However there still have a big problem that is how to collect and classify R&D Expenditure accurately. In this paper, after analyzing the restrictive collection factors on R&D Expenditure statistically, a practical scheme was provided that including R&D Expenditure Feature Vector and “Object Wood” concept were defined firstly, intelligent receipt recognizing model (IRPM), intelligent receipt persona model (IRRM) based on spatial-temporal representation of multi-factors and R&D expenditure data Twin(REDT) based on data multi relationship were developed creatively. Besides, intelligence carrier-class R&D expenditure management system (REMS) was developed based on above novel technologies and deployed on cloud with SaaS mode. For calling advantageously and updating conveniently, API standard interface and Full Stack Security Mechanism were also improved and used in REMS. Meanwhile, it was proved that REMS had better performance on assisting enterprise in collecting and using their R&D Expenditure after REMS employed by 50 industrial enterprises at first batch in practical over a period of time. There also have better economic benefits and social benefits after REMS was used by 211 enterprises in practically. Next, REMS would be utilized and tested in more scope of important entities so that the correlation technologies could be tested, iterated and optimized forward in the future. Actually, REMS is becoming R&D Expenditure industrial promoted by investor and market. Supply chain inefficiencies before and during the COVID 19 pandemic, most applied tools, and lean improvements found in the PSC are identified. Databases such as Scopus and Proquest were used to collect the peer-reviewed articles to be studied. Results show the most frequent inefficiencies in the supply chain are found in operating costs, scrap rates, delivery times, and drug shortages. The improvements identified can be summarized in three factors: cost reduction, time reduction, and improvement in the management of activities. The most studied tools are Kaizen, Kanban, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Literature reveals that lean tools have a significant impact on quality improvement of information, products and/or services, as well as on the reduction or elimination of activities that do not generate value; in addition, there is little evidence of reduction of unnecessary movements of workers. The value of this paper addresses the impact of the pandemic on PSC, describing the versatility that each of the tools had in their role to reduce lean wastes. Technology has a vital role to survive and compete with competitors so that industries can keep their sustainability. Technology is defined as knowledge, products, processes, tools, methods, and systems used in the manufacture of goods or services needed by humans. Technology consists of four components, technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. Technology is also an important factor in the process of innovation in various industries including small and medium industries in Bali as well as the creative weaving industry. By knowing the current technological position of the industry, they can innovate to determine the strategy that will be carried out to achieve their competitive advantage. This study aims to measure the four components of technology in the small and medium industry (SMI) of the traditional woven textile industry (pertenunan) in Bali which produces \"kain tenun endek\" and \"kain tenun gringsing\". However, few studies have been oriented to analyze it, which is of interest to understand the development and current state of research on the subject; and even fewer are those oriented to study the interaction activity that occurs in the flow and diffusion of knowledge. In response, this work performs a bibliometric analysis and mapping to explore the interaction activities between the countries involved in the production of literature, considering 7,605 documents retrieved from the Scopus database. Based on the two-dimensional analysis framework construction combined with the X-axis of policy tools and the Y-axis of knowledge advantage, we studied the fostering policies of the world-class advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ecosystem, especially focusing on the dynamic development process of knowledge production, and knowledge transformation, and knowledge application. Additionally, we also analyzed the trends in risk and knowledge advantage during the life cycle of the world-class advanced manufacturing industrial innovation ecosystems. The volatile nature of customer demands and the primary requirement to produce highly customized products generate numerous challenges that affect the efficiency of planning and scheduling operations in engineer-to-order manufacturing. The article presents a literature study to identify the main challenges in production planning and scheduling in engineer-to-order manufacturing. The article also provides a classification of the identified challenges into four different categories. In Peru, every 22 minutes someone tries to take his or her own life. In the world, 800 000 people do so, mainly due to depression. Of the people who suffer from this disease, 75% do not do anything about it. This is due to the barrier of misinformation about mental health, its importance and the services available. In spite of this, in the case of the people who do get treatment, many of them end up abandoning it because it does not meet the special expectations of each patient. Therefore, a redesign of the patient attraction process has been proposed using BPM and Scrum Methodology. This proposal will also apply Digital Marketing to launch a web platform that automates the entire patient recruitment process. The current patient acquisition rate is 50% of the industry standard and the rate of digital tools usage is 60%.
