It is proposed to evaluate different stages in the history of pilgrimage development based on the study of current research on this topic. The legal aspects of maintaining and protecting pilgrimage are highlighted both at the national level of different countries and within the framework of international law, since such a phenomenon of world culture is not an ordinary familiarization trip, but is associated with the age-old traditions of different religions that allow millions of believers of different nations to manifest faith through a collective religious ritual.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"13 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134905941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Etiquette greeting formulas, communication with partners, boss and colleagues from an informal point of view are compared. Similar features in the use of jargon, slang and professionalism in the speech of police officers in French, English and Russian are analyzed. Examples of dialogues, statements are taken from dictionaries, police speech researches and studies, live speech, as well as modern films that currently show the life and work of the police in the most realistic and close to life. The specify of police work contributes to rudeness, obscene vocabulary, sarcasm and self-irony, a large amount of professional jargon in speech, which makes the speech of a policeman bright, emotionally and expressively colored.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134907908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that an effective contract is a way to reduce the income of a teacher (scientist) by increasing the amount of time needed to fulfill all the conditions of the contract. It is also shown that an effective contract is a way to reduce the quality of the educational and research process, which ceases to be evaluated by the quality of its results and in the course of the work of the expert community, and acquires the character of a pursuit of achieving quantitative indicators recorded by formal information systems, such as various databases indexing publishing activity.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"9 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134905961","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditionally, this issue is studied in natural science discourse. In the direction of research set by the book by I.S. Shklovsky “The Universe. Life. Mind” and continued with the book by V.M. Lipunov “From the Big Bang to the Great Silence”, problematizes the situation of the absence of manifestations of intelligent life in the observable cosmos. This phenomenon is given the name “great silence”, and the supposed absence of intelligent life is called the “Great Filter”. The author of the article shows how this problem can be transferred from natural science discourse to humanitarian discourse. The great filter in this case will turn out to be that integral condition for the constructiveness of human existence, which throughout history various kinds of religious and non-religious philosophical teachings, which became the ideologies of sociocultural systems, wanted to achieve. The author renames the Great Filter into the Great Postcultural Filter, showing the dialectical logic of the deployment of “cultural-postcultural” strategies.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"24 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134905953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The following kind of paradox is observed: advertising manipulates, at the same time seeks to appeal to spiritual intentions, standardizes and at the same time offers to emphasize individuality. What was once recognized as standing in opposition to the values of consumption is turning not just into a weak ideological barrier to the spread of consumer culture, but, on the contrary, into a rich material for commerce and advertising discourse. The article analyzes the absorption that touched the image of Che Guevara and anti-capitalist youth subcultures. Commercialization covers clothing paraphernalia of protest communities. Even anti-advertising discourse is captured by consumer networks and commodified. There is a phenomenon of capitalization of protest against capitalism, consumerization of rebellion against consumerism. Scientific rationality, being integrated by capital, rises to the service of commerce and finds new methods of irrational manipulation of consciousness and absorption of protest discourse.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135867240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Being on the periphery of the cultural context of the era, the estate, nevertheless, proved to be in demand by Soviet cinema. In the course of the work, two main vectors of solving the image of the estate in the tapes of the 1920–1980s were identified: negative reception of the estate and its poetization. If in the first half of the XX century the estate was presented as a product and a bulwark of class inequality, then since the 1960s (“The thaw”) the cinematic image of the estate becomes more developed, turns towards poetization. The article examines in detail the discussion around the movie “The Noble Nest” (1969, directed by A.S. Konchalovsky) as one of the landmark stages of the process of “rehabilitation” of Russian manor culture.","PeriodicalId":485689,"journal":{"name":"Вопросы культурологии","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135867237","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
