Hence, there is a severe risk that the circular transition will remain slow and unevenly distributed across EU regions. Business ethics related to circular change involves some principles and practices that guide the ethical conduct of businesses operating within the circular economy. The study aims to recommend a framework to guide regional entities to implement an Ethical Circular Hub to identify new solutions and challenges regarding stakeholder collaboration, ethical circular value chains, social equity, fair labor practices, and transparency, suggesting innovative business models. This framework proposal is based on the literature review and analysis of case studies to identify and promote the best practices in terms of Ethical Circular Hubs implementation. The outcomes of this study will help improve the regional development of policy instruments in the field of Ethical Circular Hubs, identifying ethical and circular best practices to overcome transition problems, will enable countries’ regions to integrate and benchmark successful experiences and policies from other regions into their own regional reality and contribute to a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive society.

Therefore, this might contribute to offer more sustainable solutions to users, by considering the complete socio-ecological system, the context, the stakeholder relationship, among other aspects. Where the sustainability behavior of consumers and the data provided for new information and technology (ICT) devices are key factors in the development of solutions with a higher sustainability performance. Moreover, game elements and ICT have been used in different fields to engage users. The aim of this research is to investigate if a gamified approach motivates a substantiable behavior change in users of product service system solutions. Based on a literature review, a model is proposed and applied to a product service system case of a shared laundry facility in Sweden. The model was evaluated with experts semi-structured interviews and a survey with users of the shared laundry facility. Concluding that a gamified approach has a potential to motivate behavior change towards sustainability in product service system. In future research, the proposed model will be adapted to be tested in other product service system cases, with the purpose to improve it for its application in industry and education.

This principle extends universally to include individuals with disabilities. It is crucial to recognize and uphold the rights of disabled individuals to equal access, participation, and inclusion in all aspects of life, including physical environments, public spaces, transportation, communication, and social interactions. By promoting inclusivity and eliminating barriers, society can create a fairer and more accessible world that allows people with disabilities to fully engage in their rights as valued members of the community. Hence, it is crucial to guarantee the convenient accessibility of all public areas since they play a substantial part in our everyday experiences. The objective of the research paper is to examine the standards for designing POS, particularly emphasizing their appropriateness for people with disabilities. The study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of Kumsal Park's design elements, assessing whether they adequately consider the needs of disabled individuals. The data collection involves a structured questionnaire that covers demographics, general information about Kumsal Park, park design features, and design criteria for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, data is collected through observations using a checklist created based on the study's observations. While Kumsal Park in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus, demonstrates satisfactory design criteria in certain areas, improvements are required to cater to disabled individuals and enhance the overall park experience. Addressing the identified issues, such as lighting, parking, security, activities, and signage, and improving accessibility features will contribute to creating a more inclusive and satisfying environment for all visitors.

It embodies the spiritual essence inherent in individuals, communities, eras, and cultural contexts, shaped by moral and spiritual values specific to cultural circles. Education bridges the gap between the ‘values of the environment’ and the ‘values of life experience’, defining the persona of individuals, communities, and societies. It functions as a repository of intellectual potential, dismissing the notion of ‘excessive’ education and highlighting its indispensability for human growth. Values, pivotal to human intellectual exploration, encapsulate the initiation, propagation, or negation of philosophical paradigms within fluctuating contexts. Education emerges as a distinctive manifestation of self-cultivation and a testament to human accomplishments. This study aimed to assess sustainable social development awareness and implementation readiness among future psychologists. The investigation involved 160 Ukrainian psychology students, employing written surveys and statistical analysis. Findings unveiled a limited comprehension of sustainable societal development among respondents, often narrowed to environmental concerns and overlooking the social facet. Despite this, over half of the participants sought alignment with their interpretation, integrating these ideals into their university environment. The ongoing conflict in Ukraine intensified the urgency of instilling sustainable development values, though a third of the respondents fully embraced these concepts. Implementation challenges included consumeristic attitudes towards natural resources and low environmental consciousness, highlighting the need for value propagation and social responsibility cultivation. Respondents recognized the social dimension’s salience in their future professional roles, albeit with a tendency to overlook intergenerational continuity concerns. The study exposed limited and fragmented competence in understanding sustainable societal development among future psychologists, with value cultivation appearing spontaneous and disjointed. The university environment presents an opportunity to nurture sustainable development values, urging educators to augment students’ competency and motivational preparedness for their roles in implementing these concepts.

