BTS (Bersama Teman Sejahtera). Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from employees through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal significant relationships between leadership style, work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. The results underscore the importance of effective leadership, intrinsic motivation, and conducive work environments in enhancing employee performance within the organization. The population consists of 50 employees, with the sample size also being 50 employees. Data collection methods include literature review and questionnaire surveys. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The findings of this research indicate that Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. BTS. Work motivation positively influences employee performance at PT. BTS. Additionally, the work environment also positively affects employee performance at PT. BTS. Untuk menemukan alat ukur ide STIFIn dalam bidang bisnis yang dapat memperoleh validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai yang tepat, itulah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan ini menggunakan kuesioner kuantitatif dengan 35 responden yang telah menjalani pengujian STIFIn. Alat ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan menyesuaikan genetika kepribadian setiap orang secara lebih menyeluruh. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa setiap pertanyaan dari masing-masing karakteristik yang tercantum dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen pengukuran STIFIn dengan mengacu pada bisnis dan dapat digunakan dalam studi tambahan. Validitas 32 soal berada pada rentang 0,353 hingga 0,831, dan reliabilitas berada pada rentang r = 0,637 untuk penginderaan, r = 0,724 untuk berpikir, r = 0,749 untuk intuisi, r = 0,743 untuk perasaan, dan r = 0,605 untuk insting, yang dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan korelasi STIFIn untuk bisnis, yang terdiri dari lima dimensi: penginderaan, pemikiran, intuisi, perasaan, dan naluri. Hal yang memprihatinkan adalah banyaknya korban kecelakaan yang masih berstatus sebagai pelajar, sehingga penting untuk membekali remaja, khususnya SMPN 1 Kota Sukabumi tentang etika dan tata cara berlalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan siswa SMPN 1 Kota Sukabumi terhadap etika dan tata cara berlalu lintas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Studi ini fokus pada seminar tentang etika dan tindakan berlalu lintas untuk remaja. Beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi Pencatatan dokumen dan observasi. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan sosialiasi seputar etika dan tata cara berlalu lintas ini, kini siswa-siswa SMPN 1 Kota Sukabumi sudah mengetahui secara lengkap tentang etika dan tata cara berlalu lintas. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja mengenai etika dan perilaku yang benar saat berlalu lintas. Human resources play an important role from family to community scale. HR management aims to maximize HR capabilities to achieve the organization's vision. HR management components include planning, recruiting, development, and others. Recruitment techniques can be grouped into formal and informal categories. The National Police is responsible for maintaining national security and ensuring the optimization of its human resources. The National Police's mission includes optimizing resources with the principles of transparency and modernization. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observation, while secondary data was obtained through documentation studies. The research location is SMA 3, Sukabumi City, with a focus on recruitment procedures for Polri members. Recruitment and selection play a vital role in ensuring the right individuals are placed in the right positions. Police recruitment criteria must be met by each candidate. The selection process includes health examinations, psychology, academic tests, and physical tests. The quota determined by the National Police Headquarters makes the selection of candidates competitive. The existence of difficulties in assessing candidates demands a better assessment system. The BETAH principle emphasizes quality and transparent recruitment. This research highlights the need for information about national police recruitment for students at SMAN 3, Sukabumi City. In this study, the objectives to be achieved are to analyze and describe the implementation of Banyuwangi regional regulation number 7 of 2018 concerning the implementation of child-friendly districts, especially the fulfillment of children's rights in the special protection cluster in the Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method based on Tachjan's thinking. The results of this study indicate that the implementing agent: The Banyuwangi Regency Government has implemented the child-friendly district policy, especially in the case of special protection. Although in general, the implementation of the implementor is good, on the other hand, the commitment and responsiveness of several related institutions still need to be maximized. On the program aspect: various programs have been provided by the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Government as a forum to support the design to implementation, to support these programs, there is a budget, Human Resources (HR), and facilities for the community have been cooperated by the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Government. In the target group aspect: the community has responded well to this policy and has participated. However, some still do not care and do not understand the existence of this policy, which causes them to tend to be less active.
