Coffee shops have evolved into centres for socializing and conducting business, contributing to Indonesia's creative economy by promoting local employment, creativity, and innovation. This research aims to investigate the strategic combination of SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of coffee shops, focusing specifically on Kedai Kopi Semangat in Bekasi. The study utilizes a qualitative approach, incorporating in-depth interviews, participant observation, and online review analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with owners, managers, baristas, and customers, as well as participant observation to capture daily interactions and operational practices. Additionally, online reviews were analyzed to gain insights into customer perceptions and satisfaction. Through a case study design, a comprehensive exploration of phenomena in the unique context of Kedai Kopi Semangat is conducted, offering valuable contextual insights. The findings reveal several strengths of Kedai Kopi Semangat, such as an iconic rooftop area, strategic location, and strong brand visibility. However, the coffee shop also faces notable weaknesses, including limited parking access and high costs of goods sold (COGS). Opportunities identified include the growing trend of specialty coffee consumption and the increasing popularity of local coffee shops. Conversely, threats consist of frequent new coffee shop openings and economic fluctuations that could affect consumer spending. The study concludes that integrating SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas provides a robust framework for strategic planning and business sustainability. This integrated approach helps coffee shop owners optimize their strengths, address weaknesses, seize opportunities, and mitigate threats. The strategic insights gained from this research can guide coffee shop owners in navigating the complexities of the market and achieving long-term success. By addressing the specific needs and challenges of coffee shops in Indonesia, this study contributes to the overall development and sustainability of the industry, offering practical implications for business owners and managers. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan olah data SPSS 25. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian responden merupakan pengguna jasa kantor POS Belakang Padang yang telah melakukan pembelian lebih dari dua kali dan Responden telah berusia di atas 17 tahun. Sebagai hasil adanya kontribusi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,4% dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diketahui. Dari hasil uji F dapat dilihat f hitung 39,770 > 3,09 maka telah memenuhi persyaratan bahwa kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusaha memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perlakuan yang baik antara kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Maka, dapat mengandung arti adanya implikasi kepercayaan, nilai pelanggan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang menjadi peran penting. The sample for this research is 135 data from 45 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors that are registered and submitting financial reports on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis technique for testing is logistic regression. Dalam dilakukan penelitian ini dapat menggunakan populasi yang dapat berjumlah 73.739 penumpang yang dapat berasal pada jumlah penumpang bulan November 2022. Pada pelaksanaan pengujian data dapat digunakan beberapa teknik analisis data yang dapat meliputi uji validitas serta uji reliablitas sebagai pengujian kualitas data, pada uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas serta uji heteroskedastisitas difungsikan sebagai pengujian asumsi klasik, pada analisis regresi linier berganda serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dapat difungsikan sebagai pengujian pengaruh, pada uji t serta uji f dapat difungsikan sebagai pengujian hipotesis. This research is a quantitative study with a population of buyers who make purchases at Ms Glow, a sample of 283 samples. This research concludes that Online Customer Reviews have an effect on Purchasing Decisions, Trust has an effect on Purchasing Decisions, no effect has been found on Product Availability on purchasing decisions, and Online Customer Reviews, Trust, Product Availability have a simultaneous and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of MS Glow in Batam City. The adjusted R square is 0.66 or 65.8%. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada produk Maybelline di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Populasi yang dimanfaatkan terdiri dari pembeli atau konsumen produk Maybelline di Kota Batam yang ditentukan dengan rumus Jacob cohen dan 204 tanggapan. Instrumen analisis terdiri dari uji deskriptif statistik, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan uji hipotesis. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sesuai bidangnya, setiap maskapai yang siap bersaing membutuhkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif. Maksud dalam studi ini yaitu guna mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai pramugari PT Garuda Indonesia yang berjumlah 6.521 orang dipengaruhi oleh rekrutmen, seleksi pegawai, dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel sebagai responden, dan peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner berbasis Google Forms sebagai data primer. Analisis deskriptif dan uji kausalitas data adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan: uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan reliabilitas: uji multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, uji pengaruh, dan uji normalitas: uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji berganda analisis regresi: Uji T dan F Prosedur rekrutmen (X1), seleksi karyawan (X2), dan pelatihan (X3) merupakan variabel independen. Variabel Proses Rekrutmen (X1) memiliki nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,345 atau 34,5 persen. The results revealed that the deployment of e-services to improve public services in Batam City DPMPTSP was extremely good. High system security by using firewalls, passwords, and email verification. Development of Digital Ecosystem through OSS or Easy PTSP Online system that can enrich user experience and support the growth of digital economy in Batam City. Menariknya penelitian ini karena ditengah maraknya pembelanjaan online di Indonesia dimana salah satunya dilayani oleh Tokopedia yang merupakan startup dengan jumlah pengunjung nomor dua sampe kuartal kedua tahun 2023. Diantara banyaknya Startup yang muncul, untuk masyarakat Kecamatan Bantargebang faktor apa saja yang lebih mengarahkan konsumen untuk memutuskan menggunakan Startup yang ada. Setiap Bisnis Startup berusahan memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan pada pengunjung dengan memberikan potongan harga atau pengiriman barang yang cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2023 dengan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui. Untuk menetapkan jumlah sampel disebabkan jumlah populasi tidak bisa diperkirakan, maka digunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan koefisien alpha 7% diperoleh sampel 196 responden. Metode analisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS. Sebelum diregres, dipastikan data dan pemodelan yang digunakan sudah tepat agar dalam proses analisa berikutnya tidak mengalami kendala. Untuk memperoleh hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan pengujian kualitas data dan asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh harga sebesar 63,7% dan kepercayaan konsumen sebesar 56,6% terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen melalui Startup Tokopedia di Bantargebang kota Bekasi.
