Safri","doi":"10.53978/jd.v11i1.273","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53978/jd.v11i1.273","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan penerimaan pajak daerah dan pendapatan asli daerah Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2009-2020, mengetahui dan menganalisis jenis pajak daerah manakah yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2009-2020 dan menganalisis strategi peningkatan pajak potensial Provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kontribusi, pertumbuhan dan elastisitas terlihat bahwa pajak daerah yang potensial adalah Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dan Pajak Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dan Pajak Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor yang potensial dikembangkan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap belanja daerah Provinsi Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT maka dapat disimpulkan strtagei yang tepat untuk meningkatkan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dan Pajak Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor yang merupakan pajak potensial adalah pada strategi SO. Namun fakta yang ada saat ini berdasarkan publikasi BPS 2023, Hasil pengelolaan SDA`saat ini masih belum maksimal untuk itu penting diketahui pertumbuhan serta pengaruh hasil pengelolaan sumberdaya alam terhadap penerimaan negara bukan pajak di Indonesia. penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data realisasi penerimaan hasil pengelolaan sumberdaya alam dan data penerimaan negara bukan pajak di Indonesia. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif melalui regresi. Gandhigram Rural Institute (deemed to be university) has established a Google Scholar profile for their research. The Gandhigram Rural Institute’s faculty publications information was collected from Web of Science and Scopus as of 22 January 2021. After consolidating the data from Web of Science and Scopus, a Google Scholar profile was created. After generating a profile, missing publication data were added to the profile as a sample for the year 2020. The present study information was obtained from Gandhigram Rural Institute Google Scholar profile. It was examined using data from Google Scholar, Web of Science and Scopus. Department publications, Google Scholar citations, the top 15 highly cited papers, and the citations and h-index of the top 15 faculty members were all analysed. It is discovered that ‘Department of Chemistry’ has published 78 (33.77%) publications and has received the greatest number of citations from Google Scholar, 294 (64.19%) citations from Web of Science and 96 (50.79%) citations from the Scopus database. It is found that Faculty S. Meenakshi has received the highest number of 232 (27.10%) citations from Google Scholar, 134 (29.26%) citations from the Web of Science and 47 (28.87%) citations from Scopus. It concluded that having an institution profile in the Google Scholar profile makes it very difficult to update and strengthen all the data in the profile. Four English lecturers from Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar in Indonesia are the participants selected using the purposive sampling design. The process of data collection uses depth interviewing through the online system. Data are analyzed using a \"holistic\" viewpoint in case study. The results revealed that simple technology dominates the general interactions when teaching writing. Some lecturers may only have a basic understanding of utilizing technology to teach writing. Even they still favour using manual teaching. Because the internet network is poor, few students have technology equipment like laptops, and the interaction is tedious because students are unfamiliar with the technology. Microfinance was given to the underprivileged for sustaining themselves and starting their own businesses. However, a number of operational and legal barriers that threatened the efficient operation of microfinance institutions (MFIs) restrained its growth. The purpose of this study was to understand the macro and micro challenges involved in the delivery of microfinance services in rural India. For the study of macro and micro issues faced by various institutions in providing microfinance, secondary data collection and informal interviews were done. The effective execution of delivery methods for microfinance was investigated in this article along with techniques that addressed the problems mentioned. In other words, the delivery challenges explained the macro and micro issues that different organisations encountered when delivering microfinance. Strategies were discussed making it workable and adoptable by various institutions participating in microfinance to counter or tackle the macro and micro delivery challenges faced. The findings showed the difficulties of people from rural areas, their inaccessibility to microfinance and the inability of MFIs in controlling transaction costs. The teacher should pay attention, show politeness, and consider themselves as part of parents. The purpose is to make some middle school teachers recognize how to criticize appropriately. This research was carried out to identify the types of politeness principles used by the EFL teachers during the classroom interaction, andto find out the effects of politeness principles in the classroom interaction during teaching-learning process. The researcher has chosen English teacher on the seventh and eighth grade at Lab School of UNISMUH Makassar. The researcher joined in the class and recorded the activities when teachers were teaching. The researcher applied descriptive qualitative method to analyze the data, by doing data reduction, data display and conclusion. The researcher used the theory of politeness by Geoffrey Leech (2016) about politeness principle, which consists of six maxims, namely tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, modesty maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim.
