Ramayana mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat karena memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dalam hal ragam produk yang ditawarkan, kualitas produk tersebut, dan promosi yang dijalankannya. Selain itu, Ramayana memiliki identitas tersendiri berupa label yang memasarkan produk yang ditawarkan dengan harga murah tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat permasalahan yang belum sepenuhnya tertangani, dan permasalahan tersebut terkait dengan variasi produk, kualitas produk, dan periklanan. Sehingga dalam penelitian yang dapat dijadikan tujuan dimana variasi produk, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada Ramayana Panbil di Kota Batam, dipilihlah frase yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, dimungkinkan untuk mengkonsultasikan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder sebagai referensi. Alat analisis digunakan dalam proses melakukan analisis data. Alat-alat tersebut antara lain uji kualitas data seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji pengaruh seperti analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), dan pengujian hipotesis seperti t uji dan uji f. The investment tool explored in this research is c-stock which uses financial ratios to determine whether financial ratios are correlated with stock prices in order to identify capital intensive companies. This research uses ratios such as EPS TATO ROE and asset or debt ratio to provide profitability. This study has been carried out in the case of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, using Eviews version 10 as a data processing tool. The primary sampling method was applied in this study, as it is the standard of sampling. From 2019 to 2022 the samples were six companies with research data and therefore 32 observation reports have been collected. Because of the review, it is known that (1) Profit per share emphatically affects stock costs. The meaning of 00154 demonstrates this so H1 is acknowledged. Saat ini pemasaran dapat dilakukan secara digital, disebabkan banyak usaha yang dijalankan dapat dilakukan secara online atau yang umumnya disebut sebagai bisnis online, yang mana dalam menjalankan bisnis online ini sangat membutuhkan adanya kegiatan pembelian. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi konsumen untuk dapat mengambil keputusan terhadap toko online mana yang akan digunakan sebagai salah satu tempat untuk berbelanja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan, Kualitas Produk dan Kepercayaan Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada Toko Online di TikTok. Sampel yang diperlukan pada penelitian yang dilakukan sejumlah 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel mempergunakan teknik sampling purposive dengan skala likert. Untuk membantu melengkapi pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang mencakup pernyataan mengenai variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 26. Metode yang digunakan pada temuan ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang mampu ditemukan pada suatu penelitian yang dapat membuktikan bahwa pada analisis regresi linear berganda yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh serta nilai yang positif dari iklan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Serta nilai signifikansi variabel iklan senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, nilai signifikansi variabel kualitas produk senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, dan nilai signifikansi variabel kepercayaan konsumen senilai 0,000 dari uji T yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. The practical implications of research are significant when it comes to informing management decisions in future endeavors. From an academic perspective, research contributes to the expansion of knowledge, particularly in the realm of human resource development. The sample consisted of 118 participants selected from a population of 118 government servants. The selection of respondents was conducted using approaches that were representative of the full population. The findings of this study suggest that the impact of organizational culture on work motivation is mediated by job satisfaction, and the influence of leadership style on the work motivation of civil servants in the inspectorate of Sumbawa Regency is also mediated by job satisfaction. This implies that job satisfaction plays a significant role in establishing a connection between company culture and work motivation. Organizational culture encompasses the core principles, social norms, and operational procedures that are embraced inside an organization. The level of job motivation among employees can be influenced by their satisfaction with the prevailing corporate culture.
