Sua clínica é variável e inespecífica, ocorrendo por sintomas colestáticos, dor abdominal, e elevação de bilirrubinas. Para seu diagnóstico são necessários exames de imagem. Esse estudo relata um caso de Síndrome de Lemmel secundária à DPA, buscando esclarecer a clínica, os métodos diagnósticos e o manejo instituído. Relato de caso: Trata-se de paciente de 71 anos, sexo feminino, que procura a emergência com dor em HCD e sintomas colestáticos há 2 dias. A Tomografia computadorizada (TC) evidenciou dilatação do colédoco e duodenal, sugerindo a presença de divertículo duodenal. Foi realizada Colangiorressonância Magnética (ColangioRM) evidenciando divertículo duodenal primário, seguida por uma colangiopancreatografia retrógrada endoscópica (CPRE), em que realizou-se uma papilotomia endoscópica seguida por colecistectomia videolaparoscópica. Discussão: Devido a raridade da SL, limitações surgem, principalmente relacionadas ao seu diagnóstico precoce e manejo. Seu diagnóstico é realizado por exames de imagem, sendo recomendado o uso de TC, Colangio RM ou CPRE (padrão ouro). Conclusão: A SL é uma patologia incomum, contudo que não deve ser desconsiderada como diagnóstico diferencial em quadros colestáticos. The State has made great efforts to make up for the deficit in local production by setting up the Program for the Acceleration of the Agricultural Cadence in Senegal (PRACAS) and the National Program for Self-sufficiency in Rice (PNAR), whose objective is to satisfy national demand with a halt in imports. To support this dynamic, the Senegalese Institute for Agricultural Research (ISRA) has revised these research activities with the introduction of a major selection component for new high-yielding rice varieties with good grain quality. It is within this framework, in partnership with BAYER, that the ISRA of Saint Louis is evaluating new varieties of hybrid rice. This study attempts to evaluate the behavior of new hybrid varieties according to two sowing methods in the Senegal River Valley. The material is composed of two hybrid varieties 6444 GOLD and TEJ GOLD and a control Sahel 108. The device is in split-plot with the sowing methods in large plots and the varieties in small plots. The effect of the sowing method on the behavior of the varieties was only noted to be significant on the cycle at maturity; the hybrids have longer cycles than the control Sahel 108 both in direct sowing and in transplanting. The varieties have different agronomic behaviors only on the weight of 1000 seeds, the length of the panicle and the duration of cycles at 50% flowering. The TEJ GOLD variety has a long panicle and a good grain load per panicle. The best performances such as very good tillering ability (6444 GOLD) and good panicle load (TEJ GOLD) were recorded in the hybrids. These hybrids would behave better in direct seeding in terms of yield, unlike the control Sahel 108. It has become a serious public health problem. It affects 32.2% of the population. The worldwide prevalence of obesity is 1.6 billion and is reached epidemic proportions mostly in high income groups. Changes in dietary habits and sedentary lifestyles are known to be associated with changes in health and increased prevalence of chronic diseases. During the past decades efficacious strategies have been developed for prevention of these changes. These strategies involve general lifestyle changes, which include healthy diet, optimal weight, physical activity, no alcohol consumption. In the management strategies available therapies having its own side effects and Unani medicine plays an important role in the management of obesity. Number of herbs is documented in Unani classics to reduce weight which includes Lac (Luke-e-Maghsool), Muqil (Commiphora Mukul), Kharkhask (Ghokru-Tribulus Terrestris), Haldi (Turmeric- Curcuma Longa) and Zeera siya (Black cumin- Cuminum sativum) etc. These herbs are the most common traditional Unani medicines used for weight loss, but there is a need to explore the efficacy of these drugs in a scientific manner. This research was conducted at the Aprovizionamentu National Committee (CNA) in Dili, Timor-Leste, with a sample of 43 respondents. The sampling method with the census method. And collecting data using a questionnaire. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests.
