Perairan Cilincing menjadi salah satu tempat strategis untuk kegiatan industri manufaktur, didukung dengan keberadaan KBN (Kawasan Berikat Nusantara). Selain kegiatan industri, daerah Cilincing dijadikan tempat hunian bagi masyarakat pesisir yang mayoritas berprofesi sebagai nelayan. Budidaya kerang hijau (Perna viridis) menjadi sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat Cilincing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mengetahui nilai kandungan kadmium (Cd) dan timbal (Pb) yang terkandung pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis) dan air serta tingkat kualitas Perairan Cilincing. Metode penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling Method pada enam titik uji. Analisis logam berat pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis) menggunakan Atomic Absroption Spectrophotometry dan Analisis logam berat pada air menggunakan Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan logam berat kadmium (Cd) berkisar antara 0,08 mg/kg- 0,19 mg/kg dan dinilai tidak melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) berkisar antara 0,26 mg/kg-0,33 mg/kg dan dinilai tidak melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Tidak ditemukan kandungan logam berat pada air di Perairan Cilincing dan hasil pengecekan parameter kualitas perairan Cilincin tergolong normal.
 Cilincing waters is a part of Jakarta bays. Cilincing water is a strategic places for manufacturing industries, and supported by the KBN (Kawasan Berikat Nusantara). Beside of industry activities, Cilincing is used as a residential area for coastal communities and works as a fisherman. Green Mussels (Perna viridis) cultivation is a source of livelihood for Cilincing peoples. The purpose of this research is to determine of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water and quality level of Cilincing water. This research use Purposive Sampling Methods in six research points. Heavy metal analys for Green Mussels (Perna viridis) use Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and heavy metal analys for water use Inductively Coupled Plasma- Optical Emmision Spectrometry. The results showed that the content of heavy metal Cadmium (Cd) ranged from 0,08 mg/kg-0.19 mg/kg and considered not to exceed the specified threshold. The results showed that the content of heavy metal Plumbum (Pb) ranged from 0,26 mg/kg-0,33 mg/kg and considered not to exceed the specified threshold. No heavy metal content was found in Cilincing Waters. Water quality parameters is still normal. Therefore, heavy metals content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water does not exceed the threshold. However, if industrial and anthropogenic activities still increase, there is a possilbility that one day the heavy metal content in Green Mussels (Perna viridis) and water will also increase and endanger who consume the Green Mussels (Perna viridis) from Cilincing waters

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis besarnya modal usaha, keuntungan, dan analisa kelayakan usaha pengolahan abon ikan Patin dan Gabus di CV. Cashiela.Penelitian dilakukkan pada bulan Januari 2023 sampai dengan Februari 2023. Berlokasi di CV. Cahiela yang mempunyai alamat di Jalan Tunas Baru Komp. Graha Mega 2 No. 4-B Sungai Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi dengan mengikuti secara langsung alur proses pembuatan abon ikan Patin dan Gabus mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku sampai dengan pengemasan produk tersebut dan penjualan dalam satu bulan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, analisis efisiensi dan analisis risiko usaha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan abon ikan lele dapat memberikan peluang usaha. Modal usaha sebesar 13.999.000 dengan jumlah produksi abon ikan Patin per bulan adalah 240 bungkus kemasan per 70 gram dengan harga jual Rp. 40.000 dan produksi abon ikan Gabus per bulan adalah 240 bungkus kemasan per 70 gram dengan harga jual Rp. 45.000. Maka dalam sebulan produksi sebanyak 480 bungkus dengan pendapatan 20.400.000, maka akan menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar 6.401.000 per bulan. Dengan titik impas produksi pada abon ikan Patin sebesar 162 pices dan titik impas harga jual abon ikan Patin Rp 27.100,00 sedangkan titik impas produksi pada abon ikan Gabus sebesar 167 pices dan titik impas harga jual abon ikan Gabus Rp 31.250,00. Karena harga jual dan produksi abon ikan Patin dan Gabus diatas BEP prouksi maupun BEP harga maka dikatakan bahwa produk abon ikan yang diproduksi CV. Cashiela ini menguntungkan
 Shredded fish is a processed fishery product made from fish meat or processed fish that has been given certain spices. This study aims to be able to analyze the size of business capital, profits, and analyze the feasibility of the processing of catfish and cork shredded fish at CV. Cashiela. The research was conducted from January 2023 to February 2023. Located at CV. Cahiela, who has an address at Jalan Tunas Baru Komp. Graha Mega 2 No. 4-B Ulin River, Banjarbaru City. The method used is observation by following directly the flow of the process of making Patin and Cork fish floss starting from receiving raw materials to packaging the product and selling it in one month. The data analysis method used is the analysis of costs, revenues, profits, efficiency analysis and business risk analysis. The results of this study indicate that the processing of shredded catfish can provide business opportunities. Informasi