In the dynamic landscape of contemporary business, the traditional marketing concept undergoes critique due to its limitations concerning B2B interactions. The incongruity between theoretical developments and practical market needs has spurred the emergence of supplementary marketing disciplines, such as service marketing, relationship marketing, etc. The fragmentation of marketing theory has necessitated the formulation of a unifying paradigm that encompasses a multitude of aspects and challenges inherent to modern economics. \u0000Scholars S. Vargo and R. Lusch have proposed the concept of service-dominant logic as a unifying paradigm that emphasizes the central role of service, the concept of value, and co-creation as opposed to the mere exchange of products. In our view, within the debate regarding the role of service in marketing, attention should be directed toward the fundamental components of service-dominant logic, the role and influence of customers on value creation and service provision. Crucial questions include the alignment of market participants into networked structures (service ecosystems) and the search for sources of competitive advantage amidst rapid commoditization of almost any offering. \u0000The hypothesis of the scientific research consists in substantiating the prevalence of the service-dominant logic in B2B marketing compared to the traditional marketing concept and the decisive role of the customer experience as a source of competitive advantage. \u0000The purpose of the study is to examine the components of the service-dominant logic, to identify key distinctions from the traditional marketing paradigm, and to substantiate the significance of the customer experience in B2B marketing. \u0000The methodology of scientific research is general scientific research methods, including: induction and deduction, comparison, expert analysis, classification and description, evaluation grouping, and comparison methods. \u0000Conclusions and prospects for further research. Theoretical provisions of the service-dominant logic and its key distinctions from the traditional marketing paradigm were analyzed. The importance of the customer experience in B2B interactions was substantiated. Sustainable development and victory in competition in the conditions of globalization and international division of labor can be ensured by enterprises that manage the quality of business processes on a systematic basis, which makes it possible to produce high-quality, environmentally safe products in an ethical way. \u0000THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY is the further development of methodological, methodical and practical approaches to the management of the quality of business processes of a fashion industry enterprise in the context of its achieving sustainable development. \u0000RESEARCH METHODS. The research used scientific methods of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, structural-logical analysis, historical method. \u0000RESULT. The high quality of products and services plays a decisive role in achieving sustainable development of the enterprise. The relationship between sustainable development and quality management at the evolution stages of enterprises and organizations is considered. Four stages have been identified, which correspond to organizational models, determined by a combination of the following features: closed – open system; rational – social thinking. The place of quality management and sustainable development in each organization’s model is determined. The quality chain reaction of E. Deming was supplemented and expanded with additional links of ecological and social component and it was shown that high product quality leads to a positive economic, social and ecological effect, i.e. ensures the sustainable development of the enterprise. The special role of the ecological component of sustainable development is highlighted. In order to avoid and counteract environmental threats, enterprises carry out rational nature management measures and processes of ecologically balanced development. The indicators of environmental protection activities in Ukraine 2016–2020 were reviewed. \u0000CONCLUSIONS. Sustainable development is the driver of quality management of business processes at the enterprise, which is confirmed by the logical chain of quality improvement influence on the economic, environmental and social components of sustainable development of the producer. The organization model in the period of open systems and social individual ensures comprehensive quality management and sustainable development of the enterprise. The article proves that the urgent issues of ensuring the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises, especially in the conditions of a full-scale invasion, are of fundamental importance, since the state and level of the country’s food security and the intensity of post-war recovery depend on the stability of the functioning of both individual agricultural enterprises and the entire system of the agro-industrial complex. It was determined that in the conditions of the martial law economy, the stability of the operation of an agro-industrial enterprise is determined by the effectiveness of managing its competitiveness, namely, the potential and available opportunities for the production and sale of agricultural products, which, according to their basic characteristics, are more attractive to consumers than the products of their competitors. It has been established that the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises in the conditions of martial law acquire special importance, since it is the provision of high competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises that should improve the process of forming a comprehensive agrarian policy, ensure optimal production-territorial relations between the subjects of the agro-industrial complex and prevent the emergence food crisis. The current state of the agro-industrial market was analyzed and the main competitive agro-industrial enterprises of Ukraine were identified as of the end of 2022: Kernel, MHP, Nibulon, Santreyd, ADM Yukreyn, Eridon, Cargill, Astarta, Delta Wilmar, LNZ, Optimus AGRO, Prometey. \u0000Conclusions. Because of the study, it was proven that an important aspect in managing the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises is their ability to adapt to changing economic conditions, which includes not only the use of competitive advantages, but also the ability to effectively respond to changes in the market and change its strategy in accordance with new conditions. Especially the conditions of martial law. It was found that the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises determines their ability to gain advantages in the competitive environment, which is characteristic of the market of agricultural products and services, which covers many aspects, given the current state of war in the country: purposeful state policy; the role of the state in the development of the agricultural sector; product quality; reduction of production costs; state ord

The following methods were employed for the research: statistical data analysis, comparative analysis, retrospective analysis, data analysis using the "Maddison Project Database" of the University of Groningen, literature review. \u0000FINDINGS. In the course of the research, it was found that Ukraine suffered significant losses in its real GDP and industrial production during the military conflict, and these losses proved to be substantial even when compared to other countries that experienced wartime events.
