This coefficient is interpreted as an integral indicator of three factors: psycho-emotional exhaustion, depersonalization/dehumanization and reduction of professional achievements. Identification of the personality structure of the study participants, calculation of the coefficient of their professional (emotional) burnout, structuring the levels of severity of factors of professional (emotional) burnout, implemented as research objectives, created the possibility of achieving the research goal. The hypothesis was tested by means of mathematical statistics methods. The visibility and accessibility of conclusions about the correlations between the integral indicator of professional (emotional) burnout and the level of severity of ego states in the egogram are provided by their graphical and textual expression. The presented data on the absence of a critical level of professional (emotional) burnout of educational psychologists of municipal educational organizations and the presence of a correlation between the reduction of professional achievements and the Adult ego state substantiate the vector of further work to ensure conditions for maintaining the desired psycho-emotional state of specialists.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138961650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is assumed that the topic of money, consciously or not, is often avoided in discussions by the professional community of psychologists and other helping professionals. The author suggests that the reasons for such avoidance are: the cultural script, the history of the development of psychology in the post-Soviet space, the peculiarities of the ethics of the profession and higher professional education. The author proposes methods for calculating the cost of one consultation and a scheme for studying personal financial blocks in a psychotic script of a psychologist. An algorithm is presented that allows decontamination of the Adult ego state through working with proverbs, sayings and family myths using phenomenological questions and subsequent analysis.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":"124 48","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138959540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article considers the phenomenon of virtual communication in the modality of Transactional Analysis, describes the features of virtual communication, both among specialists of helping professions and free internet users. Based on Eric Berne’s theory of satisfying hunger (thirst) for structure, recognition and stimulus, the author analyzes virtual ways to satisfy these motivators. The article describes in detail each of the six ways of structuring time in virtual space, as well as the process of interaction among internet users, and how virtual interaction affects real contacts. The author also speaks about the features of an administrative contract for online counseling in working with a client. Also, virtual communication is considered as a tool for creating a favorable atmosphere for personal development and therefore a way to satisfy the client’s stimulus hunger is proposed, and practical recommendations are given. The author suggests taking a more conscious look at virtual communication and using it as a tool for personal development in a rapidly changing reality.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138961761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The meaning of «trauma» allows us to draw an analogy between the emigration experience and those possible changes in the life script that the emigration provokes. The emigration experience can greatly contribute to regression to the Child ego state, which can also interfere with the adaptation of the client. The article considers the possible causes of regression and how this may affect the design of new decisions in the present and future. The article offers the practical experience of working with emigrants, which reflects the tendency to strengthen the driver ”Be strong”, and also explains the reasons for such behavior among respondents, participants of the experiment. The author suggests using the existential position ”I’m OK — You’re OK” as a formula for overcoming cultural difficulties of adaptation and as a lens for perceiving the difference of cultures during the process of mastering a new system of norms and rules. Awareness of the practical experience acquired through emigration can help a person overcome difficulties in adapting to a new country. The article was prepared on the basis of a speech at the MIR-TA (International Institute of Developing TA) Conference in 2023.","PeriodicalId":486872,"journal":{"name":"Transactional Analysis in Russia","volume":" 39","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138961227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
