{"title":"Adli Psikiyatride Ceza Sorumluluğu Değerlendirmesi: Gözlem İhtisas Dairesinin Yıllık Analizi","authors":"Mehmet Doğan, Muhammed Emin Boylu, Sefa Saygılı","doi":"10.59312/ebshealth.1405898","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59312/ebshealth.1405898","url":null,"abstract":"Amaç \u0000Bu çalışma, ceza sorumluluğu değerlendirilmesi için gönderilen, ceza sorumluluğunun olmadığı veya azaldığı yönünde karar verilen olguların sosyodemografik, klinik özellikleri ve cezai sorumlulukları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. \u0000Gereç-Yöntem \u0000T.C. Adalet Bakanlığı Adli Tıp Kurumu Gözlem İhtisas Dairesi’ne 2022 yılında ceza sorumluluğu ve farik mümeyyizlik değerlendirmesi için gönderilen 1322 olgudan ceza sorumluluğu olmadığı belirlenen 75 olgu ve ceza sorumluluğunun azalmış olduğu tespit edilen 16 olgu çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Olguların mütaalalarına UYAP sistemi üzerinden ulaşılmış, raporlarında mevcut bulunan iddianame, tanık, sanık ifadeleri ve tıbbi belgeleri incelenerek oluşturulan sosyodemografik-klinik veri formuna işlenmiş ve istatistiksel analizi yapılmıştır. \u0000Bulgular \u0000Ceza sorumluluğu olmadığı tespit edilen 75 olgunun % 68’inin (51) erkek, %32’sinin (24) kadın olduğu, suç sırasında yaş ortalamalarının 42,52 (13,16) ve kurumumuza başvurduklarında yaş ortalamalarının 45,62 (13,56) olduğu saptanmıştır. Olguların eğitim yılı ortalamasının 9,05 (4,6) olduğu, %44’ünün bekar, %29,3’ünün dul/boşanmış, %26,7’isinin ise evli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Olguların %90,6’sının insana yönelik suçlarla, %9,33’ünün ise mala yönelik suçlarla gönderilmiş oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Tıbbi belgelerinde %36’sının ‘organik olmayan psikotik bozukluk’ tanı koduyla takip edilmiş olduğu, dairemizde ise %35’inin raporlarında karar tanısı ‘psikotik bozukluk’ ve %14’ünün ‘eksitasyon’ olarak kaydedildiği saptanmıştır. Ceza sorumluluğunun azalmış olduğu tespit edilen 16 olgunun 2’sinin kadın olduğu ve karar tanılarının 15’inin ‘hafif derecede mental retardasyon’, 1’inin ise ‘organik kişilik bozukluğu’ olarak saptandığı bulunmuştur. \u0000Sonuç \u0000Bu çalışmanın bulguları, olguların suçtan önce dış merkezlerde aldıkları tanılarıyla, alkol madde kullanım mevcudiyeti, işlevselliklerini değerlendiren parametreler gibi verilerle birlikte bütüncül değerlendirilmesiyle cezai sorumluluğun belirlenmesine ilişkin değerli bilgiler sunmaktadır. Many studies have shown the antioxidant activity of safranal besides some pharmacological properties, including its anti-inflammatory effect. Our study aimed on identifying the cytotoxic effects of safranal on the C-4 I cell line of cervical cancer. 
 Methods: The cytotoxic effect of safranal on the C-4 I cell line was determined after incubating the cells for certain durations (2 to 72 hours) and concentrations (25 to 800 µM). After incubation, cell viability and anti-proliferation effect of safranal were determined respectively by Mitochondrial Dehydrogenase and Lactate dehydrogenase enzymes activities assays. Additionally, morphological changes occurring during incubation in cells were examined with inverted and optical microscope using Giemsa staining.

