Throughout different eras and societies, we have witnessed the growth, development, and significant influences of pottery on the richness and prosperity of culture and the general economy. This art and craft have endured and evolved over time. The continuation and evolution of blue and white pottery during the Safavid period highlight the importance of this pottery style. The transformative developments and support from the Safavid kings, especially Shah Abbas, led to the exquisite production of blue and white pottery during this period. In reality, the distinctive characteristics and quality in the creation of this type of pottery, along with the high demand in global markets, contributed to its mass production. The aim of this study is to elucidate the method of creating blue and white pottery during the Safavid period, introduce the influential factors in enhancing this type of pottery, and recognize its specific features.
 The research methodology employed in this study is descriptive-analytical, and the data collection method is primarily documentary (library-based). The examination and analysis of blue and white pottery demonstrate that Iranian potters during the Safavid period, drawing upon their experiences in creating pottery from the previous Timurid era, imitated and combined these techniques with Ming Chinese examples and familiarized themselves with Ottoman pottery specimens. This resulted in a new style of blue and white pottery with distinct Iranian characteristics. The colors of this pottery typically feature a white body with blue patterns. Decorative motifs were tailored to the vessel's form, where primary designs such as animals, human figures, and plant patterns adorned the center of the vessel, while abstract patterns, calligraphy, and natural elements embellished the vessel's margins. These vessels were primarily utilized for storing liquids, serving food, and as decorative ceramics.","PeriodicalId":479332,"journal":{"name":"Jami Scientific Research Quarterly Journal","volume":"482 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135532751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The political structures in Afghanistan have historically been influenced by ethnicity, although few countries in the world exhibit such a complex ethnic fabric. Today, ethnic diversity is not only considered a challenge but also a symbol of cultural pluralism. After 2001, when the political structure of Afghanistan was enshrined in the constitution based on modern values, it was an opportune moment for political elites to overcome historical mistakes and adhere to these values. However, ethnicity and ethnic values were regarded as superior and more entrenched than the new values. The main question is: How has the multi-ethnic society in Afghanistan influenced the political structure in the past two decades? Apparently, Afghanistan's multi-ethnic society has had a negative impact on the implementation of the country's political structure in recent decades. The research aims to investigate how the role of the multi-ethnic society has influenced Afghanistan's political structure in recent decades and how much the convergence and divergence of political elites have been affected by ethnic backgrounds. This article utilizes analytical-descriptive methods and relies on library resources, scientific journals, and reputable articles. The findings indicate that the multi-ethnic society has had a negative impact on the implementation of the political structure based on democratic values, and the ethnic attitudes towards politics failed to manifest a tangible and profound realization within the constitutional framework.","PeriodicalId":479332,"journal":{"name":"Jami Scientific Research Quarterly Journal","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135532754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the evaluation of knowledge-producing institutions and the proper alignment of quality enhancement criteria, valuable steps towards scientific innovation in the country have been taken. Specific indicators have been defined for knowledge production and quality enhancement. These indicators are effectively implemented through unity and adherence to scientific methods to produce practical knowledge. Achieving high-quality knowledge production without internal unity in these processes, which include proper alignment of criteria such as evaluations, requirements, missions, and strategies; community engagement; governance; leadership and management; financial and administrative resources; academic programs; research; faculty and staff; student experiences; quality enhancement and improvement; libraries and information resources; teaching; technology; facilities; perspectives; policies; culture; economy; power; thinking; interactions; and creating a space for dialogue, is not possible. There are also obstacles in knowledge production that would be difficult to overcome without adherence to scientific methods.
 In this research, we found that the alignment of quality enhancement criteria for higher education in Afghanistan, including a strategic program with foresight regarding the realities and existing situations in knowledge-producing institutions, provides effective strategies and tactics for innovation in knowledge. These institutions, through community engagement by educating specialized and well-equipped professionals with up-to-date knowledge, investing in creating a suitable environment for scientific research by professors, employees, and students, and providing facilities and technological equipment to facilitate learning, have brought about significant scientific transformation in the higher education system.","PeriodicalId":479332,"journal":{"name":"Jami Scientific Research Quarterly Journal","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135532933","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It's what I can call \"who I am.\" One can be called identity-less if they lack any specific attributes unique to themselves. If a person has no distinct qualities, they can be termed as identity-less. Given the importance of this topic, the question arises: how can redefining national identity help foster societal integration in Afghanistan? The assumption is that, due to fragmentation and semantic divergence, national identity in Afghanistan has, instead of unity and coherence, become a breeding ground for discord, tension, and societal discord. National identity is a diverse and pervasive conglomerate derived from the various cultural and social identities of a country's citizens. National identity entails an individual's or a community's official and legal affiliation with a nation and its state. Shared geography, common political system, shared economic structure, shared history, common culture, mutual interests, and a common language are perceived as components of national identity within a country. In this study, a descriptive-analytical method, along with library resources, scientific articles, and reputable journals, has been employed. The research findings indicate that national identity requires a precise understanding and recognition of the issues that exemplify nationhood, a realization that has not yet materialized.","PeriodicalId":479332,"journal":{"name":"Jami Scientific Research Quarterly Journal","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135532932","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
