We use the Services Trade Pilot (STP) as a quasi-natural experiment and construct a multi-period DID model to investigate the impact of the STP on the green innovation of firms within Chinese cities. The STP has a significant positive effect on the green innovation capacity of firms located in each city. However, the impact of STP on promoting green innovation varies depending on the economic development level and region. Firstly, it introduces the \"Belt and Road\" initiative as an important framework for international cooperation, aiming to promote economic cooperation and connectivity among countries along the route. Subsequently, it discusses the basic situation of overseas education in higher vocational colleges, including development stages, policy formulation, establishment of communication platforms, and advantages. The study examines the impact of the development environment for overseas education, including China's modernization planning in education and policies on educational opening-up. The analysis identifies challenges faced by higher vocational colleges in overseas education, such as cross-cultural adaptation and language barriers, teaching quality and recognition, market demand and alignment of professions, financial and resource limitations, as well as management and operational challenges. Finally, strategies for the development of overseas education in higher vocational colleges are proposed, including strengthening cross-cultural training and language support, enhancing teaching quality and degree recognition, gaining a deep understanding of local market demands and professional alignment, exploring multiple channels for fundraising and resource acquisition, and establishing sound management systems and operational mechanisms. Looking ahead, the study indicates that overseas education in higher vocational colleges has vast development prospects. Agriculture plays a crucial role in the economic and social development of the entire country. However, in the process of continuously advancing modernization construction, there are obvious shortcomings in the issues of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. The research of this paper is based on the wireless sensor network to monitor the light intensity parameters in the greenhouse. Combined with the crop growth environment, ZigBee technology is used to realize the two-way communication between the sensor and the control system, and realize the automatic real-time monitoring of the light intensity that affects the growth of crops in the greenhouse. Through experiments, it has been shown that using ZigBee technology to construct a wireless sensor network monitoring system for greenhouse lighting monitoring is feasible. The present situation and problems of strategic emerging industry clusters in Anhui are analyzed qualitatively from three aspects: dynamic mechanism, development mode and governance mode, and their status in GVC is inferred quantitatively by using GVC index. Secondly, Bengbu silicon-based new materials industry is used as an example for empirical research, and the GEM model and multiple linear regression model are used to build a data evaluation system and analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of industrial clusters.
