To fulfill the objective of this investigation,\u0000 a single research query was posed, also a null hypothesis was generated. The study\u0000 employed a survey research design, selecting a sample of 792 respondents from a\u0000 population of 8,112 administrative staff through random sampling. Stratified random\u0000 sampling was utilized in the selection process. Data collection relied on questionnaires\u0000 as the primary instrument, which underwent face validation. The instruments’ reliability\u0000 was assessed using Cronbachalpha reliability method, along with statistical analyses\u0000 like Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The hypothesis was\u0000 subjected to testing at 0.05 level of significance with relative degrees of freedom. The\u0000 results of the findings revealed that, inclusiveness of fringe benefits in a place of\u0000 work significantly relate to staff’ productivity. Illustrate theories of ethical leadership in higher\u0000 education institutions; (ii) Determine importance of ethical leadership in higher\u0000 education institutions; and (iii) Determine challenges facing ethical leadership in\u0000 institutions of higher learning. The total number of written texts sampled was 32. The\u0000 researcher employed non-probability sampling. The type employed was online convenience\u0000 sampling using web scraping. The interpretivism philosophical assumption led this\u0000 investigation, and the qualitative approach was used. Case study was employed as a\u0000 design and content analysis as a data analysis tool. The study found out that ethical\u0000 leadership is essential in higher education institutions because it establishes a solid\u0000 ethical foundation, fosters an environment of integrity, and contributes to the\u0000 institutions' long-term success and viability. It acts as a model for all stakeholders,\u0000 motivating them to follow ethical concepts and values in their academic pursuits and\u0000 institutional responsibilities. The challenges of ethical leadership in higher education\u0000 institutions range from fiscal limits to issues about diversity, governance, and\u0000 technology. It is vital for higher education institutions to address these concerns in\u0000 order to maintain their integrity and efficiency. Recommendations included but were not\u0000 limited to the following: (i)Ethical leaders should model the behaviour they expect from\u0000 their staff and students. Show integrity, honesty, and justice in your acts and\u0000 decisions; (ii) Establish Clear Ethical Standards: Develop an ethical code or set of\u0000 fundamental ideas for your educational community. The policy envisaged a drastic reduction in the reluctance of\u0000 parents/guardians towards basic education in parts of Nigeria where the pursuit of\u0000 qur’anic education remained predominant. So far, the free education programme had\u0000 yielded less than desirable results as the number of Out of School Children (OOSC)\u0000 remain largely and increasingly unacceptable, thus necessitating a study that\u0000 investigated stakeholders’ perspectives on the extent to which awareness and the\u0000 participation in schooling amongst school age children has been achieved. Hence, the\u0000 level of awareness and how stakeholders’ perspectives may be impacting on universal\u0000 basic education policy implementation vis-à-vis out of school children phenomenon in\u0000 Nigeria were examined. In fulfilling the objective of the study, the respondents’\u0000 perspectives were obtained through a multi-stage sampling technique. The selection of\u0000 the state was purpose driven; hence purposive sampling of Kano State, and within Kano\u0000 metropolis, North-western Nigeria, all the four Local government within the metropolis\u0000 namely: Taurani, Fegge, Nasarawa and Kano Municipal Council were Local Education\u0000 Authorities -LEAs were purposively selected. Further, 30 facilitators of qur’anic\u0000 schools who were selected from each of the 4 LEAs in Kano metropolis amounting to 120\u0000 facilitators (respondents) that were sampled, and a structured questionnaire was\u0000 administered to them. Findings revealed a high level of awareness of stakeholders on the\u0000 consequences of non-schooling. However, it was inferred that the aged facilitators of\u0000 the qur’anic schools could affect the effort and process of integrating basic education\u0000 programmes into the qur’anic schools thus exacerbating the exclusion of children from\u0000 the formal education worsening OOSC phenomenon. Recommendations were made as follows:\u0000 that qur’anic school, class-size, class-management and facilitations processes should be\u0000 standardized, to enhance curriculum integration and inclusiveness. Understanding\u0000 students' progress in relation to doctoral degree completion is crucial for institutions\u0000 seeking improvement. In this study, various institutional factors such as Teaching and\u0000 Learning Methods, Skills Development, Assessment and Feedback Mechanisms, and\u0000 Organization and Management were evaluated to assess their impact on indicators like\u0000 professional exposure, learning environment, and achieving doctoral degrees in Nigerian\u0000 universities. The research employed a non-experimental correlation design, involving 126\u0000 respondents selected from three South West universities using a multi-stage sampling\u0000 technique. Data collection utilized the Institutional Factors and Doctoral Degree\u0000 Completion Questionnaire (IFDDCQ). Research questions were addressed through descriptive\u0000 statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The findings indicated a significant\u0000 and positive relationship between doctoral degree completion and factors such as access\u0000 to teaching and learning materials (r=0.412, p<0.01), skill development (r=0.395,\u0000 p<0.01), assessment & feedback mechanisms (r=0.328, p<0.01), and\u0000 organizational & management influence (r=0.615, p<0.01). Qualification\u0000 and ICT knowledge were measured using assessment questionnaire and technical subject\u0000 teaching competence was assessed by students’ evaluation of their teachers’ competencies\u0000 in teaching with reliability coefficient of 0.85. Data were analysed using descriptive\u0000 statistical tools such as mean, standard deviation, frequency counts and linear\u0000 regression analysis statistic. The result revealed that teachers were proficient in\u0000 using smartphones, email and internet; while they ranked disc player, film stripes,\u0000 smart boards and projectors least among facilities they have proficiency in. The result\u0000 revealed that students’ evaluation of teachers’ competence was low.
