The integration of ideological and political construction into medical education has emerged as a critical issue within the ongoing reforms. This paper takes the course of Diges-tive Diseases of Clinical Medical Students as an example to explore how to integrate ideological and political construction into medical education to improve the ideological and moral quality and professional ability of medical students. The depth of students' understanding of the topic and the context in reading class has a direct impact on their thinking development and the effectiveness of their language learning. In addition, the ultimate goal of reading instruction is to train students to become efficient and independent readers. There are many ways to achieve this goal and one of them is the application of problem chain. Based on the existing problems of question design in current reading teaching, this paper will introduce the model of problem chain and its types. Family, a part of society, which is also the cradle of the development of the capable people and the first place for children to grow. Family is the first place for children to learn, to talk and to grow. Education, essentially a social activity, is a way of cultivating children to inherit social culture and pass on production and life experience. No matter from the perspective of the contents in family education or from the relationship between family education and school education, the family education plays an important part in all education systems. This paper deals with the culti-vation of independence of American family education through Modern Family . Based on the documentary, influential factors and the ways of cultivation of in-dependence are analyzed in the aspects of ideology. We arrive at the findings that the reflections and contents, family environment, social environment and the ways of cultivation of independence are important to family education. In this essay, how to effectively promote children’s early numeracy learning in home and preschool through the establishment of high-quality HLEs is the focus. This essay begins by revealing some extant research results. Firstly, both home literacy environment and home numeracy environment are conducive to children's early nume-racy development. Furthermore, high-quality HLE can reduce the impact of family risk factors on children’s numeracy development. Finally, some recommendations concerning HLE that promote children’s early numeracy development are proposed. First, in terms of home numeracy environment, home numeracy activities, such as playing games, math talk, and scaffolding guidance are encouraged. Meanwhile, family-school partnership can strengthen the math talk at home. Second, regarding home literacy environment, reading picture books to children is encouraged to improve children’s numeracy development.
