What membership in ITAA gives both to the national association as a whole and to specific people, what are the rights and obligations of an EATA member. How can membership in the association be useful for representatives of the Transactional Analysis modality in Russia and Russian-speaking participants. The interview also reveals the functions of the delegate from Russia to EATA, what the delegate does. Elena Soboleva talks about whether it is possible to be a psychologist in the TA modality and not be a member of international associations, whether a psychologist has the right to be called a transactional analyst if he has not passed the exam. What are the differences in the procedure for obtaining CTA and other statuses in EATA and ITAA. What important events took place in EATA in 2023 and what news is important for Russian specialists working in the TA modality to know.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138961030","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Natalia shares her experience of working as a translator on the oral part of the examinations: reveals the subtleties and peculiarities of passing the examination, tells what the written and oral examinations include, what kind of atmosphere awaits candidates for CTA status, as well as what the translator should be prepared for and what to provide for everything to be successful, how to prepare technically and emotionally. The interview also touches on the question of what level of English proficiency a translator should have to work on the CTA examination. The interview from the point of view of a translator, not an examinee, will allow readers, including those preparing for obtaining the CTA status, to look at the examination from the other side and get a deeper understanding of the process.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":"106 46","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138959270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We considered how the symptoms of ADHD manifest themselves in childhood and transform in adulthood; what we, as therapists, will observe in our office, and how it will help to make the correct diagnosis. \u0000The article touches on the topic of the complexity of the diagnosis of ADHD due to its comorbidity. The question is raised whether a standard therapeutic treatment plan is suitable for neuroatypical (neurodiverse) people.The question is also raised about how the therapist and the client may not feel “OK” if both do not know that the client may have a neuroatypical brain, and as a result of this ignorance, they focus on the therapy of other disorders. In this case, the results of therapy may be insignificant, or symptoms may return again. In the presence of such markers, it is possible to make an assumption about the client’s neurodiversity and recommend that he or she undergo a diagnosis for ADHD, which will significantly increase the results of working with him or her.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138963018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main character of this story uses all kinds of strokes described by Mary and Robert Goulding, and also acts as a carrier of the unconditional existential position “I’m — OK, You’re — OK”, which is healing both within the framework of human relationships and within the framework of the psychotherapeutic process. The author draws interesting parallels, noting the similarity between the group psychotherapeutic process and the work of a coach in a football team.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138960994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
