First of all, it highlights the role of social media in shaping political discourse and its dominance in terms of political discussion platforms. While social media platforms provide a diverse space for individuals to express different viewpoints, they also foster echo chambers, reinforcing existing beliefs and isolating users from differing perspectives. It emphasizes the effect of the use of profanity and strong language on social media intensifying emotional reactions, pushing individuals toward extreme political positions, and deepening polarization. Profanity signals group membership and leads to more negative perceptions of opposing groups, exacerbating the polarization cycle. In conclusion, the essay calls for a critical examination of the impact of profanity and aggression in political discussions, especially on social media. It underscores the need for responsible and respectful discourse to mitigate the growing problem of political polarization. Ultimately, it emphasizes the importance of thoughtful communication in fostering a more constructive political environment.","PeriodicalId":488572,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":" 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140091797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, the educational disparity between rural and urban areas constrains rural students' development and opportunities and negatively impacts overall socioeconomic progress. Through a comprehensive study, this article seeks to elucidate the definition of developmental imbalance, understand the underlying causes of such disparity, and delve deeper into the roots, effects, and solutions of educational inequality between rural and urban areas in China. It also explores the potential of online education (MOOCs) as a solution. This paper summarizes and highlights the educational inequality problems in urban education in terms of enrollment indicators and school funding support. Through data investigation and analysis, we can discover the causes of educational inequality in implementing compulsory education and the issue of academic immigration. People have also found innovative education models such as MOOCs can provide rural students with more educational opportunities and resources. However, challenges related to interactivity, personalized learning environments, and communication between learners and teachers must be addressed. The paper also acknowledges the need to tailor MOOC course design to meet students' needs and improve learning outcomes in different educational contexts.","PeriodicalId":488572,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":"20 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140084785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The essence of the cultural sector is that people temporarily forget the pain and boredom of life through entertainment and constantly inject a lot of information and new products into their lives, inducing the public to continually consume and establish a fictional personal image to satisfy the immediate sense of achievement that cannot be obtained from labor. The advent of the Internet era has accelerated the development of the cultural industry, changed how people get information and products, and made the enjoyment of art more related to enriching the perception of others and their understanding of their images. The digitalization of social media and museums has further enhanced the cultural industry, but people are also afraid of escaping reality. Therefore, this paper shows that the digital intelligence of the cultural sector and museums in public education is a new solution that can promote learning, improve cultural inheritance, and encourage creativity.","PeriodicalId":488572,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":"114 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140088389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Heuristics are effective cognitive processes that consciously or unconsciously ignore part of information. Good heuristics can greatly reduce the time it takes to solve a problem by avoiding some unlikely possibilities, and although heuristic processes tend to find solutions or outcomes that are often valid or correct, they may only be correct, provable, optimal, or accurate sometimes. However, decision making based on heuristics is often sufficient to solve small-scale problems and provide solutions in uncertain situations where complete information is not available. Heuristics rely on shortcuts to provide immediate, efficient and short-term solutions to facilitate timely decision making. People need to understand how cognitive heuristics work in an uncertain world, combined with practical applications or theory, to help analyze the performance and use areas of heuristics, so that they can continue to evolve and improve.","PeriodicalId":488572,"journal":{"name":"Communications in Humanities Research","volume":"107 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140088502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
