Abstract \u0000Successful projects require appropriate tools and effective management practices. Managers need to have a clear insight into project goals and use outstanding skills to implement them accordingly. They also must maintain a balance between customer satisfaction levels and profit maximization goals. The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) is among the critical tools for generating standardized outcomes in organizational projects. This paper portrays research of OPM3 implementation among organizations in the UAE and spotlights the critical impact of OPM3 on organizations. The research shows that an effective adaption of OPM3 components and levels will impact the overall performance of the organization. The research is based on both primary data collected from existing surveys and secondary data that is gathered through various sources such as journal articles and research papers to illustrate the organizations using the OPM model, that is constructed to fulfil the future needs of the organizations and endorse modification if needed. When it comes to collaboration, traditional methods like email are inconvenient because they aren't meant for real-time communication. A primary quantitative research method was employed to complete this study, where it was aimed to empirically evaluate how SMART Governance has changed program governance for better interaction and communication in UAE. Primary research was conducted where a closed-ended questionnaire-based online survey was carried out using Google Forms. The data was collected from a sample of 10 participants from the UAE in different entities who took part in program management. The data was analysed statistically and the results were interpreted to get research findings which are discussed below. Based on the findings it was found that SMART Governance provides a reliable structure to the public for communication with the government. It helps in achieving good governance in program management. SMART Governance makes program management easier because it develops a common understanding of the roles and responsibilities of government employees. Moreover, SMART Governance simplifies information dissemination for the government which helps in program management. Besides, SMART Governance enables the public to have two-way communication with the government and makes it easier for the public to access government services. Therefore, based on the findings it was concluded that SMART Governance has changed program governance for better interaction and communication in UAE. The CMMS/CMMI models contain essential processes that support different facets of operations and can guide developing and improving production methods. It is divided into five levels which are the same for absolutely all industries. Surveys have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects through the program. In addition, the use of the software improves productivity and helps achieve organizational goals and objectives. Therefore, it is essential to mention that program management is an integral part of management practice. This study analysed the overall features of OPM3, its purposes, components, SWOT analysis and its key success factors. The researchers conducted an investigation among organizations that use the model in the UAE. They administered written questionnaires among the participants and analysed both the qualitative and qualitative data using tables and charts. Based on the findings, the main purpose of the model is to incorporate critical portfolio management and programs into organizational projects. The tool allows project managers to standardize measure and control the outcomes effectively. The major success factor is the generation of optimized outcomes since the OPM3 model allows for the continuous identification of gaps and improvement of processes. The major challenges associated with OPM3 implementation was rigidity and lack of clear governance structures in most organizations. Apart from unprecedented number of hospitalizations and deaths, the pandemic has led to in the financial and economic downturns and business disruptions. The current will aim to establish the implications of the unprecedented risks pandemic on the projects in the UAE. The main objective of the research will be to identify the challenges facing the UAE projects and determine the success of risk management. In addition to that, the research will focus on identifying the most impacted project knowledge areas by the pandemic and the effectiveness of government support to help the business sustain the success of their projects. The research will also address the strategies followed by project managers to recover the delay of projects caused by the pandemic. The descriptive research design and deductive approach will be adopted for the study. Simple random sampling method and purposive sampling method will be applied in the selection of respondents for quantitative and qualitative data, respectively. A total of 50 project managers and 5 senior project managers working in the UAE will be sample for the survey and interview method, respectively. Survey and interview data will be collected will be using the close-ended online and open-ended questionnaire, respectively. It is expected that the research will find a significant impact of unprecedented risks pandemic on the number of days to complete the projects in the UAE. The finding will also reveal that the pandemic has resulted in inadequate access to labor and raw materials, thereby resulting in delay of the business projects. One of the major challenges for the future development of the business is the need to increase the level of flexibility and adaptiveness. This conclusion is especially relevant for the oil & gas sector, which is likely to face the risks of energy transition and rising environmental regulations. To address this source of risk, the current study aimed to assess the perspectives of the project management approach used in the oil & gas sector. The specific company selected for the aims of analysis was the ADNOC company, also including a case study of a set of international businesses from different regions of the world. The qualitative research design was applied that was bases on interviews and a case study. The findings of the study demonstrated the high relevance of using the project management approach. Specific technologies that could bring benefits to the industry included production project management, advanced analytics, digitalization, and agile project management. To achieve this objective, the study employed a descriptive research and used survey as the main data collection method. Notably, the findings clearly indicate that the customers are highly aware of the concept of customer service enhancement and that they expect businesses to offer them competent and high-quality services. \u0000Further, the findings indicate that failing to use up-to-date digital listening technologies, difficulty in accessing the call centres, the call centre employees’ inability to understand the specific service needs required by the consumers and inability of the employees to provide customizable customer engagement services are some of the main issues associated with digital listening strategies. This research also focuses on the implementation of Digital Listener technology with the understanding towards how it may improve the professional attitudes between customers and employees. In addition, the findings indicate that providing relevant training to all employees on a regular basis, using up-to-date technologies and facilities, and employing big data analytic technologies are some of the specific strategies that can be employed by companies in order to effectively enhance the customer care services. \u0000Digital technology has been improving over the past 10 years as organization seek for fundamental ways through which they can adopt and implement digital listeners efficiently. This research aims at communicating the practical theory and the importance of customer care services being emphasized by different organizations. The research examines the effects of Digital Listeners in organizations and how this technology is of importance to companies, which aim at providing effective services and product delivery to their customers. The research also demonstrates how important customer service is to organizations as it measures the successfulness of their performance. The research upholds digital listeners as one of the tools being utilized by companies to enhance communication with their customers while enhancing their reach to more consumers.
