The background to this research identifies the need for effective leadership in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to understand the results-based leadership practices implemented by school principals at SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta and measure their impact on the quality of education. The research method involved in-depth interviews with the school principal, Mr. Abdurrahman, observations in the school environment, and analysis of documents related to school leadership policies. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively to identify the results-based leadership strategies implemented and their impact on learning. This case study reflects successful leadership practices in increasing student achievement, developing a dynamic learning culture, and motivating school staff. The results of this research show that the application of results-based leadership techniques has succeeded in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta. Principals who implement results-based leadership have created a school environment that focuses on achieving better results, student motivation, and innovation in learning. The conclusion of this research is that results-based leadership can be an effective model in managing schools and improving the quality of education. In learning, teachers must create a comfortable learning atmosphere and innovative and fun learning models. However, there are still many problems in learning Mathematics which of course makes students' interest in learning low. This research aims to explore the numeracy skills of Class II students at SDN 187 Teratai. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design. The research subjects were class II students at SDN 187 Teratai, totaling 13 students with 5 male students and 8 female students. Meanwhile, there is only 1 class II teacher. Data collection in research uses test and non-test instruments. The non-test consists of observation, documentation and interviews with teachers who teach in class II at SDN 187 Teratai. The data obtained was then analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data description and data verification. The research results showed that students' mathematics learning outcomes had increased by 25%, namely from 60% to 85%. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) technique, with 30 students from MAN 1 Pamekasan in the eleventh grade serving as the research subjects. A student response survey serves as the study instrument, and descriptive qualitative analysis is used for data analysis. The findings of the study suggest that the generated web-based teaching materials have the ability to increase students' motivation for learning and improve their educational experiences. This is demonstrated by the favorable feedback that students have regarding the instructional materials, which feature adaptability, diverse subject matter, independence, social contact, and academic advantages. The development of online instructional materials for the topic of aqidah akhlak has shown to be a successful strategy for piqueing students' interest in the learning process. In addition to providing flexible access to the learning resources, this instructional material also gives students the tools they need to learn more independently. Additionally, a better overall learning experience is made possible by the social connections that the web platform fosters. The Elephant Beach tourist attraction in Padang City is one of the famous tourist assets in the city of Padang which is visited by many local people and outside the city and must be kept clean. However, what is currently happening is that there are many piles of rubbish scattered and strewn along the beach, thus disrupting the comfort of beach visitors and also disrupting the health of the people around the beach. The research results show that community participation in managing cleanliness at Gajah Beach is divided into three forms, namely financial (money & goods), energy and thoughts/ideas. However, among the three forms of participation, participation in the form of goods and labor is the most dominant given by the community because it is in line with its implementation. This shows that there are still many people who are unable to contribute in the form of money due to income factors, but can participate in the form of labor later in life. form of goods. The profitability of a company can be measured using gross profit margin and return on assets. GPM is the company's ability to make the cost of revenue effective to generate profits in its operational activities. Meanwhile, ROA shows the company's effectiveness in managing all its assets to generate profits in operational activities. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover on profitability as measured by GPM and ROA. The research object is PT. PDAM Tirtanadi South Tapanuli branch for the period 2006 - 2013. This type of research is associative with data analysis techniques using non-parametric statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 18.0 software. The results of this research show that the receivables turnover variable has a significant influence on gross profit margin. The results of this research are strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing through the Kendall test of 0.01 and the Spearman test of 0.00 which shows the significance of the receivables turnover rate being below 0.05, which means the receivables turnover rate has a significant effect on profitability (GPM). Meanwhile, the research results of the receivable turnover variable do not have a significant effect on return on assets. Meanwhile, the theory used in this research is phenomenology. From the results of this research, it was found that the existence of Javanese traditional wedding offering culture has existed for a long time and this culture has been passed down from the ancestors and passed down to the current generation. The meaning of offerings is thanksgiving for providing smoothness or repelling bad luck in carrying out the wedding ceremony. The problem that arises in this research is How does local wisdom and local trust affect the rejection of reinforcements in Siancimun Village? To what extent does local wisdom play a role in local beliefs and what is the relationship between local wisdom and local beliefs towards Rejecting Bala. Based on the background of the problem above, the author is interested in studying more deeply about repulsion of reinforcements, by comparing two differences, namely, Local Wisdom and Local Beliefs. In this research, the researcher used this type of research, namely field research which is qualitative in nature. The research method used by researchers is a phenomenological approach. In this case, the author also divides it into two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The forms of research data are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that local wisdom is a concept that refers to knowledge, traditions, values and practices that have existed and developed in a particular society for many years. Local wisdom is often related to traditional knowledge, wisdom in adapting to the local natural environment, and ways of life that have been passed down from generation to generation. Meanwhile, local belief is a local belief system which is a belief system or spiritual belief, religion or faith that develops in a particular community or area. Rejecting reinforcements in Siancimun Village, Paluta started from the shrinking of the springs, therefore the ritual of rejecting reinforcements was carried out. This ritual is used to ward off evil in order to avoid the disaster that befell Siancimun Village. Then there is the ritual of rejecting reinforcements in Siancimun Village using offerings to commemorate ancestors. This research was conducted at the Religious Affairs Office Jl. Pioneer of Simpang Empang, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely research that attempts to collect data, process, analyze and interpret qualitatively and describe or illustrate a number of variables relating to the problem and unit being studied. The informants for this research consisted of 1 person from the head of the KUA, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency, 4 people from religious instructors in Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency and 2 people from the community of Simpang Empat District. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the condition of community worship is quite good, but some are poor, due to economic factors and not having free time to carry out worship. Apart from that, this increase in worship shows that the Islamic communication method used by religious instructors to increase community worship is using tabligh and bayan methods. This is proven by the increase in worship activities of the Simpang Empat sub-district community in carrying out the five daily prayers, reading the Al-Qur'an, and attend the local taklim assembly.
