The results of the correlation analysis of the parameters of mental well-being and the image of the bodily “Self” are presented. Characteristics of the relationship between the level of mental well-being of the individual and its parameters with the negative portrayal of the girl’s bodily “Self” are outlined. The questionnaire “Scale of Psychological Well-Being” by K. Riff (adapted by T.D. Shevelenkova and P.P. Fesenko), the questionnaire “The Image of the Bodily Self” by I. V. Lybko were used as a research tool. The empirical conclusions are confirmed by the results of statistical analysis (Spearman’s rank correlation criterion). The link between positive perception of body image in young women and the level of psy-chological well-being of the individual, reflecting the perception and assessment of their functioning in terms of maximum potential is revealed. Various approaches to understanding and evaluating these phenomena are investigated. Resource-based, effective and integrated approaches to the development of innovative activity of employees are discussed, their pros and cons are highlighted. It is emphasized that modern business structures are inter-ested in developing the innovative potential of their employees, as the implementation of relevant technologies and advanced ideas allows them to remain competitive in the market. Several strategies of behavior of the management group of the company to intensify the innovative activity of employees are considered, among which are the following: increasing motivation through financial remuneration, public recognition of the merits of the employee, training in special educational programs, creating a corporate culture focused on innovation. The absence of the definition of a network department in the normative-legal acts is established, despite the fact that in practice such associations are created. Using the structural and functional analysis, a general char-acteristic of a Network Department is given, its subject, goals, organizational structure, and role in scientific (scientific-methodological) interaction of a pedagogical university and the Institute for Educational Develop-ment are determined. Examination of such alternative organizational structures as basic and virtual depart-ments made it possible to conclude that they cannot replace the Network Department due to the prevalence of either educational or technological aspect in their activities. The problem of methodological support for teachers in order to ensure their professional de-velopment becomes especially relevant in the context of modern modernization of the domestic education sys-tem. The author describes the features of the implementation of the regional project “Promotion +” as one of the methods of work of the educational and methodological association of rural schools teachers of the repub-lic. As part of the project to develop and implement effective mechanisms of methodological support for rural teachers, a survey was conducted with the participation of 355 mathematics teachers from rural schools. The survey questions were aimed at identifying the professional needs of rural teachers. According to the results of the study, it is necessary to systematize methodological support for teachers, taking into account the specifics of the rural educational environment. The measures implemented by members of the regional educational-methodical association of mathematics teachers are described.