Therefore, identification of OC specific biological markers is a vital step for diagnosis and treatment response. Our goal is to examine functional gene sets which are possibly markers for ovarian cancer and their expression profiles in OC patients. We also aim to determine the potential genes for therapeutic targets for OC patients. 
 Method: The expression levels of seven genes (FOS, FOSL2, JUN, MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-2, and VEGFA) were identified by qRT-PCR. The tumor-free control group consisted of total abdominal hysterectomy (n=1) and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (n=9) patients who underwent gynecologic procedures. High-grade serous OC epithelial samples (n=10) were used for the experiment group. 
 Results and Conclusions: According to the qRT-PCR data, there is an increased expression of FOS (p=0.0089), MMP-9 (p=0.0029), VEGFA (p=0.0434) and decreased expression of FOSL2 (p=0.0271), JUN (p=0.0041), TIMP-2 (p=0.0062). In conclusion, the results can indicate the new perspective for OC pathogenesis and treatment. Identifying new molecular targets are important in the pathogenesis of SCLC in order to develop new treatment strategies. RAB27A is the critical protein for intracellular exosome trafficking and is a driver of tumour progression. However, demonstrating the potential impact of suppressing RAB27A in SCLC as therapeutic approach is an important deficiency. RAB27A gene knockout SCLC cell lines were generated using a CRISPR/cas9 system. qRT-PCR, Western blotting and Sanger sequencing were performed to confirm RAB27A knockout in SCLC cells. TEM and EXOCET assays were used to detect the alteration of exosomes. Proliferation and colony formation were detected by MTT and microscopy. Subsequently, we intrapulmonally injected N417 and H524 SCLC cells(control and RAB27A knockout for each cell) into SCID mice. This study aimed to examine the growth-suppressing effects of S. platensis ethanolic extract on PANC-1 and MIA PaCa-2 human pancreatic cancer cells. Additionally, the in vivo hepatoprotective and antioxidant properties of S. platensis were explored. The ethanolic extract of S. platensis was lyophilized and dissolved in DMSO. Subsequently, PANC-1 and MIA PaCa-2 cell lines were exposed to concentrations ranging from 0.1-1000 µg/ml. Cell viability was assessed using sulforhodamine B viability assay. For in vivo evaluation of hepatoprotective and antioxidant properties, S. platensis was administered by gavage at a dose of 50 mg/kg/day over a four-week period. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured in the heart and liver of rats. The control group that received S. platensis showed a significant elevation in the activity of SOD and GSH-Px enzymes in the heart and liver tissues. There was a significant reduction in the ALT and AST enzyme levels. The extract notably hindered the growth of both the examined cell lines. Toluene uzun süre maruz kalmak ciddi sağlık sorunlarına neden olur. Uluslararası Kanser Araştırmaları Birliği (IACR), tolüeni \"insanlar için muhtemelen kanserojen\" (Grup 2B) olarak sınıflandırmıştır. Bu sınıflandırma, toluenin potansiyel kanserojen etkilere sahip olabileceğini belirtir. Toluene maruz kalma, reaktif nitrojen türlerinin ve reaktif oksijen türlerinin oluşumuyla bağlantılı olup, doğrudan doku hasarına ve çeşitli antioksidan sistemlerin değişmesine neden olur. Polifenol yapısında olan resveratrol, bitkilerde önemli etkilere sahip bir moleküldür. İnsanlarda da olumlu etkilere sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada, kardiyovasküler, nörolojik, immünolojik ve diğer birçok sistemde biyolojik düzenleyici olarak önemli bir role sahip olan nitrik oksit üretimine toluene maruz kalmanın etkisi ve resveratrolün koruyucu özellikleri araştırılmıştır.
 
 Yöntem: Tolüenin 900mg/kg dozu erkek sıçanlara (250-350gr Wistar-Albino) intraperitoneal yolla uygulanırken resveratrol 5, 10 ve 20mg/kg dozları aynı yolla altı gün boyunca uygulanmıştır. Karaciğer dokusunda ve serumda nitrik oksit seviyeleri ve nitrik oksit sentaz aktiviteleri araştırılmıştır.
 
 Bulgular: Veriler, karaciğer dokusunda ve serumda nitrik oksit seviyesinin arttığını ve toluen uygulamasını takiben yüksek nitrik oksit sentaz aktivitesini gösterdi. Resveratrolün çeşitli dozlarının uygulanmasından sonra karaciğerde nitrik oksit seviyelerinde ve nitrik oksit sentaz aktivitesinde önemli azalmalar gözlendi.
