Rezaei","doi":"10.21203/rs.3.rs-588865/v1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-588865/v1","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 In this study, a neutrosophic N-subalgebra, a (implicative) neutrosophic N-filter, level sets of these neutrosophic N-structures and their properties are introduced on a Sheffer stroke BE-algebras (briefly, SBE-algebras). It is proved that the level set of neutrosophic N-subalgebras ((implicative) neutrosophic N-filter) of this algebra is the SBE-subalgebra ((implicative) SBE-filter) and vice versa. Then it is proved that the family of all neutrosophic N-subalgebras of a SBE-algebra forms a complete distributive modular lattice. We present relationships between upper sets and neutrosophic N-filters of this algebra. Also, it is given that every neutrosophic N-filter of a SBE-algebra is its neutrosophic N-subalgebra but the inverse is generally not true. It is demonstrated that a neutrosophic N-structure on a SBE-algebra defi ned by a (implicative) neutrosophic N-filter of another SBE-algebra and a surjective SBE-homomorphism is a (implicative) neutrosophic N-filter. We present relationships between a neutrosophic N-filter and an implicative neutrosophic N-filter of a SBE-algebra in detail. The development of these cities is supposed to bring India as a smart India in the global market. With all odds in favor; these projects are not gaining their expected on-time results. This has motivated us to think that there are loopholes that are putting hindrance to smart cities development. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize mathematically the key barriers using the neutrosophic PESTEL analysis technique. An extensive literature survey of the problem provides a lot of factors which are categorized in six main factors such as social, political, legal, ethical and technological factors. Present work using neutrosophic PESTEL analysis finds that social and political factors with 93% and 83% are the key barriers to the development of smart cities in India. Other factors such as Technological and economic factors come at second position securing percentage 75% and 60% respectively. Environmental and legal factors come at last securing 49% and 43% respectively. The research’s main focus is to identify and prioritize quantitatively the most important barriers which come into smart cities development in India. Various distributional properties like mean, variance, moment generating function, r-thmoment order statistics that includes smallest order statistics, largest order statistics, joint orderstatistics, and median order statistics are derived. The parameters of the proposed distribution areestimated via maximum likelihood method. Proposed distribution is applied on two real data setsand goodness of fit is assessed through AIC and BIC criteria’s. The selection of development methodology can be modeled as a decision-making problem. Neutrosophy is a philosophical current that starts from Paradoxism. In this article, we describe a methodology selection proposal using neutrosophic numbers, from which the development methodology proposal is decided. The method allows taking into account the indeterminacy in decision-making, in addition to the use of linguistic terms that are more appropriate than numerical ones. The applicability of the proposal is confirmed through a demonstrative example. In this paper we for the first time develop, define and describe a new class of algebraic codes using Neutrosophic Quadruples which uses the notion of known value, and three unknown triplets ( T, I, F ) where T is the truth value, I is the indeterminate and F is the false value. Using this Neutrosophic Quadruples several researchers have built groups, NQ-semigroups, NQ-vector spaces and NQ-linear algebras. However, so far NQ algebraic codes have not been developed or defined. These NQ-codes have some peculiar properties like the number of message symbols are always fixed as 4-tuples, that is why we call them as Neutrosophic Quadruple codes. Here only the check symbols can vary according to the wishes of the researchers. Further we find conditions for two NQ-Algebraic codewords to be orthogonal. In this paper we study these NQ codes only over the field Z 2 . This paper firstly aims to propose a method of predicting time series where values can be given in form of intervals rather than numbers. This form permits to obtain more truthful results, but with a greater indeterminacy. Because statistical prediction methods are used, where data in form of intervals are included, we can classify this approach as a kind of Neutrosophic Statistics technique. Basically, the method converts a set of predicted numerical values into intervals. Despite the current buzz about IoT and its role in the supply chain, there is not enough empirical data or extensive expertise to guide its implementation. Therefore, this paper addresses the ambiguity of assessing the performance of the IoT based supply chain by integrating plithogenic set with both Best-Worst (BWM) and Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods in a decision-making framework tailored for this field. The framework is based on 23 criteria that measure different aspects of the performance. The performance of the framework is assessed according to the plithogenic set theory and to the neutrosophic set theory using a case study of comparing the performance of IoT implantation with the SC of five e-commerce companies using three experts.
