摘要

随着经济全球化的发展，嵌入全球价值链的战略性新兴产业作为集群积极参与全球产业分工的作用日益显著。从动力机制、发展模式和治理模式三个方面定性分析了安徽省战略性新兴产业集群的现状和存在的问题，并利用全球价值链指数定量推断其在全球价值链中的地位。其次，以蚌埠市硅基新材料产业为例进行实证研究，运用GEM模型和多元线性回归模型构建数据评价体系，分析影响产业集群竞争力的因素。最后，基于全球价值链视角提出科学合理的升级路径和政策建议，对促进区域产业经济发展具有指导和借鉴意义。
