Examine the benefits of bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana) as a wounds cut treatment on white rats (Rattus Norvegicus). The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection using an observation of the length of wound healing in days and indicators of wound healing. The average wound healing time data was normally distributed and homogeneous with p>0.05. One Way ANOVA resulted p=0.16 means there is no difference between groups. Wound healing indicator data with the Nagaoka scale reached a p>0.05 means the data normally distributed and homogeneous. One Way ANOVA gave a value of p=0.00 means there is significant difference between groups and continued with Post Hoc and T-Test. The comparison of average wound healing time between groups with the intervention of 8% bidara extract ointment, 16%, and 25% influenced by the diversity. Continuous pain makes the sufferer unable to move, especially in young women so that it can affect learning activities and often even causes her to be absent frommschool. Handling dysmenorrhea is very important to do. One type of non-pharmacological therapy to treat menstrual pain is to use William's Flexion Exercise which is an exercise program aimeddat stretching the posterior muscles and also increasing the strength of the lower abdominal and lumbar muscles so that menstrual painncan be reduced.To determine the effect of William's Flexion Exercises on reducing menstrual pain (Dysmenorrhea) in State Middle School 45 studentssPalembang in 2023. This research is a quantitativeestudy using a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the slovin formula of 700respondents. The measuring instrument uses the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) which has a sensitivityyvalue of 93%. Theeresults showed that the median value of menstrual pain before the intervention was 4.00 (1-6), while the median value after the intervention was 1.50 (0-5). Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test obtained a significance value of ρ Value = 0.000 (ρ ≤ 0.05) which indicated that there was a significant effect of menstrual pain before and after the intervention of William's Flexion Exercise. There is a significantteffect of William's Flexion Exercises on the intensity of menstrual painn(dysmenorrhea) in students at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang. It is hoped that William's Flexion Exercise can be an alternativeeto reducing menstrual pain in students.","PeriodicalId":479909,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health Engineering and Technology","volume":"23 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135461115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This encourages individuals to save costs on their fuel expenditure by finding the shortest route to their destination. The shorter the route, the less fuel will be released. This study answers the challenge of determining the shortest route between BTN Lembah Furia Sentani in Jayapura Regency to the Department of Mathematics of Cenderawasih University in Papua Province. Many roads can be passed from BTN Lembah Furia Sentani in Jayapura Regency, to the Department of Mathematics of Cenderawasih University in Papua Province. As is well known, that the streets in Jayapura City have many alternative roads with different characters. The existing road characteristics include density, physical condition of the road and the size of the road width. With the existing road character, it can be assumed that each road has an average travel length. This average value is used as the cost of the road. To solve this problem, a dynamic programming approach is used to identify optimal routes while minimizing costs. The dynamic program utilizes analyzed and calculated data to yield the best outcomes. The results indicate that the quickest path from BTN Lembah Furia Sentani to the Mathematics Department at Cenderawasih University is via Komba Netar Bridge, GKI Petrus Waena Church, covering a distance of 25.2 kilometers","PeriodicalId":479909,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health Engineering and Technology","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135461117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The health of the elderly basically lies in their nutritional status. Nutritional problems in the elderly are mostly a problem of excess nutritional status which triggers the emergence of various degenerative diseases. Some of the diseases that are often experienced by the elderly include hypertension, arthritis, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and degenerative diseases experienced by the elderly. This study uses a literature review method with a reference study approach. The keywords used in the journal search were \"nutritional status, degenerative diseases, elderly\". The number of articles included in the inclusion criteria was nine articles. Based on the results of a literature study, it is stated that the nutritional status of the elderly has an effect on the emergence of degenerative diseases. From the nine articles reviewed, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and degenerative diseases experienced by the elderly.","PeriodicalId":479909,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Health Engineering and Technology","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135860264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