terkait tingkat pencemaran perairan di Danau Tamiyang masih sangat minim dengan adanya berbagai aktivitas masyarakat yang diperkirakan menyebabkan penurunan kualitas air. Penelitian berlandaskan pada parameter kualitas air secara fisika dan kimia menggunakan tujuh parameter seperti suhu, TSS, pH, DO, BOD, COD, dan nitrat. Tingkat pencemaran perairan Danau Tamiyang berdasarkan metode indeks pencemaran (IP) pada semua stasiun termasuk kategori cemar ringan dengan nilai indeks berkisar antara 3,03-4,37, yang diketahui bahwa parameter BOD adalah yang paling dominan menyebabkan pencemaran air. Hasil analisa menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 terdapat parameter BOD yang menunjukkan nilai thitung>ttabel, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan antara stasiun 1 dan 2, sedangkan di taraf signifikan 0,01 perbandingan nilai semua parameter pada kedua stasiun tidak berbeda nyata
 Lake Tamiyang has an inlet originating from the flow of the Riam Kanan River and has an outlet located at the diamond coral dam. Information related to the level of water pollution in Lake Tamiyang is still very minimal with various community activities that are thought to cause a decrease in water quality. The research was based on physical and chemical water quality parameters using seven parameters such as temperature, TSS, pH, DO, BOD, COD, and nitrate. The level of pollution of Lake Tamiyang waters based on the pollution index (IP) method at all stations is categorized as lightly polluted with index values ranging from 3.03-4.37, which is known that the BOD parameter is the most dominant cause of water pollution. Metode yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling yaitu turun langsung kelapangan dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang berkaitan dengan dinamika perikanan tempirai kawat. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Tempirai yang digunakan di perairan Desa Manarap berbahan kawat, memiliki prinsip seperti perangkap (trap) yaitu mempermudah ikan masuk dan mempersulit ikan untuk keluar. Pengoperasian tempirai dilakukan di daerah rawa atau daerah sawah yang digenangi air dan terdapat vegetasi rawa contohnya seperti purun, kayu duri, eceng gondok dan teratai, dengan hasil tangkapan yang didominasi oleh ikan Sepat rawa (Trichopodus trichopterus), Sepat Siam (Trichogaster pectoralis) dan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus)
 This study identified the Wire Stage Trap in the waters of Manarap Village, Banjar Regency, which included the performance of the wire stages, the composition and proportions, size distribution, and the productivity of the wire stages. The method used is Purposive Sampling, which is a direct measurement of the field by determining certain criteria related to the dynamics of the wire tempirai fishery. Data analysis used is descriptive. Tempirai used in the waters of Manarap Village is made of wire, has a principle like a trap, which makes it easier for fish to enter and makes it difficult for fish to get out. Budidaya ikan patin di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara telah dikembangkan oleh masyarakat dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pihaung Kecamatan Haur Gading Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dengan penetapan sampel secara sengaja pada Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Patin Jaya Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usaha budidaya ikan patin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usaha adalah analisis laba/rugi, Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan seluruh hasil analisis secara finansial, usaha budidaya ikan patin pada Pokdakan Patin Jaya Mandiri menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan.
 
 Catfish (Pangasius sp) is a fish that has important economic value. Therefore, this fish has good prospects for development, but the high feed price heavily influences its development as the main financing component. The community has developed catfish farming in Hulu Sungai Utara District, and this research was carried out in Pihaung Village, Haur Gading Sub District, Hulu Sungai Utara District by deliberately setting the sample to the Patin Jaya Mandiri Fish Cultivator Group (Pokdakan). This study aims to determine the financial feasibility of a catfish farming business. This study uses a survey method. Data analysis used to determine the financial feasibility of a business is profit/loss analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio and Internal Rate of Returns (IRR). Antigen diinaktif menggunakan metode pemanasan (heat killed). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan 3 ulangan yang meliputi perlakuan vaksinasi dengan antigen Aeromonas hydrophila strain P5.1 (A), strain AM01 (B), strain P1.1 (C), strain P3.1 (D), strain P4.1 (E) dan kontrol diinjeksi dengan PBS pH 7,0 (K). Antigen diinjeksi secara intramuscular sebanyak 0.1 ml (kepadatan bakteri 109 sel/ml) per ekor ikan uji (A,B,C,D,E). Hasil uji imunogenisitas antigen strain lokal P5.1 dan P1.1 bersifat lebih imunogenik terhadap lele dumbo dibandingkan dengan antigen lainnya berdasarkan kemampuannya meningkatkan antibodi pasca vaksinasi. Uji reaksi silang antigen A. hydrophila strain lokal AM01, P1.1 dan P5.1 mampu bereaksi silang dengan antigen lainnya. Antigen P1.1 mampu mengenali antigen lebih banyak dibandingkan P5.1 dan AM01, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan menjadi kandidat vaksin.
