Pryalukhina","doi":"10.24158/spp.2023.10.5","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24158/spp.2023.10.5","url":null,"abstract":"Analysis of psychological defense mechanisms, motivation and success of professional activity of entrepre-neurs provides relevant data for using in the development of programs of psychological support of personal development, psychological assistance in adapting a traumatic situation and coping with stress in entrepre-neurs. The aim of the present study is to identify psychological defense mechanisms and reveal psychological features in entrepreneurs with high and low professional success. The relevant concepts on the stated topic in psychological research are interpreted. Based on the evaluation of the total index on the questionnaire ques-tions characterizing these life spheres, the degree of subjective success of entrepreneurs’ professional activity was assessed. Two groups of entrepreneurs with high and low professional success were singled out. In the presented groups, the results of a study of self-efficacy, personal characteristics, psychological defense mech-anisms, motivation for success, and willingness to take risks were analyzed. The article touches upon the urgent problem of reducing the level of fatalities at power facilities by introducing an additional educational program. The practical signifi-cance of the study lies in the improvement of additional educational program on electrical safety. The concept of “additional educational programs” (AEP) is disclosed. Particular attention is paid to the formation of neces-sary knowledge and skills of enterprise employees and future specialists in the field of electric power engineer-ing with the help of additional educational program. The article considers the efficiency of using the additional educational programs and reveals their potential for improving the quality of education. Bukreeva","doi":"10.24158/spp.2023.10.21","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24158/spp.2023.10.21","url":null,"abstract":"The article touches upon the issue that the process of functional literacy formation should be carried out in ac-cordance with the age specifics of primary school children’s development, namely, taking into account their interest in research activities, social interaction, etc. In order to confirm the presented theoretical provisions, an experimental study was conducted on the basis of primary classes of a comprehensive school. The experiment is based on the assumption that the creation of special psychological and pedagogical conditions has a posi-tive effect on the level of formation of students’ functional literacy. It is emphasized that the parent acts as a significant adult in the eyes of primary school students, which is due to the psychological features of their age, so that its influence on the formation of minors’ personality is pronounced and appears to be conditioned by the parent’s own level of psychological maturity, which finds its expression in his desire for self-improvement and self-realization outside the family. Such a position of an adult seems to be a prerequisite for a positive parental attitude to the child and building a constructive interaction with him. Yermilova","doi":"10.24158/spp.2023.10.17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24158/spp.2023.10.17","url":null,"abstract":"The relevance of the conducted research lies in the fact that at the present stage of society development, mass media, broadcast content, is an important factor of socialization, formation of models of socially adequate be-havior, generally accepted value orientations of individuals – its consumers, including young athletes. Never-theless, many value orientations are still not formed, moreover a neutral or positive attitude towards unac-ceptable social phenomena is could often be detected. The aim of the study is to identify and analyze the direction and intensity of the transmission of the val-ues theme in sports in the Russian mass media. Content analysis of such Russian Internet media as “Champi-onat.com”, “Sport24”, “RIA Novosti Sport” (sports – soccer, hockey, figure skating) was carried out. The study was conducted over a three-month period (February – April 2023). As a category of analysis, the concept of “value orientations in sports” was used, which was further divided into several units of analysis. The search was carried out with the help of keywords divided into several groups representing generally accepted value orien-tations characteristic of the sphere of sport. The following conclusions are drawn as a result of the analysis. Firstly, there is a paucity of materials touching upon the topic of socially approved value orientations. In various media such publications range from 0.5 % to 3.0 %. Five main approaches are identified, within the framework of which professional competence is understood as a set of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities of a person, a specialist; a personal construct that includes a set of characteristics of a specialist’s personality; the method of performing labor functions, applicable to a single activity, including tactics and strategies for implementation in labor; readiness and ability of a specialist to im-plement the already acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in professional activities; a certain level of profes-sional training of the subject of professional activity and the ability to perform professional tasks. Korolenko. Primary diagnostics showed low results of schoolchildren in all parameters of the study, including the level of academic perfor-mance. A set of tasks was developed and introduced into the educational process using special equipment of the pedagogical technopark “Quantorium”, focused on the development of practical skills and cognitive activity skills among students of the experimental group for 5 months. After the classes, secondary diagnostics of schoolchildren was carried out, the level of their academic performance in the discipline “Biology”, the section “Genetics”, including the control group, was revealed.
