Abstract

In recent decades, the Innovation System (IS) approach has generated attention and has been adopted as an analytical framework for studying innovation processes; this has been reflected in the large increase and constant growth of its scientific literature. However, few studies have been oriented to analyze it, which is of interest to understand the development and current state of research on the subject; and even fewer are those oriented to study the interaction activity that occurs in the flow and diffusion of knowledge.