 This study aims to select and obtain antigens of the local strain A. hydrophila bacteria in Sungai Batang and Mandiangin villages, South Kalimantan, which are immunogenic to African catfish. Antigen is inactivated using the heating method (heat killed). The design of this study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 3 replications which included vaccination with the antigen Aeromonas hydrophila strain P5.1 (A), strain AM01 (B), strain P1.1 (C), strain P3.1 ( D), strain P4.1 (E) and control were injected with PBS pH 7.0 (K). Antigen was injected intramuscularly as much as 0.1 ml (bacterial density 109 cells/ml) per test fish (A, B, C, D, E). The results of the antigen immunogenicity test of local strains P5.1 and P1.1 were more immunogenic to African catfish compared to other antigens based on their ability to increase post-vaccination antibodies. Antigen cross-reaction test A. hydrophila local strains AM01, P1.1 and P5.1 are capable of cross-reacting with other antigens.  This study aims to determine the mechanism and utilization of the provision of fisheries funding and infrastructure to joint venture groups in Kusan Hilir District. The data used comes from primary and secondary sources. The data that has been collected, processed and analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis and compares the existing conditions with reference comparisons. Metode pengolahan data yang dipakai penelitian ini adalah indeks pencemaran, daya tamung beban pencemar, dan perhitungan debit. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode Indeks Pencemaran (IP), stasiun I tergolong cemarr ringan, stasiun II memenuhi baku mutu dengan kategori cemar ringan, dan stasiun III juga memenuhi baku mutu hingga cemar ringan. Analisis Daya Tampung Beban Pencemar (DTBP) menunjukkan hasil negatif untuk parameter BOD dan DO, sementara parameter TSS, nitrat, dan fosfat menunjukkan hasil positif. Nilai daya tampung menunjukkan bahwa kandungan pencemar pada lokasi tersebut melebihi daya tampung sungai untuk parameter BOD dan DO.
 This study aims to determine the water quality status of the Montallat Sub-watershed using the pollution index value (IP) and to determine the Pollutant Load Capacity of the Montallat Sub-watershed using the Mass Balance Method. The data processing method used in this research is pollution index, pollutant load carrying capacity, and discharge calculation. Based on calculations using the Pollution Index (IP) method, station I is classified as lightly polluted, station II meets the quality standard to be lightly polluted, and station III also meets the quality standard to lightly polluted. Analysis of Pollutant Load Carrying Capacity (DTBP) showed negative results for the parameters BOD and DO, while the parameters TSS, nitrate and phosphate showed positive results. The carrying capacity value indicates that the pollutant content at that location exceeds the river's carrying capacity for BOD and DO parameters.

 This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of fishing effort in Takisung District, Tanah District, South Kalimantan Province. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Ikan toman adalah ikan asli Asia dan banyak ditemukan di sungai, perairan tenang, rawa, sawah, dan danau. Ikan Toman berdaging putih, mudah dipisahkan dari kuli dan tulangnya, berdaging tebal, kandungan proteinnya tinggi, selalu tersedia dan harganya murah sehingga dapat diolah menjadi beragam i0ahan diantaranya adalah bakso. Bakso ikan toman yang tinggi kandungan proteinnya dicoba ditambahkan wortel yang kaya akanprovitamin A yang baik untuk Kesehatan mata. Hasil dari penelitian imenunjukkan penambahan wortel pada bakso ikan toman yang terbaik terhadap kualitas bakso ikan toman (Channa micropeltes) berdasarkan hasil uji organoleptik yaitu perlakuan B dengan penambahan wortel sebanyak 10%, hasil uji hedonik spesifikasi kenampakan diperoleh nilai 7.1 (suka), spesifikasi bau diperoleh nilai 6.7 (agak suka), pada spesifikasi rasa diperoleh nilai 7.15 (suka), spesifikasi tekstur diperoleh nilai 7.2 (suka) dan pada spesifikasi warna diperoleh nilai 7.45 (suka), maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produk bakso ikan toman (Channa micropeltes) dengan penambahan wortel (Daucus carrota) dapat diterima oleh panelis
 
 Toman fish, Channa micropeltes is a fish native to Borneo that inhabits rivers and swamps. Toman fish is native to Asia and is widely found in rivers, calm waters, swamps, rice fields, and lakes. Toman fish is white-fleshed, easily separated from coolies and bones, thick fleshy, high protein content, always available and cheap so that it can be processed into a variety of meatballs. Toman fish meatballs that are high in protein content are tried to add carrots which are rich in provitamin A which is good for eye health.
