Experiments to study the effectiveness of the herbicide were laid in the fields of the ISA, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution FNATS VIM in the Ryazan Region in 2020–2021 and 2021–2022. on dark gray forest heavy loamy soil. Under pre-sowing cultivation, 1.0 c/ha of azofos was applied. In the phase of spring tillering, winter wheat crops were fertilized with ammonium nitrate of 1.0 c/ha. Herbicide Alistair Grand, MD was applied in doses of 0.8 and 1.0 l / ha (spraying) in the phase of 1-3 leaves of the culture. In the same doses, Alistair Grand, MD (spraying) was used in the tillering phase of the crop. On the control variant, the herbicide was not used. Two-year tests of the autumn application of the herbicide Alistair Grand, MD in the phase of 1-3 leaves and in the tillering phase with a rate of application of 0.8 and 1.0 l / ha on winter wheat crops showed its high efficiency in the destruction of annual dicotyledonous and annual cereal (common broomstick) weeds. Annual dicots were inhibited to 97.9% in number and up to 96.6% by weight. tenacious bedstraw – by 11.5–12.5 pcs/m2, wild spin – by 17–19 pcs/m2, field and shepherd's purse violets – by 5.5–6.0 pcs/m2, common broom – by 14–15 pcs/m2. Surveys at the resumption of vegetation and before harvesting showed the complete destruction of the common broomstick. The experience was laid in the Caspian Agrarian Federal Scientific Center on the territory of an experimental orchard in 2018. The purpose of the research is to study introduced apple varieties according to the main economically valuable indicators and identify the best ones for creating intensive plantings in the semi–desert zone of the Northern Caspian. The main indicators of the evaluation of 7 apple varieties of the autumn ripening period were such indicators as survival, growth strength, fertility and fruiting. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no damage to trees in winter. The survival rate of the varieties was good and amounted to 63.6...100.0 %. A more compact crown was formed in Cherry, Lambourne and Uman winter varieties (0.2...0.8 m2). The most rapid-fruiting varieties are Lambourne and Galacube, which had a harvest in the third year of the growing season. The yield of varieties reached 0.1...1.8 kg/d. The largest fruits were in the Stark Red Gold variety (164.0 g), which exceeded the Cherry control by 0.6% (163.0 g). At the same time, purebreeder try to preserve and propagate valuable genes of outstanding dairy cows in subsequent generations through daughters and sons. The main purpose of the research was to study the genetic features of the best uterine families of the breed of Sychevka using the EAB locus alleles of blood groups as genetic markers. And also, it determines the acceptability of immunogenetic monitoring for objective control over the transmission and preservation of valuable genes of the progenitors of the families. In the period from 1983 to 2021 the research in the pedigree farms of the Smolensk region was carried out. Blood groups using reagents of the Smolensk Research Institute were determined. Families on the basis of pedigrees were systematized. We used databases of pedigree farms of analyze milk productivity. As a result of the research, marker genes characterizing 12 leading families of the breed were established. The largest number of animals with markers G2Y2E/1Q/, Y1A/1, E/3G/G//.Immunogenetic monitoring allowed us to preserve valuable genes of the foundation animal of the Fialka 40 cow family, marked with the EAB allele Y1A/1 for 8 generations of female and male offspring. The expediency of using genetic markers in breeding by families has been established. In Azerbaijan, in comparison with the Baltic’s countries, taking into account the number of animals, the consumption of feed units in animal husbandry is 4.3 times less. In particular, the production of concentrated compound feeds, which compensates for the lack of nutrients, minerals and vitamins in other feeds, is quite low. In this regard, the solution of the tasks facing us is possible by creating a multicomponent, full-fledged concentrated compound feed for local conditions and a dispenser-mixer - a simple design capable of implementing this, in other words, by technological and constructive improvement of the production line. (IFNT), which is involved in the production of milk. The aim of the work is to identify the polymorphism of the FGF2 gene (SNP11646 A ? G substitution) in intron 1 in the Tatarstan population of Holstein cows. 270 Holstein dairy cows were genotyped by PCR-RFLP. As a result of identification, three genotypes were identified: AA – 19.6%, AG – 42.6 and GG – 37.8 %, and the observed distribution of alleles A – 0.409 and G – 0.591. The studies were carried out on the irrigated plot of the orchard of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution \"Pre-Caspian Agrarian Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences\" of the Astrakhan Region. As a result of the study, it was found out that the application of macro- and microfertilizers, which are part of the preparations Aquarin, Ultramag boron, Ultramag calcium, is an important factor that improves the commercial qualities of plum fruits. With the foliar top dressing with macro- and microelements, it is possible to control the yield and quality of fruits. The studied fertilizers have a positive effect on the weight, size and quality of plum fruits. The highest average productivity was noted in plum varieties Velikaya sinyaya - 12.3 kg/tree, Volgogradskaya - 11.5 kg/tree. The object of research is pumping equipment of irrigation systems. Special equipment in the form of devices and sensors reflecting the pressure in the system was used during the study. The study was conducted from May 1, 2022 to August 30, 2022. The data were recorded on a daily basis. Monitoring was conducted on 4 pump units 1D1250-63. According to the results of the monitoring the final data were systematized by plotting graphs, diagrams and correlation analysis. The reasons of failures and breakdowns of the system during active operation were determined. It was established that the use of the probiotic additive Cellobacterin-T in the compound feed at the rate of 100 mg/100 g contributed to an increase in the content of hemoglobin and erythrocytes at 30 weeks, respectively, by 2.2 and 13.3%; at 46 weeks - by 2.9 and 3.7%; at 64 weeks - 1.9 and 1.8% compared to the control group. The inclusion of the supplement somewhat changed the content of total protein in the blood serum, the level of protein in the blood was more at 30 weeks by 3.4%; at 46 weeks - by 3.9%; at 64 weeks - by 3.1%.
