Study 1, containing a diverse stakeholder sample (<em>n</em> = 201) found that the two hypothesised innovation heuristics, i.e., search and adapt heuristics and fast and frugal heuristics, significantly mediated the relationship between the pioneering innovative orientation and perceived organisational performance. Structural equation modelling was applied to test data collected through a self-controlled questionnaire survey. Results show that SC has a substantial direct influence on SCC, and direct and indirect influence on OP and IP, respectively. SCC has a direct impact on IP and an indirect effect on OP. IP has a substantial direct influence on OP. From 2009 to 2018, 26 BSE 500 FMCG companies were sampled. Financial brand value, prestige driver, loyalty driver, extension driver, return on assets, return on equity, stock price, and Tobin's Q were the main variables in the models. Brand value had a contemporaneous effect on stock prices, but its three-year time-lagged effect was negative. It also explores the mediating role of problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies in explaining the relationship between abusive supervision and burnout. The article studies the influence of individual power distance orientation on employees’ burnout. Cross-sectional data of 294 responses were collected from Indian employees and analysed using Smart PLS. Results confirm that abusive supervision is positively related to burnout. This study combines stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) and two-factor models to develop a comprehensive model for consumers’ intention to adopt artificial intelligence-powered personal service robots. Data were collected from 400 consumers in India, using existing validated scales from the literature. Structural equation modelling and path analysis were used to test the model fit. Findings suggest that consumers’ intention to adopt a personal service robot is based on perceived usefulness and risk, mediated by resistance bias. We examine whether problem-orientated daydreams mediate the relationship between performance pressure and innovative work behaviour. We also investigate the mediating role of problem-orientated daydreams between performance pressure and task performance. A cross-sectional survey was conducted amongst academicians in India. A theoretical model was tested using structural equation modelling techniques. The results indicate that problem-orientated daydreams mediate the relationship between performance pressure and innovative work behaviour. Further, results also support the hypothesised relationship between performance pressure and task performance mediated by problem-orientated daydreams. In this study, we explore the performance of different assets particularly during stress events (the 2008 crisis and the COVID-19 crisis) which can come to the rescue of portfolio managers as hedging strategies. Further, the analysis evaluates the performance of different combinations of portfolios with and without including volatility assets. It builds a research model for the impacting path of resources on value. For the empirical study, it adopts proxy variables as observable variables in representing latent or unobservable variables. By collecting aggregate national data, each endogenous and exogenous variable is modelled by a system of equations.