It is proved that the introduction of a mechanism for developing and implementing an international marketing strategy for an agricultural enterprise will result in a prompt response to changes in the relevant segments of the international market environment through the development and implementation of market research and development activities, preparation of alternative and flexible management solutions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural enterprise.
The article develops an approach to identifying suitable markets for the export of the commodity group \"1001 Wheat\", where there are favorable business conditions for enterprises from Ukraine. The proposed approach is based on the application of global indicators of business conditions in international markets.
The foreign markets that demonstrate favorable conditions for doing business in them are identified, which indicates the existence of conditions that are a prerequisite for the formation and implementation of international marketing strategies to ensure the sustainable development of domestic agricultural enterprises producing the \"1001 Wheat\" product group in the German, Dutch, Belgian, British, Portuguese and Austrian international markets.
It is proved that the proposed mechanism for developing and implementing an international marketing strategy for an agricultural enterprise in the postwar period will promote the sustainable development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises and the recovery of the Ukrainian economy as a whole.

As the world races to achieve the 17 United Nations’ sustainable development goals (SDGs) by the year 2030 and abide by the framework proposed by the Paris Agreement ratified in 2015, our educational landscapes have simultaneously evolved. In universities, lessons in and opportunities for sustainable development and sustainability have redefined the university curricula and set the trajectory for our young people to take the lead in co-creating solutions for a better world. In this paper, background information of Singapore, a small city-state in Southeast Asia, is first presented, against the backdrop of how the nation’s national constraints that are aligned to the UN SDGs have shaped its national agenda and national education, including its higher education landscape. This is followed by a brief discourse of curriculum initiatives that revolved around themes of sustainable development and sustainability in a young university in Singapore. These initiatives and projects were driven by the desire to provide a university education that is relevant and able to address current local, regional, and global demands, and carried out with interdisciplinarity and sustainability as beacons.

Malaria, in particular, has been identified as a significant disease and cause of death among children under five years of age (U5) in Ghana, although it has drastically reduced in recent years. Against this background, this paper attempts to assess some factors that may have determined the development of U5 mortality due to malaria in Ghana using time series data from 2000-2019. The OLS regression results indicate that domestic government health expenditure, clean drinking water and insecticide-treated nets have a negative connection with children U5 mortality due to malaria in the country. The findings also show a weak positive relationship between malaria infection prevalence and U5 mortality from malaria. Contrary to prior expectations, the results reveal a negative relationship between low birth weight, overweight, stunted, and children U5 mortality from malaria infection. The study concludes that addressing malaria cases among children U5 would greatly depend on building and sustaining resource redistribution through strategic policy, reliable funding, and effective health institutions to tackle malaria incidence and deaths among U5 in the country.

The concept of green taxation is still being tested in many nation-states. Pollution is worst in India, and the country is ranking low on several environmental performance indices. Vehicle exhausts are one of the key pollutants. In 2021, the Indian government released draft guidelines for imposing Green Tax on older motor vehicles. India submitted its first Nationally Determined Contribution Report to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 2022. India prioritized green taxonomies, low-carbon transportation systems, and Bharat Stage-VI emission standards and offered incentives and tax breaks to encourage the production and use of higher ethanol-compatible vehicles. There is still a lack of awareness among the masses, as well as academic discussions and literature on the subject. Against this backdrop, the researchers intend to explore the legal and economic actions undertaken by the Indian Government to intercept vehicular air pollution. An effort will also be made to draw a comparative study with the fiscal policy measures and other steps taken by the Italian government to tax polluting vehicles.
