseluruhan. Penelitian tentang dampak manajemen risiko pada homestay dapat membantu pemilik homestay dalam memahami manfaat dari penerapan manajemen risiko pada homestay, dapat membantu pengelola homestay dalam menerapkan manajemen risiko secara efektif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penelitian- enelitian yang sejauh ini telah dilakukan terkait pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis manajemen risiko homestay dalam rangka melihat peluang untuk dilakukannya penelitian sehubungan manajemen risiko homestay di masa mendatang. The problem faced by RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Regency is that the Work Performance of B.L.U.D employees has not met the hospital's target. The survey was conducted and used quantitative procedures and analyzed and used SmartPLS 4. The community studied in this survey was all B.L.U.D employees at the R,A Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency, totaling 410 employees. the sample used was 203 employees and the sample determination in this survey used Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership traits and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee work performance. Satisfaction with work is able to mediate the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance. For this purpose, various detection tools are needed that enable the management of the Cibodas Botanical Gardens to trace various risk events, especially those that have significant impact on visitors, and based on these findings, the management can design various relevant operational risk management strategies and its implementation. This research is based on mixed research methods, using cross section data taken using the Concurrent Triangulation Strategy technique from 560 tourists and key informants at the Cibodas Botanical Gardens. Various detection tools used in this research include Frequency Tables, Bar charts, Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect, Importance-Performance Analysis, and Expectation and Perception Difference tests. Penelitian ini bersandar pada teori kualitas kehidupan kerja sebagai pisau analisis untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang telah diberikan oleh industri perhotelan terhadap karyawan nya dalam mengoptimalisasi kinerja karyawan perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Manajer Hotel Flory Yogyakarta dan Supervisor Hotel Flory Yogyakarta, Proses analisis dilakukan secara tiga tahapan analisis, diantaranya reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, Hotel Flory telah memberikan ruang partisipasi kepada karyawan untuk terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan perusahan melalui supervisor. Kedua, Hotel Flory dalam mengembangkan karir karyawan nya adalah dengan melakukan promosi jabatan kepada karyawan yang memiliki dedikasi dan prestasi di perusahaan. Ketiga, Hotel Flory melakukan komunikasi karyawan dengan memanfaatkan media massa melalui Whats App yang memudahkan dalam memberikan informasi kepada seluruh karyawan maupun sebaliknya. Keempat, Hotel Flory memiliki penyelesaian konflik dimulai dari pencegahan kemunculan konflik antar karyawan yang dilakukan dengan sistem dan prosedur penanganan konflik seperti mediasi oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan dan melakukan sosialisasi aturan tata tertib dan sanksi kepada karyawan apabila gejala konflik mulai muncul.
